The female dispatcher is quite rude. I called about an incorrectly made pizza and she denied there was anything wrong with it and said it was my fault if anything was wrong for not explaining what I wanted correctly.

What can I say.. the food was gross, greasy and un-eatable. I have gotten food here before with no issues on taste or quality. I ordered two large pizzas. 1 with pep and the other with hamburger. I ended up calling and asking for a refund and they were able to provide me with it. Look at the pictures of the pizza I ordered.

I called in hopes that they would deliver to the outskirts of Amherst. Immediately the employee who was managing the phone was very rude. She was sarcastic and had a bitter tone. This discouraged me from buying some shitty pizza. Don't order from this place.

The first time I got food from here I ate 1 slice and felt like shit. I was going to try them again since they put up a "we deliver" sign at the apartments across the street but they refused to deliver to my house. Worst customer service.

They are known for their 5-5-5 deals and you want more when you see those commercials late at night. Of course, I would go for any other pizza if the commercials don't come out in the middle of the night.

A bit odd to give a dominoes 4 stars, but the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and I enjoyed the pizza. I hadn't had dominoes since their mea culpa advertising campaign, so I was surprised to find their quality actually on par with Papa John's and surpassing Pizza Hut.
