Pros: Spacious so u aren't sitting on top of the table next to you. Friendly wait staff and fast service. But................. Cons: Food was just plain lousy. BBQ ribs were like cardboard, Pulled Pork sandwich was dry and chewy, both meals served lukewarm at best. Got cheese fries for an appetizer and they too weren't hot, and they had a strange liquid like cheese without much flavor. Very disappointing and a total waste of over $50.00 for food we threw away.

The food here is absolutely aweful. The service was the only saving grace. Never again will I eat here.

First of all, this is not a restaurant with a bar it is a huge bar that serves food, which I did not realize, The drinks were good, though the bartenders didn't seem to have assigned sections that they stayed at. I didn't try the food or riding the bull, but again the drinks were good. However, only ONE sink in the women's restroom actually worked...

Was there last night (a Monday), bar was empty, but yet we waited 15 minutes for a server to approach our table. The appetizer arrived lukewarm, if that, and was horrible! Despite the bad appetizer, my hubby and I forged on and ordered dinners. They arrived hot, but were also horrible! I would never come here to eat again! Please, be forewarned...do not go here to eat! We ordered the Mason jar beers as the waitress said "that is what they are known for" They arrived nice and cold, but they charge $10 for one! All in all, a very bad experience and we got to pay a lot of $$$ for it!

Been here twice and thoroughly enjoyed myself each time. The XL Busch Lights in mason jars get the job done and the food both times was above average in my opinion. Front of house and bar staff were friendly and attentive. I like the place a lot and will be back for sure.

This place was terrible. Awful food. The whole place smelled like bleach. It's 65 degrees outside and the A/C is on full blast, it was freezing. The Mac and Cheese was cold. The nachos were cold. The onion strings were soggy. The brisket wasn't even smoked brisket, it tasted like cat food with sauce. Just all around the worst food I've had at a restaurant in a long time. The only thing good about this place was our waitress, she was really nice but I'll never eat here again.

Cmon, you need to rate this two stars because EVERYONE has experienced better than TK's. Chesney concert ends, thousands of people flood out to and thru Patriot Place and a handful of places are even open. TK's had a line and it was the place that about 8 to 10 police officers stood so that made us think there were problems there in the past so the police were stationed there. NO FOOD served after the concert, drinks. So they check your ID and then do the stupid thing of putting a lime green wrist band on you. So let me get this right, if you've checked my ID to enter the building, you don't serve food, then why the hell are you giving me a wrist band that NO BARTENDER checked (I removed mine right inside the door). Big space, live music, mediocre employees which gathered at the end of the bar near the stage and just an all around "I've experienced better" place. We went back to the hotel and ordered Domino's pizza.

Wait was extremely long, which is to be expected for the location. Their system for calling people up was odd. You had a ticket and just had to watch for your number to be shown inside the restaurant. Meaning you couldn't stray far or even outside without risking missing your number. As average as average can be in terms of bar food. Ended up getting boneless chicken wings (for some reason was feeling the boneless) and could immediately tell they came from the freezer into the oven. Ok. Fiance ended up with a cowboy burger or sorts. Was pretty average and nothing special. They had a band warming up for about an hour. Have no idea why. They kept just playing small snippets of songs. Eventually played one whole song and then walked off the stage. Only writing about this as doing a sound check for an hour is pretty annoying when you're trying to talk to other people in your group.

Love the bar and the food is generally good. Large selection of crowd pleasers. Love the waiters' outfits with short skirts, boots and tight tops. Plan on waiting about an hour to get a table.

Worst place on the planet. Came in with my son and wife while my daughter went to a concert with friends. We arrived 2 hours before concert time and was told it was standing room only at the bar because they were so packed. We came in to find a lot of concert goers just hanging out and the hostess wasn't taking names cause there was a "2 hour wait". So we walked around the gigantic place and found about 20% of the tables empty with no one eating. Ok fair enough I guess! We get to the bar and order a beer and start to look for some seats at the bar. Several people eating nachos etc at the bar so we decide to wait for a spot. We stand for about an hour and finally get some seats from some concert goers that left after eating a hamburger and nachos. Finally we have a spot. So we sit down and we ask the bartender for some Nachos. She then tells us that the kitchen is over an hour backed up and we cannot get nachos. Of course I go off. These are nachos people. Very little kitchen needed. Throw some chips on a plate and some cheese and hit the microwave for 2 mins. So then I proceed to walk the place. Now over 50% of the seats empty. See my photos. Horrible and unacceptable for a place that has been open for so long and that is in a venue area that hosts the biggest concerts and sporting events in New England. After taking pictures I go to hostess and ask how the kitchen can be so far backed up when no one is sitting in any seats to have placed orders. Of course all I got was deer in the headlight looks. I can definitely say that I will never step foot in this place again.

I went there this past weekend for the first time. My expectations were high. I will say that the bar itself, and mason jars were cool. But it stops right there. First of all, the place was about a degree above freezing. So let's get to the food. In a word, AWFUL. If I had to use more then one word I'd probably be banned from this site. I ordered the 3 BBQ meat combo to split with my girlfriend.(pulled pork, ribs, & brisket) we started off with boneless buffalo tenders. The appetizer was terrible tasting, reminded me of frozen chicken from the grocery store cooked, with sauce all over them. Not what I'd expect for a $13 app. They simply were not good. Now, the actual meal was probably the worst meal I have ever attempted to eat at a restaurant in my entire life. The Mac n Cheese can't even compete with boxed Kraft, it was terrible, no taste, seemed re-heated. The brisket, again, awful, did not seem to be actually smoked as the description said, ribs were fatty and gross, and the pulled pork seemed as though it comes frozen, thawed, heated up and served. I ate there Saturday, and was sick to my stomach all day Sunday & Monday, and still not feeling great today. And that's after eating only a few bites of this $34 meal. But hey, the "freedom fries" we're ok. I'll give the waitress her props in recognizing we barely ate any food and removing it from the bill. I will never , ever, eat here again. I don't care if it's free, I don't care if they paid me to eat here, I'd rather eat 3 day old left over fast food then ever again take one more bite at this place. It's too bad, I was really looking forward to a good meal.

unfortunately, I cannot give this restaurant and bar the zero stars it actually deserves. first of all, the place is freezing. I even heard a man saying he was going out to buy a sweatshirt while he waited to be seated. while my party and I was told a ten minute wait was in store, we waited roughly half an hour to be seated by multiple empty tables. initially, we wanted fried pickles for an appetizer. they are mysteriously out of pickles, we opted out for toby's platter. the appetizer took literally 45 minutes to get to our table. when it did, it was missing a component and multiple sauces. the cheese on the nachos was unidentifiable. while we waited twenty minutes for our drinks to come, the margaritas were disgusting, so disgusting in fact that my sister, who was having her first drink on her 21st birthday did not even finish it. I, who am a vegetarian, ordered the Cobb salad, recommended by the waitress after telling her about my dietary needs and this was also the only option for me. as we wait an hour for our meals, the waitress comes back and says they do not have the ingredients to make a Cobb salad, even after she recommended it to me. she told me it would only have lettuce and a tomato. at this point, my family and I decided to leave and just get dessert as it was nearing 9 o clock at this point. as we wait for the check, the waitress comes back, and tells me that her boss has magically found a Cobb salad in the kitchen. I rejected it, as that sounds disgusting. where did he find it? under his a**? because he must have been sitting on it all day rather than managing a restaurant if that's even what you would call this. I don't know if I'm more upset for myself or the table beside me who never received even their appetizers after what must have been an hour. don't even go here. just a cautionary tale.

I'm a bit surprised to see all these low reviews but I have a theory. This really isn't a "destination" restaurant and it shouldn't be marketed as so. I think people see the big name and think "I HAVE TO FOR THERE I LOVE TOBY KEITH". BUT Massachusetts idea of a "shit kickin bar" and Toby Keith's are two different things. This bar would get much better reviews if it were NOT in Patriot Place. It needs to be tucked in the woods, good hour drive, pack your friends and your Labrador and maybe an air mattress for after the bar closes. See- the concept is awesome: girls... attractive girls, cowboy boots, mason jars, LED covered bar, live country music... And then all the starving, can't get in next door- old ladies and there grumpy "we just lost the game" baes come in and the whole concept is tossed as they complain about the high-tops and the bill for the burger. I would more frequent here had they been better located. Outside of all that, I thought the food was good quality. The waitress' cute, and after the second or so captain and coke - amazing waitress. Liked the Tv's, disliked all the gawkers walking by the windows.

It's a gorgeous bar. The drinks are pretty great and the nachos are epic. That's about it, though. My partner and I came for lunch while shopping. He ordered the Jambalaya pasta and I the chicken fried steak. Neither were good. It's a shame, since I really wanted to like this place.

Place is average. You are paying for the name and location. We ordered a burger which was dry, and a steak with mushrooms and onions which were burned. Our visit was during the lunch hour so it wasn't very busy but service was still slow. Best part of the visit was the ochra.

Very disappointed. Came here on a Monday afternoon, it was not very busy but service was slow and not very helpful. I ordered the California turkey burger with cheese. It came and was a decent burger but the avocado on it was not ripe at all and my side salad (which I didn't ask for since I was expecting/wanted fries) was drench in dressing. Everyone else at my table who got fries literally got like 7 french fries which is kind of insane for paying 11$-13$ for a burger or pulled pork sandwich. Our waitress was not very attentive and when we were finished didn't even offer a box for my sister who didn't finish her sandwich. I had to walk to the bar and ask for a box from the bartender who literally did not speak a word to me. Overall this place is just a gimmick for Toby Keith fans of people looking for a big bar to watch the game. I wish I waited the 20 minutes at Red Robin.

I gave it 1 star for our waitress who you could tell was hating life there but still was putting on a smile for us and was doing her best to be as nice as possible with another table of hers that had a father causing more of a loud scene than his child. Food was awful, I got a turkey burger with an egg for an extra $2, the egg was fully cooked instead of runny. My husband got a basic burger. Everything was thrown on the plate, I can make much better at home. We left with $45 bill and totally disappointed with every bit of it. Could be a really cool place, they've got cute girls, nice bar and could be great simple food if they stepped their game up. Oh, the women's bathroom was diiiiiiiiiisgusting. I think Toby Keith would be pissed if he saw how that place was being run.

It was okay. We were there for a gathering after a movie and we had dinner and drinks. The food was good -- not excellent. I don't think the price was inline with the quality. The atmosphere was quite fun. As the night wore on and there was a line of people out the door waiting to get in, it served for some good people watching as we were sitting near the window. I think as the night goes on it gets to be a little more like a club and probably more rowdy which is great if that is what you are into. Certainly worth a try once and make the final verdict for yourself!

Stopped in for lunch on a Monday afternoon. Food was below average--My brisket was way too tough for slow cooked brisket. The sides were okay but Mac and cheese was clearly boiled pasta with melted Swiss on top. The only up side was the service. The staff was nice and dressed for a night out at a cowboy dance club.

The food was terrible. From the pulled pork nachos to every one of our entrees it was disappointing and honestly gross. We ended up getting all of our meals comped and later saw that they closed down the whole kitchen because so many people were complaining. I am hoping it was just a bad night however I wont be returning to see if that is the case.

This place was such a disappointment! To start with, it was dirty. There were flies swarming our food the entire time, and the booths were dirty with food and silverware on the benches. I'm a vegetarian and asked if I could get a grilled cheese and the waitress looked at me as though I was from another planet. After trying to explain to her what grilled cheese was, I gave up and just ordered a side of the sweet potato tots. Then, after the (meal) was done, I ordered a fried twinkie to celebrate my father's birthday. Since this was the entire reason I selected this restaurant, you can imagine my disappointment when the waitress returned a few minutes later and told us they were out of twinkies. I tried to reach TK Corporate both online and via a survey noted on the receipt, but apparently, they're tired of getting complaints as I was unable to share the bad experience with either method.

Everything was going smoothly on my second visit to Toby Keith's after buying a car across the street and deciding to dive in here to celebrate a bit. Yep, all was fine and dandy until THIS happened... I looked at my bill at the end of my fairly decent meal and a Pabst Blue Ribbon (a "tall", I guess? It's in the biggest mason jar). I figured a PBR that size would come in at ooohhh, around $5. Nope, EIGHT FREAKING DOLLARS! Are you kidding me right now?? Funny that I researched it before writing this and they actually need to justify their beer prices in a FAQ on the corporate page. Maybe they need to be justified because they are simply, outrageous. If people weren't always complaining about a 500% markup on crappy, draft beer....they'd be more likely to return in the future. Right now, I'm contemplating if it's even worth it to go back for THAT VERY REASON. The staff was really friendly but it did take an inordinate amount of time to get my order into the kitchen. Granted, the bartendress was busy and alone and she did finally elicit more help so at least the situation was fixed. The ladies here are eye candy and that is obviously by design.....hopefully a wife/gf won't be upset by this. I had the turkey melt along with a side of baked beans for dinner. Careful, vegetarians....the beans are packed with pulled pork. I didn't notice it on the menu or mind but just be mindful of this that it isn't a veggie option. The turkey melt was grilled to perfection and had the correct amount of turkey/cheese/bacon/mayo ratio to make it a really good sandwich. I'm glad I substituted the beans and there was no up charge for that, another kudos to the menu making team. It was probably one of the healthier options on the menu and also the cheapest, coming in at under $10. I can't stress enough that sticker shock is not the way to win someone's heart over. I like the atmosphere in here even though I'm not a country music fan at all. It's one of the better bar options in Patriot Place but go in knowing you will be paying an arm and a leg for a beer you can get cheaper in a six pack at a local Foxboro packy. Hash tag, forewarned.

Had a drink. Had an appetizer. Took the place in, and it's not bad. Looks lo ike they offer a some live music and the food wasn't bad. It just didn't wow me is all. Basically a larger version of a Fridays. Staff was nice. Drinks arrived cold. Again, it's just average.

I will never go here again even if Toby Keith himself invited me. The food was "ok" nothing special. I can get the same at the local bar for a lot less and quicker. We waited 45 minutes for a table and sat down in plenty of time to make the 730 Revs game. That's where it all fell apart. Waitress showed up took our orders and vanished into the abyss. Needless to say we missed the first 20 minutes of the game. It's totally not worth it.

