Great food and great service! I'm from Connecticut in the only D'Angelos I can find is in North Haven Connecticut. And they are absolutely terrible the store is dirty and the owner is very rude she needs to go to public relations school! But the Greenfield store outstanding restores my faith in the D'Angelos the staff was very friendly and asked me if they could do anything else for me great job guys keep up the good work

This would be 5 stars if their chowder didn't have this disgusting bitter after taste. I have tried reheating it in a ceramic bowl, in it's cup, and fresh from the restaurant. Every time it has a bitter taste. Aside from that, the sandwiches are great. And, the service is wonderful. Today, I ordered a couple sandwiches for take out, and when I arrived, it was pretty busy. A big family of maybe 7-8 out of towners were in front of me. The woman behind the counter, I think her name is Sarah, seemed to be running the show. The workers behind her were clearly not listening to her because they kept making all of their orders incorrectly. And Sarah had to keep redoing them herself. When it came time for my order, I looked in the bag, just checking that there were two sandwiches in there. I didn't have to say anything, the woman, Sarah, looked and said, "again guys? Come on. This is supposed to be a medium not a small." And she quickly fixed my order without me saying a single word about it. So, she is awesome and I am very happy with how committed she was to correcting every single order before it reached her customers. It's difficult working in the food service industry and trying to please everyone, but doing all this while trying to manage a group of coworkers who clearly aren't paying attention is almost impossible! So great job, Sarah. If that's your name!

Wonderful food and service. Sarah at the register was very sweet, quick and competent. Sandwich was even better than I had anticipated. Nice selection of good chips.

As we were traveling home after a long day of shopping in Holyoke we decided to stop in at D'Angelo's to grab some subs for dinner. When we showed up at the restaurant we were greeted by a polite employee who quickly took our order. The store itself was clean and comfortable to sit in while we waited for our food. We ended up buying two steak and cheese subs which were made very quickly. It was great to get in and out of the restaurant but the issue we ran into was the fact that the sandwiches we bought were not made correctly. One sandwich was missing some of its toppings while the other was sloppy. In the end the sandwiches were okay but they could have been made much better. We hope that the next time that we stop in here we hope it is a better experience so that way we can bump up the rating.

Nice little sandwich place. The ingredients tasted fresh. The staff was very friendly though definitely bored when we went in! No line. Four or more workers just waiting for us to order so they could have something to do. haha It was decently priced. I got the pastrami and added banana peppers. So. Good.