I've always been a huge Toby Keith fan and also a big Pat's fan so naturally I've been dying to go to this place for quite some time now. Last night my girlfriends and I had a mom's night out and figured it would be a great opportunity to visit this restaurant. Last night was a Wednesday night we arrived at 9:45 pm and the place was empty wich was very nice to have less commotion. We went looking to order an appatizer and beverages. There were many employees standing around joking with one another wich is fine except for the fact that we were ignored for almost 5 minutes then finally a bar tender took our appatizer orders and drink order with out one smile or thank you or anything to make us feel welcome. She comes back over to us five minutes later to tell us the kitchen was closed so we couldn't order any food, would have been nice if the whole staff was informed of this before they took our food order. Next stop the restroom. This restroom is the whole reason I am writing this review right now. There are many stalls and not one looked fairly clean. My girlfriend and I started to literally gag at the stench in that bathroom wich smelled of raw sewage. I was trying to hurry so I did not regurgitate. I went to the sink to wash my hands and struggled to find a working sink. As I was trying to find a sink to wash my hands I noticed the floor was littered with trash not to mention a used tampon applicator and a broken moldy soap dispenser under the sinks. You think with how dead this place was and all the staff flirting, joking and standing around the place would be clean. I only wonder what their kitchen looks like. I am so relived we did not consume any of their food. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a place like this. I always thought and imagined this place to be so much better. I'm extremely disappointed and will definitely not be revisiting Toby Keith 's I Love This Bar Reading the other reviews I have noticed many others with the same complaints on the employee's such as being rude and fooling around not talking about work related mater and also being very inattentive to their customers. I also noticed Manager or whoever you are Phyll R copy and pasting the same reply that you strive for excellence and hope they give you a second chance blah blah blah well it sure doesn't look like you've done anything yet over the months to improve your employee relation skills or work on their cleaning skills so no I will not be revisiting this place to give a second chance unless I start seeing many positive reviews.

This is quite possibly the biggest bar I have ever been to. Hubs and I were at Bass Pro Shop on a Thursday afternoon and realized we never ate lunch, so headed over here to check it out. The place was pretty deserted, but I can only imagine how busy it must get during a Pats game. We ponied up to the bar and got some beers and margaritas, which did not disappoint. Their menu was typical bar food fare. Hubs got a steak sandwich which he said was ok, I got the boneless wings with Honey BBQ sauce and ate every last one of them. I'd love to see what this place is like during a Pat's game, but perhaps one Sunday when they aren't playing at Gillette, as the traffic is just a nightmare. Also, I heard they have a mechanical bull here, but I didn't even see it, that's how big it is in here!

Awful service! My husband, son and I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday, there were 6 hostesses, multiple empty tables and we were told a 20 minute wait. After about a half hour we were seated, our waitress greeted up promptly and because we have a toddler we put our food order in right away. Then the waiting...and the waiting...and the waiting. After 35 minutes we tried to find our waitress, we had to have another waitress track her down, we asked for our food to go. Our waitress came back and informed us they hadn't been started to make our meals yet! I got a salad with grilled chicken and my husband got a chicken sandwich, and they hadn't even started to make it yet! After 35 minutes!!!! We paid for our 2 drinks and left, I stopped at the hostess stand on the way out and told 1 of 6 hostesses, (the only one who stopped chatting and look up!) that their service was terrible and we had been there an hour and 20 minutes and we were leaving without even eating lunch! Her response: "okay". Safe to say we will NEVER be setting foot in there again.

Awesome place to watch the games. Huge inside and packed after the pats game. We left a little early and got one of the last tables..actually paid our way in to get a table. $20 and a table for 10 was ours. Food was OK, good bar food and the apps were better than the meals

Music is good, but loud. Mixed crowd depending on what's going on that night. Definitely over serve.

    (2)
  • Kim B.

Greg and I come here quite often for drinks. He doesn't always like it because of the cover, and the loud music, and the crowds... but I always have a good time! It's definitely full of a wide range of characters... you have your slutty college girls, your slutty mothers of college girls, your wanna-be cowboys, your preppy boys, and the parents who want to listen to music. It's a good spot for everyone!! We love getting the mason jars... and for some reason I come mostly in the fall and get my pumpkinhead with cinnamon rims. Absolutely delicious. For some reason, beer just tastes better from a mason jar. So this is how my rating breaks down: 1 star for food- we ordered the nachos, and they were disgusting. They were soggy with way too much sauces/guac/beans on it.. barely any cheese... and the chips were a mixture of soggy/stale. 3 stars for service- I understand the place is HUGE... and they have a million waitress'. But we were sitting at a table, ordering food (and drinks), and we could not find our waitress... nor could any of the other ones. But I know they aren't there for food.. they are there for the beer tips. 5 stars for atmosphere- I LOVE the atmosphere here. It makes me feel like I am in Nashville, not the suburbs of Boston. The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating, and ready for fun. The live music is always talented, and the crowd is always fun and interesting. Chances are, you will see someone you know here too. 5 stars for beer- If you are drinking from a mason jar.. nothing can be wrong in your life. If you are drinking from an XL mason jar... your life is that much better. Needless to say, come here for people watching and drinking... don't expect a good meal. It may seem like more than a bar due to its size, but at the end of the day, its a Wal-mart sized bar.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm to grab a late lunch and a drink or two after doing some shopping with my boyfriend. Was told at the host stand it would be 45 minutes for a table, no problem, figured we'd grab a drink at the bar and wait. Place was fairly empty which confused us since we were told 45 minutes. Ordered our drinks at the bar and I happened to glance up and notice that our number was flashing on the ticket screen that our table was ready! It had been about 4 minutes, awesome! Was sat at a table right near the bar so I motioned to my boyfriend I was at our table as he was waiting for our drinks. Our waitress came over and didn't even introduce herself but instead said "Is he ordering your drinks at the bar? He has to order them through me." I explained how we were waiting for a table expecting the wait to be a while based on what the hostess told us and our number was called as we were ordering. She then replied "Well did the bartender make them yet?" I said I'm sure she was in the process and then the waitress walked away clearly ticked that she missed out on adding our drinks to her tab. We ordered the sampler to share and it hit our table about 7 minutes later, super quick. We then learned why.. the food was cold and looked like it was made hours before. The mozzarella sticks' cheese was solid, not even hot or melted like you think of. The food tasted like leftovers honestly; congealed next day quality. The waitress came over to ask if we were ready to put in for more food right before our appetizer arrived. Said we just kind of hanging out and might do another appetizer in a little bit. We eventually ordered another round of drinks; a beer for the boyfriend and I got a speciality margarita. My margarita was so sweet of sour mix I took two sips and passed on finishing it. We then waited around another 20 minutes for our waitress who was very on top of us at the beginning of our meal and now when we wanted the check, nowhere to be seen. The food quality is lacking, drinks are poorly made, and the waitstaff is very off putting. I can see the allure for college aged kids looking to get drunk and have fun at night, but as a restaurant.. your money is better spent at one of the half dozen other restaurants in Patriot Place.

Pretty damn disappointing! The Caesar Salad I had (hold the chicken) was very good, but not even close to being worth $12.00!! Full price without the meat!? Are you kidding me!? Then, the second most expensive entree on the menu, Surf & Turf - $27.00 for a 5 ounce piece of shoe leather and 5 small rubbery shrimp. Service was okay, atmosphere good, but I came to eat quality food at a reasonable price and got screwed on both counts. Never again. I should have gone anywhere else! A McDonald's #4 would have been better and I could have done it 7 times!! Edit: The boiler-plate response below should/will be ignored. It's meaningless.

What is the point of a music themed bar and grill if there is no music? The answer is there is no point. I can't remember being more disappointed with a theme bar and that's saying a lot. The televisions are well placed if you're coming to drink and watch a sporting event, and if you actually want to hear the commentary you'll be in great shape as there is no music. Normally places like this are over the top and loud to the point where you can't even have a conversation with the person on the stool next to you, but this place was the opposite. I'm not a big country fan but it actually would have been nice to hear a little music somewhere other than their restroom. Those were pretty disappointing as well. Two of the urinals were covered by black garbage bags. There was graffiti on the stalls and some 'Emplomyees Must Wash Hands' signs had been ripped off the walls near the sink. I can only hope they were ripped off by other disappointed customers and not the glib and inattentive bartenders who we had to flag down have the time to be served food and drink. When we asked about the lack of music we were told that it was in fact on, but could not be heard over the sound of the mechanical bull on the opposite side of the bar (which nobody in the bar seemed to have any interest in riding). The menu looked promising to start, as did the decor, but much like the lack of melody in the atmosphere the food also lacked in style and flavor. I ordered The American Ride; a stacker burger (supposed to be two 4 oz. patties covered in pulled pork). I love my burgers which is why this was so disappointing. It had to be pointed out to me that there were in fact two patties on the bun, because they were so small and pre-fab that I couldn't tell there were two. No burger condiments to speak of either. Not a pickle, a slice of tomato or onion or a leaf of lettuce was to be found. Nor was the flavor. I didn't even bother to ask the wait staff as it would have been cold by the time I got their attention anyway. It was a Wednesday. It wasn't busy. They just suck. There are many other much more fun places to go at Patriot Place that have better food. Five Guys is right next door and you can get a waaaaay better burger faster and for the same price with fries. A shitload of fries. Toby Kieth...I HATE your Bar & Grill, and if you ever ate here (which I doubt you have) you'd hate it too.

I had never sent a meal back in my entire life until I visited this place. Loud. Obnoxious. And the food and service was horrible. Tasteless pulled pork. Fat ridden brisket. Mashed potatoes that looked like vomit. And a corn side that looked like something you get in a grade school cafeteria. Hey Toby.... Stick to beer and music.

Where to start? I should preface this review by saying I do not enjoy this sort of venue. The overtly sexual and demeaning work uniforms, loud music, bar food offerings, cover bands, etc...just all make my skin crawl. So why was I here? Coworkers, whom I love dearly. Took a good 20 minutes to get a bartender to give me a drink menu, and another 15 to order a beer. Get the smalls, I think the talls (aka a mason jar) will get warm too fast. I was grilled on my id as I'm from Rhode Island, which is apparently a far and distant land and I was surely in possession of a fake id. UGH. Everyone else was eating and I was getting hungry. For the next 20 minutes I tried to get someone's attention so I could see if there was anything on the menu I could eat. I finally flagged someone down and found out they have veggies burgers, ordered that. My food came out pretty fast. The Burger was your typical BOCA, I dressed it up with Heinz Ketchup & Mustard, and your standard red onion, tomato and lettuce. The fries were really good, nice thick cut fries that had a bit of a coating on them that make them nice and crispy. The bummer? I found out afterwards they call them freedom fries. We had arrived early and stayed late so we avoided having to pay the cover for the live entertainment that started aroun 830. It was just a cover band playing 80s tunes and pop country anthems. IT got crowded and dark and just wasn't my scene. I won't be back.

Waited 1 hour 10 minutes for 3 burgers! Asked for the burgers to be cooked medium well, then came burnt. The corn on the cob is very watery and has a terrible after taste. The baked beans are not good either. Nice place for watching the game and friendly staff but not impressed at all.

Awesome night! Great service with very reasonable prices for our food and drinks! Came with a group of people for a bday party and we all had a blast! Perfect balance of a loud bar/music scene (there was a show going on that night) but not too much noise where we weren't able to talk. Not 5 starts only because there was a cover charge (maybe because of the show?).. Just thought it was weird to have to pay BEFORE sitting down to eat Definitely going back again soon though, totally worth it.

Disappointed in the whole experience. Our waitress was rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. The restaurant was very warm, probably needed to crank the heat so the waitresses who are barely dressed don't freeze. Food was amazing and that's the saving grace of this establishment. Otherwise I would say avoid. You're not missing much.

Went here because I was in need for southern comfort food, left feeling like it was just another chain restaurant. Ribs, fried pickles, chicken fried steak, mash potatoes...all okay but nothing to get too excited about. Also...waitress dress like country Hooter's girls.

My REVIEW has SCIENCE! I arrived on a Thursday night about 6:30pm, I was starving, the only thing I had to eat this day was a bowl of cereal in the morning. I ordered the following: 32Oz Cider Buffalo wings, extra bleu cheese Bacon burger with bbq sauce cooked medium. While the service was fine, here's my tasting experience: My wings were tender, but not spicy. Sure they tasted spicy like they had some kick, but that "kick" was actually just a shit ton of salt. To confirm this I passed them off to my girlfriend who can't handle anything spicier than an Italian sausage. She proceeded to eat not just one but two, and said "They taste kinda spicey, but there's no burn, what's up with that?" We'll get back to these wings later. My burger: You can't screw up a burger, I mean, it's basic. Well, My medium burger came well done and charred. It was dry as hell, which says a lot because it supposedly had BBQ sauce on it- It visually looked like it was on the bun sitting above the wilted piece of lettuce, but god knows you couldn't taste it. The American cheese draped over the bacon on top of the burger and seeped down the sides like vomit in a club bathroom. The bacon (fail safe redeemer right?) was pretty much dried and crispy to the point of being nearly cremated offering no further value to the already insultingly horrific burger. On the plus side- the fries were phenomenal. The wait staff was good, I didn't complain about my food as I really feel that somehow waitresses take it as a reflection on themselves and not the cooking, and I don't like to be embarrassed by having someone come over with a fake and profuse apology and comp anything- A free meal will not make me feel better about my meal or the establishment. I was however surprised the waitress didn't say anything when I enthusiastically suggested she take my less than 1/4 eaten burger back to the kitchen sitting on top of its greasy bun and dump it because I was finished. Now, lets swing back to those wings. Wednesday, I was at the minute clinic for a follow up to an ear infection, this has no relevance to the story, however, my normal blood pressure of 108/70 is of relevance, why you ask? Well I'd forgotten I had an annual physical today, so, first thing at 8:45 in the morning what was my blood pressure? 147/94- Now, that's the difference between normal healthy blood pressure, and "I'm going to have to put you on medication for that" blood pressure. I laughed and explained what happened, my doctor was less than thrilled. I can safely say, not only was my meal horrible, but it was literally threatening my health.

We got cowboys, we got truckers. Broken-hearted fools and suckers. And we got hustlers, we got fighters. Early-birds and all-nighters. I guess I am a fool and a sucker. I love Toby Keith, but I hate this bar. Ordered a RARE burger. I even mentioned to the waiter after wanting a rare burger to make sure it was rare. He said, he will talk to the chef and, "see what he could do". Yeah like I am asking you to introduce me to the queen of England. They never brought out the appetizer we ordered either and after we got our meals out waiter said he asked if it was brought out and the staff said yes. LIAR! You demented bafoon! Sadly, Toby Keith should make a remix called, "I hate this bar" and I will contribute with a rap interlude.

Average food, gimmicky drinks that are so large by the time you are half way done it becomes warm. Having to pay a cover charge or wait in a line to go anywhere in Foxboro is a disappointment and not worth it. Though it is a cool place to see for the novelty, the novelty wears off quick. Everyone who goes here is barely legal and the police presence is always high outside. The last time I ate here my menu was wet from what appeared to be a weak attempt to clean it. The chicken bone under my table from the people before me was quite unappetizing and not only was the service slow, but they didn't anticipate any of our basic needs. If you're going for the bar scene its impossible to get a drink, the drinks are uber expensive for draft beer and like i said before the mason jars everyone things are so cool are really just a gimmick to rip you off. Its always fun to read in the local police log how many people were grabbed from toby keith's each weekend. It might be fun if you're not from the area, but for those of use who do live around here its referred to as Toby Keiths I hate this bar and grill. I'd rate it the worst spot at patriot place. Save your time and money

Stopped in for lunch and left sorely disappointed! Atmosphere is nice and I'm sure its a great place for a concert but the food was awful! My pulled pork packer or whatever it was called had all of 1oz of pulled pork in it. My mother's fish and chips would have been better if they run down to the local supermarket and we picked something out of the freezer! It was the worst 'fish' I have seen at a restaurant! Never again for food!

Ws there today ... Huge beers and good shots but it's a big warehouse and you would think you would be able to hear the music seeing it is a TK bar. They should tell the staff to smile

I have been to this place twice now..... First time was before a concert at the stadium and all we got were beers.... However the second time was last Sunday after me and the kids watched training camp. I was told by the girl at the hostess counter it would be only 25 minutes.... 75 minutes later and after watching at least 30 people leave and the staff seating absolutely no one I approached the hostesses once again. The girl then informed me that they would not be able to tell me when we would be seated! What??? Another girl interrupted and stated that the manager had ordered them not to seat anymore customers.....Don't seat anymore customers!!! It was 1 pm on a Sunday!!!! I could see at least 15 empty tables.... Some that were cleared when the patrons left and now stood empty!!! I didn't take my kids here just to watch you not seat anyone for 75 minutes!!! It's obvious that this place isn't staffed properly to meet any normal demand. Also if you know that people are waiting and you've ordered your staff to stop seating people .... wouldn't you say something to the poor slobs who are waiting patiently staring at increasingly empty tables???? I guess that's just me.... On the upside after studying the menu maybe that manager did us a favor. What a joke.

i'm a little surprised at some of the reviews on here... my boyfriend took me here for the first time this past friday, and we had a solid experience. we sat at the expansive bar and were promptly greeted by a bartender. since the bar was so large, and we weren't quite close enough to the taps to see the offerings, we perused a list. i went with a michelob ultra (sounds lame, but on draft- delicious), and the boyfriend got a shipyard pumpkin ale. you can choose either 16 or 32 oz. if you go with 32, it's served in a large mason jar, which i thought was a great- themed- touch. as others have said, the menu is standard bar fare: apps, sandwiches, burgers, etc. we weren't super starving, so we didn't get an appetizer, especially because the portions here are known to be large. i did start with a cup of chili (which was the size of a bowl at other restaurants). chili was excellent; nicely browned flavor with a good mix of beans and meat. i kicked it up with a little tabasco and downed it. my boyfriend got a burger that was two patties, and topped with pulled pork. he was very pleased with the flavor and doneness, though i will say, he was not asked how he wanted it cooked. i had a taste of the pulled pork, and it was totally smokey, sweet, and melt-in-your-mouth good. he chose waffle fries for a side, and i was hoping to snag one or two, but they arrived cold and only halfway crisp. he was fine with it, and i just took it as a sign that it was time to lay off the fries, so we did not request a new order. i won't fault the restaurant for that, because it was up to us to alert them that something was not up to par. i got the diablo chicken sandwich which did not disappoint. grilled chicken topped with swiss cheese, hatch valley chiles, jalepeno mayo, and chipotle sauce. it's also supposed to come with bacon, but i opted out. chicken was perfectly grilled and juicy, and the heat level was excellent. i went with cole slaw for my side and it was classic creamy, crunchy, goodness. an excellent counterpoint to the spice of my sandwich. even without an appetizer, both my boyfriend and i only ate half our sandwiches, and brought the rest home. service was good and prompt, food was tasty, and the atmosphere was fun. there are a myriad of restaurants to try at patriot place, so we won't be back right away (hey- gotta spread the wealth), but we will be back. i have my eye on some nachos with pulled pork...

I went here Saturday night with my boyfriend to grab a drinks and burgers... The food was absolutely horrible!! First we got the queso dip for an appetizer and they basically severed us crumbs which was ridiculous because it's all ready over priced enough. So if were gonna pay 10 bucks for chips and cheese dip at least give us fresh chips. Which they eventually did. About 5 Minutes later we got our entrees. Fries were good the burgers were ok. We left right away after paying 50 dollars for low quality food. Let's just say after dinner I got so so incredibly sick. My stomache was in knots the whole night. I will NEVER go back there again to eat. I wish we left right when they said it was going to be a 45 minute wait. Oh well. I'm not one to be an asshole but I'm in the restraunt business I know the deal. But if the food is that bad and the service sucks I will complain.

    (1)
  • Melissa D.

The actual service here on a busy Saturday night wasn't bad, but we waited at the table after ordering for an hour BEFORE the waitress came back to tell us that they were out of the menu item 2/4 of us ordered. A manager came over to make us stay (with barely an apology) so that they could scrape the last of the beef brisket out of the bottom of the pan, which was literally just fat. I'd rather they give us a gift card to come back or offer us a different option than to give us horrible quality food. We then watched the manager yell at the waitress and make her feel bad that they had run out of food. Terrible. 1) Review your management team, this restaurant is busy. They should be able to handle high stress and issues better. 2) Your waitresses deliver exceptional service, back them up.

So i have been here twice. And now i believe it is time for a review. The food is subpar and doesn't have a good enough quality food. the staff isn't that great and they really dont need to be wearing the tight shorts.

Came here with my two kids on a Saturday and was told that they had no chicken nuggets or kids cheeseburger. So my kids had to order something they really didn't want. Now what type of restaurant runs out of kids menu items? The burgers that my friend and I ordered were very good and hot, our waitress wasn't to happy. The live band was OK they could have been better.

I've been a few times now since I live real close to Patriot Place... and I think I have enough visits under my belt to form an accurate rating of Toby Keith's. If you're looking for a great hang out spot, with a good beer selection, a large bar, fun atmosphere, and good pub food. Then Toby Keith's is a great place for that while at Patriot Place....The nachos are no slouch, as we seem to order them ever time we visit and are never disappointed. The wings were very good as well, with great flavors to choose from. My only complaint would be the service that we had for lunch on Monday. It was not overly busy, but yet we frequently found our drinks had gone dry while we were waiting almost an hour for 5 sandwiches from the kitchen. The server was very apologetic, and luckily we were in no rush as it was a holiday, but I was a little surprised that no manager came over to check on us as well. When the food did come out, it was even more surprising to find that the fries were cold, and the meat on top of our nachos was cooling quickly. But, even with all that said, the food was very good. So I have no complaints there. I would not let this one visit stop me from returning, but I would think twice about going if I were in more of a bind for time. Overall I give it a 3/5, but it would be 4/5 if Monday's experience had not happened.

We came here just before a soccer game, it was the first sit down place that we passed that didn't have a line out the door...that should've been a dead give away! I came here with my husband and father in law, we were starving! We each ordered the BBQ chicken entrees, with various sides. My husband and I each ordered small side salads to start our meal, I had the southwestern ranch dressing. That was the most enjoyable part of my meal! The BBQ chicken lacked in any flavor whatsoever although it appeared to have a sauce on it. My corn on the cob was obviously of the frozen variety, with its mushy texture and again lack of flavor (notice a trend?) don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with frozen corn on the cob...I just don't expect it to be mushy and flavorless when I order it at a restaurant! I also had the macaroni and cheese which was nothing to write home about, I was expecting some serious cheesy goodness...yeah no! It just sucked. Maybe my expectations were too high, my father in law and husband both agreed that the food was subpar. The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I was starving, it was hot food in my belly and I didn't get sick! Oh yeah, and the salad was good! If you come in for a beer, I'm sure it's a great place! The space is huge, so that's a plus! Next time I'm at patriot place I'm going to Red Robin...yum!

Waiters are pretty but some do not have the right attitude. Place is big and often very empty. Food is awfull but very expensive; chiken strips are McDonald mystery meat, burgers over coocked and dry. One star for girls and their outfits.

Got here, 6 hostesses standing at the station who were way too busy chatting with each other (not at all work related). It took over 3 minutes for one of them to even look up at me. When she did, I said there were 5 of us. She told me 45 minutes and proceeded to look down again ( I thought she was possibly looking for a pen). Another minute and a half later, she looked back up at me, all surprised and asks if I was being helped. Really?!?!? I finally gave her me name and got a number to wait. Over an hour later, our number was finally called. Again, back to the hostess station to be ignored for a bit while they giggled and twirled their hair. Sat down and proceeded to order the nachos and specified twice to leave off the jalapenos. Guess what...we got EXTRA jalapenos! Ordered a burger medium rare, it came well done. Waitress barely checked on us and said NOTHING when the food was barely touched. I was honestly fuming at this point so I knew better than to open my mouth. Not a manager in sight to oversee any of the disaster. I have worked in food service and can understand a bad night but this was just a serious case of no one giving a rat's a$$ about their job or the customer. Funny thing to add- there is a survey you can take that is listed at the bottom of the check (which, again- was wrong! Charged for items never ordered or delivered). In taking the survey, there is a link you can hit to send the survey so that Guest Relations will contact you. I clicked this, and it said that the email to send it to does not exist, so obviously they must care sooooo much. Yeah...right!! Update! Obviously Phil from customer relations paid close attention to my review that stated no one in management was available. Or that I attempted to contact them through the survey as well and was led to a dead link. Phil, if you are serious about contacting me, please leave me information or reach out to me.

So I'm not even a country fan and had a blast here! End up stopping in on a Friday night for some dinner it was delicious, not your homestyle bbq but still pretty top notch. Had the pull pork sandwich which I loved, and the I loved even more that they let me sub fries with mac and cheese for no extra cost. Since it was a Friday night they did charge us a $5 cover even though we were going in for dinner which I was I bit annoyed at first. But after dealing with a bit of attitude surprisingly the hostess gave an awesome table by the stage, really thought she was going to seat us by restrooms after asking her where a good spot to sit was haha. However, really enjoyed the show and end up staying for a bit so the cover was well worth it. P.S. Don't forget to get a mason jar of beer =)

No, just no. My drink tasted like cinnamon mouthwash, food was nothing special, service was mediocre at best, and I felt badly for the young girls who have to wear tiny clothes while their male counterparts get to cover up. Never need to go back there ever.

Went to Toby Keith ' s Foxboro informed them I was gluten free waitress suggested salad , stated they don't really do gluten free as it is a tough menu to modify I went with her suggestion was up to 3 am very sick stay away if you have celiac 's as cross contamination is a guarantee at least the waitress was honest . Others in the party enjoyed their food

I know it sounds like I am always complaining but this place used to be good. The food was never amazing, but it was a good place to get a decent burger and beer. We went two weekends ago and everyone at our table complained about their meal. I ordered the ribs which were dry, burnt and had no BBQ sauce on them. The baked beans were stuck together in one solid mass and the cold slaw tasted like pure vinegar. Everyone else order a burger. Two to three bites of the burger and everyone put them down on their plates. Beside the beer and the company, the meal was a total waste of money. We wont be running back.

burgers and simple foods are great. good beers. the nachos use that crappy melted cheese...stay away....big entrees overpriced.....good music....nice dancefloor area and the live band was good when i was there last. Terrible service, unrealistic wait time with substantial table openings. Came on a Sunday with the patriots at home. Food was good but not worth the hour and a half waiting time. Skip this place if you can.

Once in a while you have a meal which fails on so many levels. Thankfully, it does not happen too often. Let's start with TK's specialty: 1/2 rack of ribs: to be kind -- the ribs were fair -- not what you'd expect given the hype. The beef brisket was served cooler than room temp, and it was as tough as leather. The pulled pork was served at room temp, tasted old and burned. The burger was more like a hockey puck than food. Our server tried her best. It is clear this place suffers from a lack of leadership. Bottom line: the food was sub par, we would not recommend eating here, and Mr. Keith should be embarrassed that this place carries his name.

Went for lunch and service was quick. Queso dip was good but not very spicy. Husband had the burger and loved it. Fries were delicious! I had the chicken wrap and it was kinda dry. Overall experience was good. Can't beat the location...right next to Gillette Stadium!!

My wife ( who is 9 months pregnant) and I were invited to a birthday party for a co worker. We were a bit early, ( so we could leave early) so we decided to get a appetizer at the bar. And a diet coke for the wife and a beer for me. The wife asked me to get a chair for her, so I pull the chair over from the wall and put it in front of the bar. I'm thinking no big deal. The bartender says, you cant do that?? Hmmm..... There is plenty of room at the bar, my wife is pregnant??? I'm thinking to my self what is the BiG deal? Not a customer orientated business at all. We will not be coming back!!!

I disagree with the 'Full Menu' description - more like a Bar Menu +, at least in comparison with the previous menu. On to my latest visit - the service was fair. It seemed to be myself and one gentleman in the place on a rainy Tuesday for lunch, so service seemed a bit slow (especially since there were at least 5 wait staff). The pulled pork sandwich needed more sauce, and sliced dill pickles on it. Rather than football or hockey, the televisions were tuned to baseball - HELLO, check the season! So - it was okay. Disappointing compared to past trips. Such is.

This place is awful. Theme resturant with no personality. We were seated then it took 10 minutes for our waitress to come over. They ran out of water and steaks. The food we ended up getting was not that good. Do not go here.

12:45 on a sunny November Saturday. Heard that the burgers here were good from a friend who's a "burger expert". SUMMARY: This place needs some serious staff training (cleaners, hostess, waiter & cooks), cleaning, preventative maintenance and attention to damaged table/benches. Send the managers to any of the 4 or 5 star locations to see the atmosphere, cleanliness, food & service. GREETING: poor - waited bout 5 minutes before being acknowledged while only 2 parties ahead of us. Plenty of seating, appeared to be confusion between the 3 young women greeting folks SEATING: poor - first brought us to a booth which was very long, extremely thin (and we are not a "hefty" group") and the bench upholstery was damaged near the end where the staff should have easily noticed it. We asked to sit at a table. Table was round (with leafs that open it up to round from square) and the 4 leafs that make it round leaned down. Yes, all four of them. The table next to us had the same issue. CLEANLINESS: mod-poor, the table had visible dust/dirt on it. Ladies room was pretty clean which is usually indicative of a "clean house" ATMOSPHERE: COLD! Brrrrr! Everyone in the place (except for the waitresses) had their fleece/coats on! Music - what music? Don't remember hearing it. FOOD: Disappointing. The burger was flat, dry and unappealing. Should have taken a pix. Honestly, a McDonald's burger tastes better. The side Caesar salad (a nice choice instead of fried), the toasted bun and the water were good. My friend (the burger expert who recommended this place) would be horrified that the burger was flattened!! SERVICE: Equally disappointing. Waiter apparently thought he was funny when he continuously made comments about our requests (i.e. asked for salad with dressing on the side before the salad even came to the table and he stated "oh, it's too late now") COST: $12 for a burger. I've had a better $0.99 burger @ Mickey D's!

Went with a larger party (11) as we were in town for a hockey event . This location doesn't take call aheads or reservations but after walking in and explaining our group size and after a bit of a discussion amongst the greeters we were seated in 10 minutes or so. Our waitress was excellent and dealt well with our group size. Food was exactly as ordered and served hot. Overall this was a great experience and we would go back.

This is a great place to have some beers as you're making the rounds at patriot place but this is not a southern BBQ place like I was wishing for. Went with the family on a Wednesday night for dinner and the small menu said "from the smoker" over the BBQ foods so I got the ribs. I should have gone to McDonalds for a McRib. The meat was tough and dipped in BBQ sauce in an attempt to give it some sort of flavor, very disappointing. Also they were out of pineapple juice and Miller lite. The best part of the meal was the cole slaw. I'm sure if Toby Keith ever actually visited this place he'd be ashamed his name was on it.

Never even got to eat!!! . It was Around 2pm and the hostess said they would be closing at 4 for sound check for the band that night.. ok we had 2 hours to eat I had no intention of taking that long to eat lunch anyway.. We are seated at a booth and there is a table of 6-8 people near us. We order drinks 1 water, 1 diet coke.. and then they start sound check. Ok you said sound check was at 4? Huh? By the sound of the complaints from the table next to us they had been doing sound check for a while. They were not happy at all and made no bones about making it know to everyone within the area. I cannot blame them. If they told us they were doing sound when we walked in then we would have just gone somewhere else. We told the waitress to give us our check and we were leaving. They tried to charge us for 2 sodas instead of 1. Sorry not paying for tap water. No tip for you on that one. (No matter how bad the service I have never not tipped) She was rude and arrogant about having to take it off the bill. The hostess was rude when we were walking out.. There is a sign on the door about us closing at 4 for sound check.. OK but its 2 pm and The doors were open and they sign they put up about the place closing early for sound check was facing the other way as they taped it on the wrong side of the door. When I pointed this out she got angry with me. This place is a joke!!!

I came here once a long time ago and thought it was good. I decided to go back again, what a terrible experience. I had to wait 2 hours while everyone else that go there after me got a table within 30 minutes. My food was then brought out cold and not cooked how I asked. The drinks are expensive and barely any alcohol in them. A friend wanted to go there again, so I went with them and the exact same thing happened with our food! I gave up on this place. Its a cool atmosphere but you cant serve people cold food!!!

This is my absolute favorite bar and my absolute favorite place to go dancing!! I go here on a regular basis and have never had a bad experience! The live bands are always great, the bartenders are always very quick (which is amazing considering how many people are there on the weekends!), the place is huge so even when it's at capacity I have plenty of room to move/dance, and the food is good. They have live bands on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays so if you want to listen to great music and dance the night away I highly recommend checking it out on a weekend!

restaurant feels like it is driven by a marketing group instead of bbq/southern foodies....if you are looking for good southern bbq, then i would not recommend this place.... didn't care for any of the food....pulled pork was way too sweet and saucy...ribs were too saucy.....mac n chese was not rich or creamy, more like buttered elbow noodles with some cheese melted on top....grits were too salty....fried pickles were warm, not hot....etc.... service was good, though the food came out a bit slow.... they offer live music, so the venue could be good for a few hundred people.... if it were not in the patriot place complex, then i don't think it would survive as a stand alone destination in the boston burbs.... if you want really good bbq, then i recommend soul fire in alston/brighton....

I wasn't expecting much based on prior reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. Prior reviews were spot on. Met the wife & kids for dinner tonight. This was one of the few "family" restaurants at Patriot Place and we'd never been, so decided to try it. Kids got the kiddie cheeseburger and kiddie chicken finger meals. Real good price at $3.99 each. Wife got the turkey rollup which came with fries, but she opted for steamed veggies at $1.00 upcharge. I went with the Diablo chicken sandwich. Was appealing in that I enjoy spicy foods. Well this thing was the SALTIEST sandwich I ever ate. So bad that I went to the fries and pickle for something less salty. For a sandwich that had so much promise, it was a major disappointment. And it was nothing special given the $10.99 pricetag. Add almost $3 for a soda (which she never offered to refill). Decor was meh, and it was quite loud, even without the live music going on. And although the waitresses were dressed in short shorts and tight tops, they were meh as well. Save the trip to Foxboro and head south to Hooters in Warwick for decent food and skimply-clad waitresses.

Went to sit down but was told can't have these empty tables. There's a 40 min wait. There was a sea of empty tables. Ok Get last seats at the bar. 2 beers please! Beers came out warm. They try again. Beers came out room temperature. Really, can't even get cold beers, at a country bar. My GF got the chicken wrap, guacamole was actually grossly warm! My f*** side dish salad was warm! .Do the beers and mayo based food go under a heat lamp? Nasty. She was sick later. Great place if you want horrible overpriced food, warm beers, and no notice by the bartenders.

Great bar. Brilliantly designed. Tons of space and lots of TVs. Fun environment and pretty good food.

Came here last week with my mom & brother. The place wasn't very busy at all, especially for nearly 6 o'clock on a Friday. We ordered the pretzel appetizer to start and ordered meals, a steak for my brother, burgers for my mother and myself. After about a half hour or so, at least, we still hadn't received our pretzels. The table next to us had arrived 10 minutes later than us and was already being served meals. Our waitress came over and asked if we needed drinks, and we mentioned we were still waiting on the pretzels. Kind of dumbstruck, she went off and came back with our pretzels without so much as an apology. The pretzels tasted okay, but were kind of wrinkly looking (probably from sitting under a heating lamp or something?) Within minutes of her dropping them at our table, our meals arrived so the pretzels were pushed aside. Toby Keith's, while overpriced, has the workings to be a good restaurant. A big bar area shaped like a guitar is a great game day attraction, a stage playing country acts on weekends is also a great time. That said, it seems like the staff could use a little work. My burger, while tasty, was well-done (I requested medium). My brother's steak was rare (also requested medium). Otherwise, the food was pretty good and I'll give them another shot before writing TK's off altogether.

I went there for dinner and loved it! The food was good and I love drinking my beer from a mason jar. The music is a major plus too. Our waitress's name was Shannon and she was amazing. She was so friendly and very attentive. She checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be back!

Well I'm from the south and I was excited to take my girlfriend out to a famous country bar for drinks and music. I was also excited about the free meal they offered to military members. It took a way too long for the waitress to even hand us a menu. The entire serving process took forever and we felt rushed by the waitress. When we finally got the bill she had charged me for the military burger. The manager apologized and I felt he was sincere however I feel that there is a MAJOR need for change here.

Lately I have been hearing and reading a lot of bad reviews of Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill. I gotta say I don't understand. I have eaten there as well as gone there to hear some great live music. The food is great and the service has always been excellent. All of the staff is very nice. I will definitely go there again. It's also a great place to watch a sporting event. Plenty of HD TV's all around the place.

My husband and I went for lunch today. I had their signature southwestern chicken salad. It had good flavor and was a good size considering the $12 price. My husband had the 1/2 rack of ribs. The sides (fries, rings & side salad) were the best part of his meal as he found the ribs to be tough. It has a fun, lively country music atmosphere and the bar is huge with a large draft beer selection if that's what you are after. Friendly & attentive staff.

Place is average. Average food, average staff, average decor, and average pricing. Just get in, get fed, get out. Men's restrooms are clean, that's the only above average.

We went before a Pats game. The wait wasn't all that long and the drinks were great! We got apps which were very good. No complaints here and we will definitely be back :)

Went to Toby Keiths with a friend on 5/15/14 and had their standard burger (both of us). Both of us ended up violently ill and are convinced we had food poisoning from this establishment. Needless to say we will NOT be going back.

Complete amateur hour. From the hostesses, door people, bartenders, not a professional amongst them. Food is sub par, you get better pub grub from your local tavern anyday. Just a tourist trap.

I love this bar ... and grill! The place is HUGE, but it needs to be considering it was loaded with football fans before the Ravens-Patriots AFC Championship game. Had an hour wait, but it was well worth it. The pulled pork was delicious. The fries were good, and the wings have a nice kick to them. Tons of TVs to keep you occupied while you wait. Even though the bar was packed, I still had no problem getting a drink from one of the bartenders. I didn't care for the 32 oz. mason jars they use to serve their large drafts, but at least they weren't more than $8. I found mixed drinks to be cheaper. Four of us split 2 appetizers and each got a sandwich and a round of drinks. Bill came to $90.

I thought this was America? I ordered a cowboy burger and the waitress told me I can only get it cooked well done. Really?! I thought living in America we got to choose how we eat our burgers. Anyways, the burger comes out and it's a charred mess. Basically a puck. Dryer than sawdust. Really disappointed in their burgers. Other than that there were some positives, cold beer out of a mason jar, decent nachos with brisket, and really good fried pickles. To close this out, don't tell me I can't have a medium rare burger, Toby Keith. And you can keep your hockey puck burger.

Kids hang out, no service for food, food just OK pulled pork dry but had flavor, potato skins good, quesadilla good..... fight broke out no one to patrol even though there was security but young kids with no experience. A place for kids not adults

This place sucks. Extremely poor service, rude staff, food is barely ok. Place obviously suffers from piss poor management. Lots of ignorant patrons. Security is a complete joke. If you're Going to Pats Place many other good locations to go to. Would never go back. Not even worth 1 star.

We went there for the first time Sunday and where to I begin... The wings were cold, my burger was over cooked, the wait for our food was ridiculous! Even though the manager was nice enough to take off the wings and my burger from our bill, I'm not sure I would go there again.

I was here recently with my boyfriend to grab dinner after shopping in Patriot Place. The setting was really cool and we felt like we were in the south and I loved how they served beer in mason jars, very cute idea! Our server was very friendly and took good care of us. However, I've had better food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and my boyfriend had smoked salmon, both not impressed. I would come back only to hang by the bar.

We did not actually eat here, just had some drinks. Good news, they are cheap. $5 for a vodka and coke. Lots of TV's, lots of seating. The bar is huge, and the food going to the tables looked awesome.

Have you ever been in search of a bathroom that just won't materialize, resulting in you making a mess in your pants? When that happens, the best thing to do is find a restroom and just make the best of it. This is really my code for life. Little did I realize that sticking to the code one night would lead to a heaven on earth. Toby Keith's I Love This Bar is to middle aged suburbanites what Sissy the K's is to 19 year olds. It's a place to drink to excess and act like a self-righteous moron. For me, it's an unparalleled people watching experience. In one evening I watched adults excited to drink from mason jars, suburban housewives making out with each other, and a short dude wearing a cowboy hat and a duster circling the bar like a failure vulture. The food was terrible, but the night I was there, the band - Girls, Guns, and Glory - were awesome. They mix original songs with classic country - Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, etc.- and get the place jumping. Lets go back to the food: I had the blandest chicken fingers, limp French fries billed as Freedom fries (dear god what) and bad beer. So, skip the food unless you're prone to giving the Old Country Buffet 5 stars. So, don't go there for the food. Go there for the people watching.

    (3)
  • David P.

Don't waste your money here. If you're going for only a beer you will be ok but don't bother with the food. There seating process is a mess. We waited 2 hours all this while we watched other people just jump into tables once patrons left. The main problem is that the wait staff serves these people and you just keep waiting. Finally we sit and i really love good bbq and this was the bottom of the barrel. It did not even match up to other chains like fridays or texas roadhouse. So imagine what i think about it compared to sweet cheeks bbq around fenway which is really good bbq around this area. If you need food in patriot place just go to five guys.

What a ripoff! I decided to start off with fried pickles (not bad) then I had 1/2 slab of ribs. They were tough as leather (could not cut through them even w/ a steak knife) green beans were rubbery & bland, French fries were dry. Chicken sandwich was ordered by my husband. All roll & a small dry piece of chicken! I sent back ribs & waitress was very nice but explained that lots of people returned them.

Very fun place to grab a drink and to people watch. I do recall seeing an older couple dressed in overalls sipping out of mason jars. You cannot make this stuff up. Based on the other reviews here, I'm not sure I'd ever try the food.

Went here for a Lee Brice show. I had a water as I was driving. My partner had a beer in the mason jar. I bought my tickets ahead of time. I will say that they sell way too many tickets for a concert, it was packed with nothing but drunks. But what do you expect, it's a bar. My partner had left to go get another drink and could not find his way back to me ... It was that packed. I ended up leaving early because of it. I may come back and get dinner. But I will never go there for another concert.

  • Dan S.

If you stick with a burger or wings its OK. The entrée s are what you would expect for a chain. Cold and lousy. Cold mashed potatoes ,cold corn etc. Draft beer is OK although depending on bartender a third of your beer is foam.

Went here last night and had a terrible experience. We ordered guacamole and chips and the chips looked like they came from the bottoms of the bag and someone stepped on them. We asked our waitress if she could get us a new basket and she brought out a basket with about 6 big chips on top of the crumbs we had sent back. I ordered a chicken wrap and french fries and I got no french fries and got a salad instead. The drinks we ordered were weak and didn't taste like there was any alcohol in them. I would never return.

Cons: food not very good, steak a terrible cut, one person in my party chocked theirs down, the other sent their steak back. The cut was comparable to a $3.00 skirt steak. Service very slow. Slow to greet the table upon arriving. Slow to bring beverages/deserts/checking in. This after waiting almost an hour for a table. Pros: burger and nachos ok. Fun environment. Good service at bar. Big mug beers. Management was responsive to complaints. Not sure if I would ever go back. Girls in short shorts do not make up for bad table side service.

  • Laura T.

Super duper mediocre with a little bit of sexism thrown in for good measure. My family and I had a little time before a revolutions game and came in for a "quick" bite. The service was beyond slow, and when our meal did finally arrive it was something that made Applebee's look fresh and gourmet in comparison- adding insult to injury; The waitstaff is dressed like a poor man's hooters.... (If there is even such a thing....) All in all, gross and tired.....

Skip the food and just order a beer in a mason jar. That's the best advice I can give if you feel like you need to go to this place. I had the salmon and it was really pretty good but the appetizer sampler and the fried chicken my mom ordered were mediocre at best. Drinks and food are pretty expensive, but the beer was priced pretty well. It was loud and the service was ok but it wasn't too busy when we were there since it was a Thursday night. Overall this place could be fun for some drinks with friends but the food really isn't worth it.

    (2)
  • Ryan S.

This is a fun place to go especially with drinking friends. Before a game it is fun and good for appetizers. The main course chicken sandwich I had was not very good but the basic bar appetizers they had were decent, the spinach dip was what we had. people go here for the fun environment and you need to cowboy up to handle the drinks (they are strong!) I heard this was rated one of the best owned celebrity restaurants. Generally the celebrity restaurants are not good in my experience but this me was given an "a-okay" due to the fun decor and effort. A tip- do not miss out on the triple chocolate cake.

Not quite sure why there is a bit of negative reviews. Our experience was awesome!!! Wife and I came here for dinner. Place was pretty busy. Service was outstanding. Food was good. We had the fried pickles for app., was excellent. I had the south of the border burger. It was fantastic, tasty, and cooked properly. Wife had house salad with grilled chicken. She also liked it. Overall, awesome experience and great place. Def. will return.

I hadn't ordered yet, but any place that has both fried bologna sandwiches and deep fried Twinkies on their menu wins a big plus for me. Not that I would ever order that (sober) , but it does add to the 'first impression' score. Ate the food and it's a solid 2. The atmosphere does wreak of "chain", and is like a big open garage, but still fun. Atmosphere for drinkin' gets a 4. So, (4+2)/2 = 3. Go to drink, but the food is nothing to Yelp about.

    (3)
  • Shaina F.

The only reason they get 3 is for atmosphere and NOT good. I have been several times and when we go for the band or bull riding its a blast. But, when we go for food it's HORRIBLE. We went last night for a friends birthday, there were 6 of us and no reservation so we expected to wait. Our 45 minutes wait turned into an hour and 30 minutes. When we finally sat down we waited over 30 minutes for nachos with we're ok and another 30 for food. The boneless fried chicken was aka salty ( and I usually add extra salt to things) and the potatoes looked and tasted like they has been sitting under a hot lamp for a while. My husbands medium burger was a hockey puck. However when we sent it back he got another one and they didn't charge us. Now for the good stuff, every other time I've gone not for good we've had an awesome time. Giant mason jars of beer are always a win. Take my advice, go for the bonds and beer and not the food.

I love this bar! (Pun intended.) Really though, I like this bar, but there's room for improvement. Been a few times, most recently after a concert at Gillette. It was a $5 cover to get in (I was surprised), and it was packed with people. There was live music so loud we couldn't even talk to each other. There were a lot of drunk people dancing. I do like the huge round bar and the super long room as far as the atmosphere goes. The food isn't very good, and the service isn't very good. I thought the drinks were reasonably priced though. I'd go again for a drink or two, but probably wouldn't go back for food, and definitely won't go back if I have to pay a cover to get in. That's just lame.

  • Len C.

For a casual bar and grill Toby Kieth's is excellent. I had the rib eye steak which was cooked perfectly with lots of flavor. The place is so big you can sit away from the huge bar in the dining area where it is quiet enough to talk to your friends. Our waitress, Amada, was great checking our glasses and being certain everything was perfect. Restroom is also very large and very clean.

    (4)
  • Shannon F.

Two words: Freedom Fries. Really? I walked in there with a friend beause he insisted that the beer was alone worth going for. And he drove, so I had to humour him. I hate country music, so already I was going in with a negative attitude. But when I saw freedom fries-that's when I started b*tc&ing. I tend to think that with what little they wear, the girls could make more money stripping (poor things). Having said all that, the beers were big, so more than likely I will go back for them. I'll just have to remind myself that those poor girls CHOOSE to wear next to nothing and serve freedom fries. And maybe they LIKE country music, you never know. I guess I can't save the world as much as I try.

  • Jason C.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service here is the worst I have ever experienced. I will never go back. When I got to the bar and ordered a drink, the bartender said I couldn't stand there because that area (where the mat is) is where people come up to order drinks. This is very understandable but she didn't ask, say please, or anything, she just demanded it. So I moved over to a spot she said was okay. I was standing there with my brother for over an hour. A chair nearby opened up so I brought it over and a different bar tender said I couldn't sit there. I explained how I have been standing in this spot for over an hour and she said that they try and remove the chairs after some. Okay so I could stand there but not sit? Doesn't make sense. Also, for such a large place their selection for beer on draft is very small. They also run out of glasses pretty quick and start serving beer in red solo cups. What is this a house party? Serve the beer in glasses! Bathrooms are in the worst condition. One of the toilets was overflowing and half of the faucets were out of order. If half the faucets are out of order, think of how many people don't wash their hands.

Well the comedic factor of the lack of clothing on the girls during a blizzard provided my group with a laugh. The portions for our lunch time outing were enormous allowing most of us to take home leftovers but beware of those take out boxes because 2 of them split right down the middle before ever making it to the home fridge. The food wasn't amazing or terrible just average.

  • Teresa P.

This is my 1st bad review. I arrive on Sunday exactly at noon when they opened. We waited for the doors to open. There was a problem with the lock. We were the 3rd party to be seated. We ordered sandwiches. After a while we noticed the place was packed and everyone had their food but us. Exactly an hour later at 1pm our food arrived. One person in our party of 3 was a diabetic and took their insulin shortly after we ordered. I wish the waitress would have told us there was going to be a delay and why. I am guessing she completely forgot to place the order. The food was ok. I looked around for a manager but didn't see anyone other than waitresses. The restroom could have been better stocked with paper and seat liners. I also went to the bar to get change to pay the check since our waitress wasn't easy to find. I gave the bartender 2 20's and she gave me back 41 dollars. I returned the extra dollar.

Went there for the first time this past Friday with my girlfriend. Was hearing a lot of bad reviews about the place but we both love country music and wanted to check it out for ourselves. We both had a blast, the band that was playing was pretty damn good and the atmosphere was pretty cool to. We didn't try any of the food so I can't comment on that but if your looking for a cool country bar that puts beer in mason jars go check them out. We both agreed we will be going back there again soon

Pretty much a glorified Applebee's with girls in skimpy clothing. The food is mediocre, and the drinks are a little pricey. The ambiance is fine and the music is good (if you're a country fan). Overall, it's alright, but there are plenty of other options at Patriot place that may be better for a bite to eat.

  • E B.

We have been to this place twice and twice it has been absolutely terrible. Besides the incredibly slow service and less than average food, the Friday and Saturday night crowds are really trashy and the staff has no idea what they're doing. There is a reason why there are cops stationed outside this place regularly.

    (1)
  • Aly B.

Don't go here. Rude, disrespectful staff. This place has absolutely no idea how to treat customers. If you are at Patriot Place and want a bar try Bar Louie or CBS Scene. If those are packed, just go home.

  • Jason Y.

Absolutely awful! You cannot convince me that the ribs were actually smoked. Seems like they put them on the grill to flash cook them. Plus, they weren't trimmed and were full of fat. The Mac and cheese was Kraft...really?!?!? The waffle fries were dried out and tasted old. Will NEVER eat there again. Food was as bad as his music.

The bar is nice. I say this from the view that it is an excellent setup for serving drinks both on the tending side, and the drinking side. The bar is huge, well set up with TV's from all angles - and the server's stations are strategically placed. Ever watch bar-rescue? It's like the host's wildest dreams come true. However, honestly Toby Keith's isn't the bar for me. I like to be able to carry on a conversation with whomever I'm with, and this isn't the place to talk to people. Also, when I'm single I don't want to go to a place like this, because again I can't speak and I can't listen. Live music and entertainment are a bonus, and yeah the bar does it well, but it's not for me. The food is lousy. The drinks are expensive. However, it's popular. But, it's popular with young people who are still developing their tastes, and learning that high school sociability has no place in later collegiate life, and the real-world. Basically if you'd like a frat-party in an Applebees, that you have to pay too much for, with small-time country artists playing overly-loud, you have come to the perfect place. I'm not being sarcastic, I know this is what some people want! Enjoy.

Good food and service. The half-size ribs are enough for two meals (even if you're ravenous). Best sweet potato fries I've ever had. Fried okra was okay--I didn't realize it would be battered (I was think more West Indian fried okra) but I'm sure one of the other sides would have been just fine. Gigantic lemonade/soft drink servings and fun names for the cocktails/entrees. Lots of fun! Pleasant staff. Would go back if I were in the area.

I'd rather give them no stars! My husband and I had an awful time here. The staff was extremely rude tell us to "hurry up and order" they bounced us around to different tables telling us "never mind you can't sit here" I hvs r never been to w place were the staff was so ignorant! Never again will I go here.

Horrible food, let me repeat, horrible food! I had the pulled pork sandwich, the pork was drowning in very sweet BBQ sauce and the tiniest bit of coleslaw on top. The roll was a soggy mess. My husband meals was just as bad. Beer was nice and cold, service was good. We will not be going back, there are certainly better choices at the Patriots Place. From the reviews, it must be a blast to go to on a Friday night, we were there for lunch. Toby, get yourself a chef!

  • Martin M.

Definitely don't go here for the food. My daughter ordered a Ribeye Steak, medium rare. I ordered a Delmonico Steak medium rare, my mother ordered a hamburger, medium. What did we get? My daughter's steak covered all bases. One end was bloody rare, parts of it were medium, and the other end was well done. My steak was medium on one end for the first two bites, then it was well done to shoe leather. It was a pretty thin piece of meat also. My mother's "medium" hamburger was a well done hockey puck. This isn't "typical bar food" as others say. Typically, bars usually don't have food this crappy. It wasn't busy on the Wednesday night we went and the waitresses were nice enough. I must be getting old because all I could think of was "Aren't those girls cold in those skimpy outfits?" It's like a Hooters except with less clothing and crappy food.

Awesome place to go! Atmosphere is amazing. Mason jar beers make it a really awesome vibe. Stephanie was our bartender, I was so happy we had her. She is personable and friendly. She looks like really enjoys her job which makes it that much more enjoyable! Can't wait to come back soon!! More Luke Bryan music!

Checked this place out after dinner on Saturday night with our friends at about 10 pm. I'm not really into paying cover charges but $5 wasn't bad. This place was packed!!! We found our friends and an area near the bar and had a good time. The beers came in two sizes... Small or tall. And the tall is tall. The band playing was really good, they played a mix of country and pop/rock music. Very entertaining! It was a little loud and crowded but overall we had a nice time, we only stayed for one drink before heading on to the next bar.

Pricey but a very enjoyable overall experience, big beers poured into mason jars, and a nice selection of southern comfort food that screams mass production rather than comfort (ie chicken fried steak, fried bologna)

  • Betsy R.

Has anyone actually heard the song "I Love This Bar"...because Toby's songwriter loves a bar...not a bar and grill. I digress. This is a place you come to hear some country music and pretend that you're southern. Or country. Or western. Who knows. Wear boots, drink beer out of a mason jar (of course they have them), and listen to some country. The food is barely okay (it's run of the mill bar food), the beer selection is pretty average, and I have swimsuits that cover more than the waitresses' uniforms...although as I reread that statement, that clearly won't be perceived as a criticism to all readers. It's fun, although if you go on a Friday or Saturday evening, prepare to wait an extremely long time for a table. The bar is huge, there's a mechanical bull, and soldiers get a free meal.

The four stars are for the help and atmosphere. Great place to have drinks with friends, hear live music and do some dancing if that's your thing but the food is just ok. I have had good all american sandwiches here and terrible apps (spinach and artichoke dip). I love mason jars but these ones are huge and will sneak up on you. The crowd age range is all over the place but everyone is there to have a good time and it works. Great place for drinks with friends and ok for food.

I was so annoyed from the moment I approached this dump. First impression: the fat azz doorman checking id's is eating a wrap and touching everyone's id's, classy. The next fun event was a cover charge. Okay, um guys I'm coming here to eat and likely overpay for crap food and draft beer. Do you really need to squeeze me for an extra $10? I mean wtf is that? That's cool if I'm not coming to eat, charge me, but that is horrible business if you ask me. Okay I decide screw it the wife wanted to come here I'll just pay like an idiot. Give them my debit card. "oh I'm sorry sir it's cash only" "I don't have cash" "there's an ATM inside, leave your ID" Nice way to talk to a patron, I turned around and walked out. Went and ate at Tavolio instead.

Didn't have a necessarily bad experience, or a great/memorable one. Went here because some friends are huge country fans, and a big group of us met for dinner. We went to the bar to get drinks before the meal. Service was very slow and un-personable at the bar. I did like the large mason jars they serve beer out of, though it is awkward to hold one that large with no handles. The actual bar is very aesthetically cool, with its guitar shape bar and overhead. The hosts gave us some problems about having our group all at one table, but eventually gave in and let us all sit together. I am not sure what the issue was there. Service at the tables was better. I know it can be overwhelming serving a larger group, and our server did great. One order was rung out/brought out wrong but it was an easy quick fix. The whole table agreed that the food was OK, but not great. Seems like a great place to go for late night fun if you're a country fan. A band was coming on in the stage area as we were leaving and sounded decent. Wouldn't go out of my way to come back, but if someone wanted to come here I would return.

i've never been here when it's busy, so i can't really say anything about the crowd, but i had a decent experience here on a slow night. got a couple of drinks, sat at the enormous bar, watched my friends fall off the mechanical bull....nbd. had the southwestern salad, which was pretty amazing to my surprise. the space is huge, country/industrial looking. definitely wasn't blown away by anything in this place, but i can see how it could be a fun place to go on a friday or saturday

The beers were huge - almost too big and the food was mediocre at best - think Applebee's. The kids meals were fine, but the food was undercooked (veggies), overcooked (pork chops) or cold (fries). Dessert was the best part, but totally uneventful and could just as easily have come from a grocery store. And while I'll be the first to admit a pair of Daisy Dukes can be an eye catcher, the HS seniors working here shouldn't be wearing them, especially in November when it's 30 degrees out - jeans might work better for a family restaurant, as well as t shirts without a 10" scoop in front - that way every plate wouldn't need to be served with a side of cleavage!

Food is bar quality, but hey its a bar. WARNING on going to a concert here. They let the house band play for over an hour and then the 'backup band' for quite some time. With breaks main act did start til at least 2 hours after start at both Thompson Square and Eli Young this year. Unfortunately, once the band gets on the stage, they normally sound like they're singing through their noses and hammering the treble. Just way too much tin in the sound system - not good:-(

Epic sized bar with 32oz Mason Jars of deliciousness. Everything else? Meh. I was there in the middle of the day on a Saturday. I discovered a bathroom stall in which someone had clearly been sick and let the bartender know who promptly notified a server who did nothing. Eww. Then I got to listen to a server complain to a bartender about being over scheduled Labor Day weekend. Because that's what I want to listen to as I enjoy my beer; an employee bitch & moan about having to work two doubles over a holiday weekend. I've been a server at a sports bar and killed for big shifts like that. At any rate, why would you have a conversation like that within earshot of so many patrons? I had the food during a previous visit so decided to pass this time around as it was mediocre and overpriced. Bottomline, great spot for a beer if you can drown out the drama.

Not a very welcoming environment. As soon as you open a tab your card is pre authorized for the first 2 drinks because the assumption is you and your friend intend to drink your beers and sprint to the exit? Why wouldn't all bars do this? Grilled chicken nachos came out fast. Chicken tasted like it had been sitting and warned up. Slimy texture. Bartender takes away nachos: "you guys done" Not "How was everything. " Obese customers everywhere. Thin waitstaff which is refreshing.

I had such high hopes for this place. I've been wanting to come since it opened. Well unfortunately I'm not sure if I'll be back. Even after BEGGING my boyfriend to come with me. Wait time for a table was an hour. But hey its 630 on a Saturday. Understandable. Found a place at the bar pretty easily. And then we get seated about 55 minutes later. Not a problem we knew we would have to wait. 45 minutes AFTER we were seated we find out they don't have the beef brisket that 2/4 of us ordered. Upsetting as once I have my mind set on something that's all I want. My friend who had been dragged along agreed that we would leave and get food elsewhere. Well at this point the manager comes and apologizes and offers our dinner free. So we stay. And about 15 minutes later we get out food. The burgers look good! But yhe brisket is all gristle! WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME TO STAY AND APOLOGIZE IF YOU WERE GOING TO GIVE ME THE LEFTOVER CRAP! SERIOUSLY I was willing to give you another chance and comr back. But after the 100% gristle. Never again. And I feel like an a-hole for dragging my friends here

We went to Toby Keith's this past weekend and was extremely disappointed. First thing I will say the fried pickles were delish! That is the only positive to it. We ordered nachos and specified no guacamole (I am allergic and stated so). Came out with guac. Sent them back and asked that they do not just take it off, as I cannot have it anywhere near my food. Nachos came back out about 10 minutes later ice cold. As I took a chip, I noticed there was still a blob of guacamole right by the sour cream. Sent them back and cancelled our meals. Manager never came over. Charged us for the bills - minus the nachos. The waitress was very nice, felt bad, and said this happens ALL OF THE TIME with people with allergies. That is unacceptable. Not liking something is one thing, but being allergic is another. Horrible, horrible establishment.

I've been to this location twice, but will not go back. The food was horrific. I got the appetizer platter and a rib eye, the appetizers were gross...the cheese on the nachos was cheese whiz. Gross! My rib eye was over cooked, heavily charred on the outside, fatty and tasteless. I was not happy having to pay 23.99 for that. Steak at outback is 100x better. Our server was very pleasant, but the food was subpar and not worthy of the $63 it cost me. Glorified white trash food.

Since my first review I've since eaten here twice- once the pulled pork sandwich and once the turkey club. The food here is just ok. Nothing special at all. I will say that the fried mac & cheese triangles hit the spot. The french fries taste like my high school cafeteria fries...kind of lukewarm and soggy. My club was served sans mayo even though I asked for it on the side. I make a better sandwich at home. You are definitely paying to experience the atmosphere here and not the food. If you're looking for a good time with friends, a live band, and huge beers, this is your place. Get there early or you'll wait in a long line during the weekend...

I went here on a random Tuesday night (around 11) to get a drink with a friend. First off--there was a long wait to actually get a drink..I'm a bartender myself and have had no problem BY MYSELF handling serving 100 people...There was numerous bartenders and not even 50 people there (most already had drinks) They come over, and take our orders and scan our IDs. My friend (NH Drivers license) worked--but My Maine state ID did not for some reason. It's not a fake ID (if it was, I'd at least fake a drivers license) I just haven't had much problem and not got around to getting my MA liquor ID. I just thought it was very odd my REAL id was showing as fake, especially seeing that Sunday I had been in Whiskeys in Boston and they scanned it and all the options showed up green. I thought OK, I'll just get a Sprite or a water... The manager comes over and asks for another form of ID and says that 'She'll have to call the cops and take away my ID if I dont show her one' (Not even bars in Boston threaten this is they deny my ID) "You''ll have to confiscate my REAL id?" I say. She nods, so I pull out my debit card to show her and I was like "well can I at least get a Sprite or a water" and she says I can't and that I have to leave. I know I have strict rules for bartending as well, and I understand that the kitchen was closed so it was more of a 'bar' atmosphere..but not even being able to get a water on a Tuesday night with less than 50 people at a bar? Completely unnecessary.

Great experience every time! I have been there on a few occasions and every single time has been loads of fun. From the free live music to the machanical bull riding ,there is always something to do besides sit on your butt and drink. The food is always good and no matter how packed the place is it always comes out hot and quick. Service has never been less than efficiant and friendly and for my birthday I even got a complimentary fried twinkie with a candle! I love it here and cant say enough good things about it. It also doesnt hurt that I love Toby Keith and I love that song! And who doesnt love to drink beer out of mason jars?!? I cant wait to go back!

My mom and I decided to go here after hearing all the ads on the radio. When we got there the hostess told us there was a wait and that it would be a few minutes. There were empty tables in the restaurant part but we still waited about 25-30 minutes for a table. The hostesses didn't offer any information about how long the wait would be other than the fact that when the table was ready our number would show up on the number board above her, or the number board in the bar. We finally got a booth in the table was extremely high and the seats were extremely low making it difficult to even put our arms on the table. The seats of the booth were also ripped Our food came out fairly quickly. The quality of the food was mediocre at best. We went on an away-game day, so the whole place was still pretty packed with fans. VERY LOUD! Also, the waitresses are dressed like hooters girls, so think twice about bringing your kids. If I return to Toby Keith's it will only be for the bar and drinks.

I ended up here for a late lunch/early dinner on a Friday, so I can't really comment on the nighttime atmosphere or the alleged mechanical bull. If this was going for a classier, country version of Hooters crossed with a sports bar, you'd be spot on. Regardless of my opinion on the waitressing uniforms, though, the staff was really stellar-very friendly and very accommodating. We had a little bit of a hard time finding it, since the directions via Google Maps direct you to a non-public accessible road and Patriot Place is enough of a maze as it is. The restaurant itself is absolutely enormous. I sat over by the large front windows and got to people watch and keep my toddler occupied. The menu itself isn't anything super innovative, like most chain restaurants, but what they have, they do very well. The portions are pretty large, enough that I took half of my burger home with me and my husband couldn't finish everything on his plate. What was really awesome, though, were their fries. I'm not exactly sure what they do to them, but they were delicious and they put pretty much every other fry I've had recently to shame. They were equally as good cold when I got home, if you were wondering. Also: beer in mason jars. They are 10$, but still, it's a mason jar. Drinks taste better in mason jars. If you go in the fall, get the Shocktop Pumpkin with the cinnamon sugar rim.

I really wish I could give more stars. I love Toby Keith. I like bars. I like grills. I went after work with a few friends. They were disappointed in the beer selection, which was limited. The mixed drinks were creatively named, but really just ok. The nachos were again- ok. Our meals weren't terrible, but nothing to write home about either. Really has the feel of a chain restaurant (I know it is, ok, I was just hoping for more). Tried to go in a few nights before after Revs game and had to wait 20 min to get in, and it was more "club" than bar, so we left. So yea. Ok. Nothing special. Not anxious to go back again any time soon.

Attended the Eli Young Band concert here on 11/17/12. This is my 3rd time there but I've only eaten there once. Overall the food is typical bar food. Average at best. They do nothing particularly well but everything is passable. Bottom line it's a bar and you go there to drink and have a good time. The concert was a little less crowded than I expected. This was probably due to the prices the brokers were charging at $200+ per. The line to get in was pretty quick. Where they excel is in delivering beer quickly. Even with a large crowd we never had to wait very long for a beer. The bar is massive and there are bartenders every few feet. They're good, quick, and friendly. Beer prices are about the same as any other bar out there and are on par with the nearby establishments at Patriot Place. Overall a fun place to go if you're intent on having a good time while taking in a reasonably priced show. As others have said if you're looking to get food on a busy night get there early as the wait is long.

Oh hellz no. We went last night to see Chad Burdick. He was great, but everything else about this place sucked. $20 for 2 beers (and the selection wasn't even good). I was warned by a friend who goes out regularly that it was the "loudest place" she's ever been and it wasn't hyperbole--she was right. The sound guy must have drank one too many Mason jars of lukewarm and crappy beer. Not that it bothers me (hey, I'm no hooligan) but it's weird that every time I've walked by there have been two cops outside and there is one to two more inside. What's that say about a place, you think? I don't get the Mason jar thing, really. I love me a big beer, but they're odd to grip for non-giant hands and a packed bar filled with people drinking out of Mason jars is almost asking for them to be dropped all over the floor. I seriously pray I don't get roped into going back here. If you're in the area, Bar Louie has a great beer selection (cocktails, too, if you're into that sort of thing) and won't make you deaf.

Beers in mason jars, fried bologna sandwiches, a mechanical bull and a bar that is a quarter mile long. The waitresses and bartenders are all decked out in their best daisy dukes. I would place this bar slightly ahead of the CBS Scene as far as establishments in Patriot Place. If only they played "Red Solo Cup" on request to get you in a festive mood for the rather expensive prices for appetizers and those mason jarred beers. Toby Keith's does offer a discount to military personnel which is a nice touch but I have to say I was not able to "Get My Drink On".

Better places than that. With Toby keith's name, I would have expected wow factor upon entering. It's dumpy inside, small dance area, lousy put together stage. I doubt Toby Keith would hang there. Loaded with silly girls mostly on their bachelorette night out wearing rhinestone crowns - "I'm the bride". Women out number men if that's what you like. Not a classy joint at all. Come on Toby Keith franchise put some WOW factor into that joint and make it big country look. Oh and don't forget the cover charge you gotta pay!

Looked like it might have been fun with a crowd, but the cocktails were just okay, the "Fried Balogna Sandwich" was only good for novelty value, and the beer was heading towards skunked. Service was fine, but that was on a night they were empty. But the whole thing can be summed up in two words: "Freedom Fries." That's just sad.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. Went here for the music, a band named "Help Wanted", one of the gal pal's favs. Since the show started at 9:30, figured an 8PM arrival would be good enough to snag a seat at the bar. After all, it was Super Bowl eve. NO WAY! We signed up for a table, despite the "3 and one half hour" wait. Are you kidding? Anyway, we were lucky to find a barrel to stand by and a server (Dawn, who was terrific) willing to assist us. The burgers were ok, nothing special. As the place got more and more crowded, we decided to see where they were with the numbers. I had 374 and they were on 390. I asked the hostesses (who seem more interested in each other than customers) if they went in order, the response was No...(.huh?!) Anyway, she immediately took us to a hightop far from the stage, but it was good to sit down after 90 minutes of standing. Things were working out well, or so we thought. The server (wish I caught her name) brought menus but we told her we had already eaten. She then said "Well, you can't sit here then" and interrogated me as to how I got the table. I inquired if there was a minimum order to "earn the right to sit here" and she said No. I then said to my gal pal that we could order an appetizer, we did not have to finish it. Upon hearing that, the server stated that she would NOT SERVE US, stating that she relied on diners to earn her pay. "It's my paycheck" she kept repeating, insisting that we leave the table. Both of us were astounded at this attitude. The gal pal headed back to the hostess stand while I sat my ground at the hightop. Eventually a manager came over and we ran the story by him. He said that it was not their policy that you had to eat to sit at a hightop. He apparently arranged for another server to take our drink order, because a smiling friendly young woman appeared within seconds. The entire experience was hugely off-putting and a first for me. Dawn ended up with a 50% tip just because she treated us right and another 20% went to the replacement server. The band was great but the entire bar felt like a mosh pit, with LOTS of drunken encroachment of personal space going on. A fight broke out a few steps away. Security (so THAT'S why you will see so many of them patrolling the floor) and the local Police Dept were on it in seconds, good job. Also no wonder that the Foxboro PD had a paddy wagon sitting right out front. On the upside, Senator Scott Brown was there for a while, so it can't be all bad.

I was reading prior reviews and was shocked to see how many people had bad food experiences. I went on Labor day and had a great experience. I thought the food was really good and the portion sizes were generous. The atmosphere was truly great (I really love the size of the bar area) but I can also imagine it get's jam packed on game days or on weekends. The bar was a little understaffed the day we were there, but the bar tenders did their best to be attentive and polite and stayed on top of everyone's requests. I had a very good time and would happily return.

I've been to TK's twice now and feel I can give it a fair review. Overall, my combined experiences would give it a 3.5 if Yelp allowed 1/2 stars. First experience would probably yield about a 2, and the second closer to a 4. Which leads me to my point... it's worth giving a try. I do think they are considering some of the negative feedback they've gotten over the past year of being open and are fixing some of their issues. I'll focus this review on my last visit as I think it's the most applicable to someone who might be reading this considering a visit in the near future. Pros: - Beer selection and super fun bar atmosphere. TK's really is a fun place to go hang out and have a beer. They have a huge guitar-shaped bar in the center of the place and often have live music on the weekends. Show up before 8:30 to avoid the cover! You will get your beer served in a Mason Jar, which is very fun and lends itself to the atmosphere of the bar. - Their food is actually good. A lot of the criticisms of this place are that they don't do the "restaurant" thing very well... which I can see, but the food is good. The nachos are delicious and I've enjoyed all of the entrees I've tried well enough. Don't get me wrong, it's typical bar food and nothing to write home about. But it's good. - Honorable mention for the fact that they have a "Red Solo Cup Special", which is a specific drink that is cheaper if you get it in a red Solo cup. I mostly give this a mention because I love the song. But it is part of my TK's experience that made me smile, so is worth the nod. Cons: - The process of waiting to sit down for a table is a little antiquated to me. Why they can't just get pagers like every other establishment, I don't know. - The wait and table service isn't the best. It's always packed and I think they are understaffed. I will say that got better with my second experience though. - Having beer in a Mason Jar is all in good fun, but it does make your hands cold and your beer warm. They should get Mason Jars with handles! - We went on a weekend and there was a band playing by the time we sat down for dinner. Which I would have enjoyed, except they didn't turn off (or even turn down) the house music. Listening to a live band playing along with Taylor Swift in the background doesn't exactly sound good... and I'm sure the band didn't appreciate it much either. Again, overall I think this place is worth a try. Judge it as you will. It's fun and different and not any different than what I expected for a bar named after a country star in the middle of Patriot Place.

Met a friend and his wife there today for lunch at 11:30 when it opened, actually it wasn't 11:30 because it opened 5 or 10 minutes late. Was the fifth or so group in the door took a long time to get seated considering there were three hostesses. Huge group of waitresses over by the kitchen door during my entire meal. Maybe it was training day? Placed the order, the food came out in 5 minutes - very very bad sign, the food was mediocre at best (and that is being kind). My friend's wife took maybe 5 or so bites out of her meatloaf and called it quits. She asked to take it home and the waitress brought over a takeout plate and left it at the table for my friend's wife to box the meal up herself - wtf? Other than that bit of bizarreness the service was good. Can't say the same for the food. Would I go back? No way. The food and girls are better at the Hooter's a few miles from my house and I very seldom to go there as it is.

Ok first things first, I don't like country music at all but decided to meet up with some friends here anyway. I'm not one to pass up an after-work drink invite on a Thursday night, especially when the location is almost walking distance from home. The music was a little painful but the people watching here alone is enough to be entertained. I noticed that they had a mechanical bull off to the side and someone had said that the town of Foxboro wasn't pleased with it and are trying to ban it from being operated.. OK seriously?! That's so lame! what are we living in the small town from Footloose?! Anyway, i didn't eat anything so i can't comment on the food but i had one of their huge mason jars of beer, that alone is a meal in itself! It definitely seems to be more of a drinking establishment, I wouldn't come here with kids unless it was for lunch. A band came on later in the evening and that's when the real people watching came into effect. It was like being transported into some bar out in Texas. Surprisingly I didn't hate this place however I wouldn't come here on purpose unless one of my country music loving friends wanted to go.

The biggest attraction at Toby Keith's must be the mechanical bull. I went there on a Tuesday night and there was a line of people waiting to go on that bull. The service was slow, but it was probably because they were watching their customers ride the bull. The food was decent, even though the portion were decently big. I was never served my drink in a mason jar, which was new to me. Sadly, their drinks on tap need to be updated. The first two drinks I ordered on tap were sold out and I was upset when I finally placed my order on the third try.

Sheer disappointment! Our experience started with a General Manager who has no regard for customer service and who rests comfortably in the notion that "Toby's is a trendy popular place and we're always busy". We'll see how this pans out months from now when y'all (especially Jim) realizes that Patriot's Place is located in suburbia and much of the clientele includes young professionals with families. The GMs attitude certainly permeates and is evident in the staff's disregard for the customer. The gaggle of hostesses, tripped over each other and couldn't quite figure out that there were two large parties with more than 10 people to seat and botched the seating. Considering how dimly lit these young minds were we wondered if the hostesses would pass out or slip into a comatose states if the tourniquet clothing actually allowed blood to reach their toes. On to the waiter. From the start HE seemed annoyed and disinterested in servicing our table. We had to ask him 3 times for milk cups for the kids. My husband actually had to seek him out and ask him in person for the 4th time to get the milk. The food was mostly soggy and came out very slowly. The only good review from our table was for the diablo chicken, other than that the food was unimpressive and not worth crappy service. We were a large group with plenty of pallets to please and we were largely disappointed. We had spent $500+ you would have thought the waiter would have been more available and eager to serve/sell vs pulling disappearing acts and acting like a pompous donkey. We will not be returning here again.

Much more tolerable on a Saturday. The staff keeps the bathrooms in pretty good order. The $5 cover is worth the people watching. Not a lot of cowboys, which was kinda disappointing. But there was a random old dude in a Fedora trying to hug women. The cover band was pretty fun. The chicken wings aren't bad and the $10 jar of beer is a pretty decent deal because it's A LOT of beer. Where was the mechanical bull though?

Went there recently with the MRS. Checked the menu, found " country fried chicken tenders". I'm in the mood for some decent {again} "country fried" tenders. Also got a side Caesar. Well, the Caesar was at best, OK. The tenders were of extreme low quality. I seriously doubt Toby Keith would find this food acceptable. The service was very good. Just lousy food.

Went for a bruins game and food was good and bartenders were friendly. Fried pickleswere amazing. The 32 oz beers were a bit pricey in my opinion. I was expecting to be blown away based on what my friends have said and it was just okay in my book

I went on a Saturday evening around 5:30-6 with four other people and had to wait an hour and a half, so I was expecting something great. I can't say I left disappointed. The burger I got was really good and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The only complaint I had about the food was that the fried Twinkie (yes I know, but I had to try it) tasted more like batter than anything else. Perhaps that's what is intended, but if that's the case, I do not understand why it's on the menu. The service was pretty good, at least with the waitstaff. The hostesses seemed a little confused and collectively lacked the friendliness of the waitresses which is a disappointment because these are the first people who greet (or do not greet in this case) you into the restaurant. The few times I went to the host stand they stared at me with blank stares rather than inquiring what i needed.

This review is based on a Friday night experience at Toby Keith's Bar and Grill by patriots place and also be aware of this, its a four star when you arrive here before 9:30pm. So the best time to come is 930pm and on because, its more jammed packed due to the fact bands are playing. Patrick is in town for the weekend from NYC, so we wanted to get loose. Kurt wore a cowboy hat to try to fit in with the ladies. Chris ordered a chicken sandwich, Gster and I ordered appetizer foods of boneless chicken wings and mozzarella sticks. Overall the food was decent. Later that night we also met up with Kimberly Bixby(an elite yelper) after her and her friends ran the electric run. As the night went on while having a good time, Kurt checked in on Facebook but at the wrong Toby Keith's, I thought that was funny.

Worst pulled pork I've ever had. Tiny portion on a huge bun and so terribly dry. My 12 year old-who loves EVERYTHING- gave the kids ribs a resounding "meh." Service was slow at la quiet lunchtime though our server was pleasant (she gave it the second star).

I did not read the reviews before I went and I'm happy I didn't because I loved my experience there! The food was awesome. The only downside is their small menu selection but that didn't surprise me, as I had read over the menu online before I arrived. We started off with the potato skins. They were served with sour cheese over shredded lettuce. They needed a little salt but they were delish and crispy! For the main course, I had the Honey BBQ chicken wrap (made as a sandwich as I'm not a fan of wraps) and my mom had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Both were served with a side of shoestring french fries that were drizzled with both salt and pepper, giving them a little kick of flavor. Neither my mother nor myself had any alcoholic bevs or dessert as we were on our way to a movie and didn't want to be too stuffed to stay awake. The meal cost us $32, $40 with tip. As for the ambiance, it's not too honkie-tonk ( which turned me way off at texas roadhouse where i will NEVER eat again). The girls are dressed up in cowboy boots and daisy dukes. The bar is in the shape of a guitar which is pretty cool and they play all country music. The bar area takes up the majority of the restaurant (its HUGE) and is elevated with hightop tables around it and ample seating at the bar itself as well. The rest of the seating is located just at the entrance of the restaurant with booths and low tables. All in all I love this bar and grille :) The staff was friendly (my server was scott), the food came out quick and it seemed like a very clean restaurant as well. I will be going back again and recommending this place to my friends.

Cheese burger was pretty good, deep fried pickles were awesome. A jar of beer is about $8, but its a good size beer. Atmosphere wasn't too great, there are many better sports bars if that's what you're going for.

So this is the place I decided to go to for my birthday diner. I went with a party of 4.5 (4 + toddler) . My husband got the ribs, which he thought was great, the sides could have been great but not enough flavor. Who wants corn without a butter flavor? I got the catfish which was really good, tasted fresh. The "dipping" sauce was like a failed version of tartar sauce...I would have rather had ketchup. One thing that made me sick was the flies that swarmed our booth. They didn't touch our food they stuck to the booth "snakeskin" seats. But if a restaurant can't control the flies in the dining room... Makes me wonder what goes on in the back... On the good side our waitress was so sweet and friendly. Not to mention dressed all up in daisy dukes and cow girl boots. Which added to the country flavor ;). The beer was served in mason glasses (best part of meal) and the appetizer sampler was a plus. All and all I would skip dinner and go straight to the bar for some beer and live entertainment.

I've been here a few times to hang out...drink and have a good time. The only food I've eaten here is the chicken wings and nachos....and they meet expectations when it comes to those difficult items to prepare. The bartenders always good...fun and like to joke. All in all def a solid place to chill....but its a bar not a top notch restaurant. You want a good time...this is the place..looing for fancy and cater service...Davio's is down the way..

Went to I Love This Bar and Grill with some friends a few weeks back to have a few drinks. I am still not sure if this place is a bar, restaurant, or music venue. It has elements of all 3, but does not execute any of them well. It is way too loud in there to hear any one in my group talk. We sat at the bar and the bartenders could not have cared less about us. Ordering a drink was a half hour process. The number of Bachelorette Parties at the bar was insane. I do not know how you end up in Foxboro to celebrate your upcoming nuptials, but you are doing it all wrong.

This place is incredible and a perfect place to get some beers/apps. I went with my lady and we split the nachos (pulled pork? uhhh YUP) that were absolutely a home run. They also serve beer in mason jars, which is not only cool on it's own, but its more than just one beer - so you're getting some great value there too. I know this won't do much for most of you, but this is the only bar I've ever been to that not only has Busch Light, but has it on tap... this made me a very happy cowboy. Yeeeee Haaaawww

I love country music. And if you don't, then this isn't the place for you; obviously. I haven't been as of late, but I hear they now have a mechanical bull, or maybe that's only occasionally brought in. But still, it would be one of the only places I know that would have one around here. I love this bar, and I'm not just pulling that from his song. It's pretty big, so there is plenty of space to walk around and dance up by the stage up front, and the bar is huge! Yet that doesn't stop it from being packed. Your drinks come in mason jars, they have a good selection of beers on tap, and the bartenders wear their country best. Come early and you'll be able to find a place to sit, otherwise plan on standing with the rest of us.

I read several reviews before I went. They seemed petty to me so i Opted to go. Can't stress to you how true they are. I mean that is the most sincere way I can. The bar is cool. The beer in mason jars are cool. That is where it ends. The service I had was horrible. The waitress simply seemed like she wanted to be someplace else. The food has these crazy odd favors and ill eat pretty anything so that says something You get the chicken nachos and there is this strange "sauce" all over. We ordered turkey wraps (one never came) and they tasted odd. Almost as if they took good turkey and created a bad flavored mayo to put all over it. Hard to explain but other people here have captured it better. This is far and away the worse restaurant I have been to in my entire life. Hands down. No contest. I believe it is because it has the location and the potential, but you leave feeling as though they could not have tried harder to be worse.

I went here before a concert. There was a lot a people and a bit of a wait which was understandable. The hostess told us we could use the bathrooms and hang out near the bar. We saw at least 25 empty tables and there were 100+ people waiting to be seated. We waited by an empty table and a waitress told us we could stay there but we would not be waited on. We continued waiting for our number and then saw the dark haired waitress talking to a blonde waitress about us, they were pointing and being very rude. The blonde then came over and told us if we didn't leave she was going to have a body guard escort us out. We were very confused. The dark haired waitress had told her that she had nicely asked us to leave and we rudely refused and would not leave the restaurant. We had no problem leaving the table if it was needed to seat people however we were never asked to get up from It. The blonde apologized for what she said to us. There were multiple families also at tables not being used but we left out table any way. The dark haired waitress then proceeded to give us dirty looks as we waited at the bar. We left the place without eating because of all the empty tables and waiting customers. It's bad for business to have open tables and plenty of waitresses and not be seating as many people as possible.

Where do I start? I don't want this review to sound like one of those stuck up, exclusive eating, yippee reviews. First off, I'm from the backwoods where eating out at any establishment is a plus. Doesn't take much to please me, it's actually pretty simple. Pulled pork nachos was the only highlight of the night. Service (( and I'm not lying)) could have been one of the worse I have ever experienced. I'm in the industry and I understand you can not control how long it takes for the kitchen to make the food, but the least you can do is keep us informed and keep the drinks coming. There is no reason why we should have been going to the bar to get drinks, unacceptable. We traveled here almost an hour for my little brothers 21st birthday because he is a Toby kieth fan, what a mistake: should have just went to the local longhorn because they are a thousand times better. The place is is far too big for it's own good. When you have a place of that caliber it is almost impossible to have any type of quality control, and the food and service are the first to suffer. Please, I beg you, do not waste your money. Go to bar louies and have an all around better, inexpensive time. I can't stress how bad this place is....the manager was empathetic, you could just tell he agreed with us, but his hands were tied. If you do care to patronize the establishment please watch your bill. We found discrepancies with ours. Our "gem" of a server graciously added her gratuity to our check disregarding that the menu states 8 people or more ((we had 7)). She replied with some sort of "computer does it automatically" response which just made everything worse. That girl had the opportunity to make a decent amount of money off the table, but she was clearly no capable of doing it. This place is only good for drinking, at best.

Where to start? The food was decent, the beer selection was better (and it comes in 32oz Mason Jars). The music was fun, you don't find many country themed bars in Boston, Ma.

I did read the reviews before we went, but we decided that we at least had to try it ourselves and give it a chance. Now we can check it off the list and don't need to go again. I was actually in the ladies room when the waiter too our order, but my husband knew what I wanted. We both had burgers and he requested that they be medium. Apparently the cook (I'm afraid to call him/her a chef) doesn't know what medium is. I get the feeling he/she only knows how to cook to one level of doneness and that is hard on the outside, dry and without a hint of pink on the inside. Seriously, there was a crust on the outside of the burger and it was so dry. I attempted to put bbq sauce on it to give it some flavor, but even that didn't help. I just couldn't choke it down. I think mine was called the "should have been a cowboy" burger and my husband got the Cabo burger. Mine came with cheddar cheese, bacon and one onion ring. The menu said "crispy onion rings". It wasn't crispy, there was only one and it didn't really have any flavor. It actually says it comes with bbq sauce too, but I didn't see any on the burger and had to ask for some to put on myself. The Cabo is pepper jack cheese, jalapenos and quac. All the ingrediants were there and with the heat, I think my husband enjoyed his only slightly better than I did only because he didn't realize how overcooked the burger was at first. The fries were rather boring and bland. They didn't have much flavor at all, despite the abundance of salt. They looked like the frozen ones you get at any grocery store. Definitely not fresh cut. So now I bet you're wondering why I even gave it 2 stars. We can attribute that to our waiter. He was polite, pleasant and just attentive enough. We don't really drink and country music is just ok, so we probably don't need to return. Been there, done that!

very mixed experience... First off its a very fun atmosphere... Huge place, Pretty girls in daisy dukes big tvs and toby keith stuff on the walls... Went on a Tuesday afternoon place was dead. We ordered fried pickles as a app. They were good but spicy. The menu nor the waitress mentioned this.. I am extremely sensitive to spicy food after a bone marrow transplant. So this was a bit upsetting as I couldn't eat more then half a pickle... For our meals my son got a mini corn dog kids meal for 3.99 that was a barging big portion and came with a drink.. He was happy. My wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich... Large portion nice grilled bun.. However this was not real bbq... Defiantly not out of a smoker.. But not bad for oven baked bbq.. I had a bull rider steak sandwich again nice bun, however they asked how I wanted my steak cooked I asked for mid rare got well done... It also had no sauce what so ever just slices of steak cheese and lettuce and tomato on the side.... Fries were battered... The waitress was very good.... Now the place was dead but sometimes that's when you get he worst service.. Not hear she did a great job... Normally this would be a two star review. However the give a free beer and burger to all active military.. So they get a star for that!

My husband and I stopped for dinner tonight an honestly, the food was really gross. We got the chicken tenders for an app and they were clearly the frozen variety, ground chicken shaped like tenders. The waffle fries were also disappointing and appeared to be dipped in cornmeal? Not even good bar food and we both felt sick after. Definitely not going back.

It's awesome that the beers are in mason jars. I'm glad we only stopped in for just drinks. The bar is huge but it was empty. We were given menus then the bartenders disappeared. They just stood there chatting with each other. Other than that it was a pretty cool atmosphere.

This place completley sucks! I went there with a buddy for beers and lunch on a sunday afternoon. We sat at the bat and waited for a bartender for 15 minutes! there was only a handfull of people there. I don't they clean a dam thing! my feet were sticking to the floor when I went to the bathroom! This place is gross and it sucks!

Tried this place today. Super sorry that I waisted my money and appetite. By far the worst place to eat at Patriot's Place. I would have been fine if I was only there for beer and to look at the girls, but I thought I'd try the food-epic fail. Won't make the mistake again.

Always a good time here! Love that they have live country bands and their dance floor is massive, but still gives you the intimacy of being front row. The last couple bands I've seen here always has a great song selection. Anyplace that serves dranks in mason jars will automatically win my heart. The food can be a little inconsistent but the service is always good. Tough getting in on weekends. Can end up being a twenty min wait in line, plus cover, and they have a very legitimate ID scanner. Also this bar closes early at 12:30 so be sure to have back up plan if you wanna keep the party going.

(-) I don't like country music (+) I do like 32 oz. mason jars full of beer (-) I do not like Cheez-Whiz on my nachos (+) I do like big juicy burgers (-) I do not like my boyfriend ogling the female servers in their Daisy Dukes (+) I do like how enormous the bar is (and it's shaped like a guitar!) So, I guess it's a draw. Would I wait in line to get in on a Saturday night to listen to live country music? Probably not. Would I pay a cover charge to get in? Definitely not. As far as a fun, local spot to meet friends for some beer and burgers earlier in the evening, this fits the bill. I can't say I love this bar and grill, but I like it alright.

A huge place with plenty of room for wheel chairs or other mobility aids. Bathrooms are not the best for disability needs. Wait staff was friendly. We went and it wasn't busy but still food seemed to come out slow. Food was mediocre at best but it's an ok place to meet up for drinks and chit chat with friends.

Walking into Toby's personal joint should be a joy of good times and great country food. Instead you will be devastated by the substandard food, sleep like atmosphere, not to mention the worlds worst booths known to civilized man. I know it's a silly thing to complain about but seriously. You sit down with a normal party of 5 and everyone feels like they are nine again. The table sits about nipple high and you have about half a foot buffer between the completely vertical leather seating. Everyone at my table had to fight over about a square foot of leg room. When dinner arrives you are in for a treat! You can only eat with your elbows landing on the table. This may cause some fights, due to the state of the table. For food I ordered the pork roast. It was bland tasteless and overall boring. Everyone else at my table was unimpressed with their food and most didn't complete the stupid large portions. On an ending note the staff tries, I can tell and I don't blame them for their attempt to be friendly. However lets be serious it's January and its 32 degrees out. They were all clearly freezing in their supper short shorts shorts.

Worst meal I have ever had. Tasteless sandwich, fries and wrap both had a mealy, pasty texture. Waitress was rude and rushing us out because the kitchen was closing in an hour...won't be returning...one star is being generous...

Went there for the second time on July 4th. Hostess first apologized for the anticipated delay in the service, since they just got done with the lunch rush. This was obvious due to the uncleared tables we passed on the way to our table. 4 of us were seated on a high top in the bar area. I assume the server was new, made a lot of mistakes. Started with her not taking drink orders when she dropped off the menus, which the hostess should have done. Next came the apps, nothing to write home about, seemed like a combination of apps from the freezer section of the local grocery. Main entrees were horrible. Ribs and chicken were under done / incorrect. Glad to have the meal end, will not be going back there. TK should really be ashamed to have his name associated with this dump. Must be a great place to grab drinks before a game or concert, but not a destination meal.

We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere at Toby Keith's. We ordered their appetizer sampler platter and chicken fried steak - both were great. The best though was my Shock Top Pumpkin with the Cinnamon Sugar Rim...AMAZING!!!!! Service was pretty good (although it was slow when we were there for lunch). I think the place is really cute and clean. I would go back.

I completely, utterly, and totally had the intention to never come back. I was 2 weeks away from realizing that dream, but then a bunch of friends decided to get together for dinner and everyone was stuck on this place. So I gave it another try. Christ, was that a mistake. First of all, we warned our server--spelled it out even--that we would be on separate checks. Eight people, four couples (we even pointed ourselves out), so there would be four checks. So appetizers and drinks came out pretty fast, which was surprising. The fried mac n cheese app was actually pretty good. And that's where the amazing stopped. Food didn't arrive for about another 30-40 minutes, during which, our server was missing-in-action for large chunks of that. Food came out and none of the corn on the cob had any butter either on it, or on the side. Friend's burger came out with scorch marks all over the cheese, probably from being under the broiler or heat lamp too long. And those anemic and sad fries again. Oh, those poor fries... I went with the chicken fried steak and was actually happy with that and the potatoes, it's just the aforementioned corn that was found lacking. Wife had the catfish and that had obviously been in the fryer too long. Another friend's steak was definitely super dry, it was ordered medium rare but definitely came out more medium to medium well. Once dinner was done our server continued to disappear for long stretches at a time, and despite being told we were ready for the check, disappeared again and then reappeared about 15 minutes later with ONE check. And that's where she acted flabbergasted about separating the check, despite having earlier not only writing it down but AGREEING to it. Come on. Paying the bill was another 10 minute ordeal and I was super glad to get out of there already. For real this time, I'm never going back. This place still sucks. Those of you talking about the "atmosphere", I'm really curious what that is. I'm guessing it's the short shorts and boots, because that's about the only thing that could get dudes in the door and coming back.

I don't think this place is patriotic enough. How did I end up here? Oh, I don't know, but I could get a whiskey from a whiskey girl. Oh, the joy. I got a California veggie burger (with avocado), and that was good. French fries were delicious, but unfortunately I'd rather not eat them. My whiskey boy got a full rack of ribs, and some pretty good rice and beans. That's what he said.

So this isn't so much a review, as a comment. I didn't have the food there in my brief visit, but I did have beer. Any place where A) the only selections in beer sizes are 24 or 32 oz. and B) the 32 oz. comes in a freaking mason jar is A-OK by me. I'm excited we're getting one here at the Banks in the 'Nati.

Service was ok and food was so so. Love the area Patriot Place , that was clean and easy to find other bars than Toby's . I was disappointed in the food presentation and the bar drinks. Prices were OK and it really did remind of a 99 or Apple bee's . Not quite sure why all the hoopla was about Toby's. To me it just an over rated place were service is OK and food was bland .Waitress's are in tight jean skirts wearing tank tops and have very little personality.

I can think of better bars to spend my money at.. Been here several times and never been impressed. The absurdly long wait to catch the bartenders attention just to get a drink on top of there never being anywhere to sit and relax. Atmosphere is very busy and deafeningly loud.

We went in for lunch today. It was so loud, we couldn't hear our server. The soda was flat and the table was dirty. We waited for almost 30 minutes for our food. I ordered the chicken fried steak. The corn was luke warm and had no butter on it or even on the side. The mashed potatoes had HUGE chunks of skin in them. The chicken was ok but didn't have a lot of flavor. My bf ordered chicken & ribs. The chicken was so DRY that he didn't even eat most of it. As for the ribs, they were pretty good. I was extremely disappointed by this experience. I was also pretty upsetting to see the waitresses who were dressed to look like street walkers. NO should have to wear daisy dukes and tank tops so that old men can oggle over them. It was very disturbing to see how these women were made to look like that. Toby Keith should be ashamed!! How would he like it if his daughter, sister or niece dressed like that.

Don't go here for a night out unless your idea of a fun party is a college frat party. My sister and her boyfriend were visiting from out of town and had never been to Patriot Place. We wanted to give them the full experience so we had a late dinner by the movie theatre and made our way down to show them the different entertainment bars/restaurants available. When we reached Toby's, it was 12:18am. The bouncer at the door, who has never been pleasant in the three times we've been there, told us it was a $5 each cover. I said, you are charging a cover and its almost 12:30am? He said, we stop charging at 12:20 and its 12:15am. When my sister's boyfriend gave him the $20, he pocketed it and didn't even put it in a register. We barely had time to get one drink and the half dozen cops and 5 or 6 bouncers were pushing us out at 12:40am. They wouldn't even let us go to the bathroom on the way out. The no bathroom rule after last call is not communicated to patrons and is ridiculous. If they can't control their customers, perhaps they shouldn't be over serving them in the first place. Why are they doing last call at 12:30 when they say they close at 12:30? When I got upset about the bathroom block, a police officer called my sister and I punks and said "that is a good way to get arrested." To be treated in this fashion when we came to spend money at this bar is a disappointment and shady. We will not be returning. It's a shame for Toby Keith to put his name all over this bar like its a great country experience when instead they couldn't care less about their customers because their touristy location guarantees them patrons.

If all you want is atmosphere & drinks - then Toby Keith's could work out okay for you. If you are going there for a meal, skip it and go elsewhere. Let's start with the wait time. Been here twice now and the wait was about 30 minutes each time which would be fine if the place was packed but both times it was relatively empty. There are high top tables by the bar but we were told we had to be seated there by the hostess. Ok so we had a drink while we waited our 30 minutes. We were seated and our waitress seemed to be on the ball at first, but that impression quickly faded. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Wrap with no onions. My order was repeated back to me "no onions ok". Our food arrives in a timely fashion - but don't you know it? My sandwich had onions on it. Oh and they were DICED so I couldn't even just pluck them out and enjoy. So I ate a few pieces of chicken and that was it. The waitress disappeared and was nowhere to be found. We had finished our first round of beers half way through the meal and she never offered us another round! I'm under the impression the bar makes money on beverages and it adds to the total tab adding to the tip, but who am I to question it?! I will just go thirsty. The fries were tasty, but luke warm at best. They had some seasoning on them that made them taste like sour cream and onion, which was good for me but maybe not for everyone. It should mention this on the menu but it does not. The waitress ran by once (literally did not stop at our table) and asked in passing if all was ok but I am certain she did not hear or care about our reply. At the end of our meal I still had a half of a sandwich on my plate. The waitress scooped up my friend's plate and dropped it on top of mine without asking if I wanted the remaining half wrapped!!! Now I may not have liked the sandwich but I could have brought my leftovers home to my bf. Waitress was most definitely trying to rush us out of her table. No beer, didn't offer to wrap meal, got my order wrong. Tip? I'll give her a tip - find a new job. Atmosphere - ah here's where it's good and bad. The bar is HUGE! Great wide open space with plenty of bartenders. My first round of 2 beers I only got charged $4, so they can't add either (extra bonus). For you men, the hostesses and waitresses are dressed like Hooters from the waist down. All are wearing Daisy Dukes with plaid tops. They are more interested in gossiping with each other than they will be in you, but feel free to look anyway right? They have a nice stage area for live music, but be warned they charge a $5 cover after dinner time. They have line dancing, music, and police on patrol. If a country music concert with line dancing is your idea of fun then go to Toby Keith's, just eat before you go and be sure to count your change at the bar. (unless it's in your favor like my change was).

I've been here 3 times now, once for a concert and twice for dinner and drinks. The concert kinda sucked...it was packed and the bands weren't that great. I went last Wednesday, there was a awesome country band playing, the mechanical bull was out, i don't partake in that but seeing drunks try to ride it is highly entertaining. The food there is delicious, especially their fried mac & cheese...omg!!! Huge bar, entertainment and awesome food...can't go wrong!!

The place is loud...and they played Toby Keith songs and videos...but the TV screens were pretty far away. The setup itself does not work for me. Yes they have a bar that seats 140, but if you don't drink, you are limited to high chairs and high tables. Seems like there is a lot of empty space. Had the garlic butter ribeye...medium. It was pretty good. But my baked potato was crusty to a point that it was almost burnt. My GF had the steak sandwhich which she said was very dry. The first time there I had the meatloaf which was good. Prices were reasonable...just a little more expensive than the Texas Road House, but I am not sure it is worth it. This was my second time there...and might be my last with the Texas Road House being a few miles away in Walpole.

I went to TK's last night for dinner. It was so big in there, and I thought the atmosphere was awesome. We got there around 7 on a Sunday night, so there was no wait. The hostess sat us at a table near the stage at the far end of the bar, there was no one else in that section. We walked by a few tables that were empty and thought it was weird they put us alone. We got the spinach artichoke dip, it was pretty good. I got the house salad with steak. The steak was good, but I had to dig through almost an inch of cheese to find the lettuce on my plate. They could have held back a bit on that. My husband got at 32 oz Octoberfest in the Mason glass, and the Soldiers burger for active military. That was the best part, he got a free burger and fries. He said it was just okay. Our waitress seemed to be rushing us even though it was pretty dead. We had an okay experience, I am not sure I would go back, given my other options at Patriot Place.

For a rainy Wednesday night it was OK. I had the ribs, they were a bit to over cooked on the outside. I had a side of BBQ sauce for flavor. My friend had the chicken fried chicken and she liked it. Spinach Artichoke dip was good. Free fried Twinkie on your birthday! It had whipped cream and strawberries. Too bad the person with the birthday is allergic to them. There are televisions everywhere with TK videos, of course. Sensory overload. Where can one find a meal with out having to watch TV!!! What I really disliked was @ 8:30pm they turned the overhead music on. The place is full of hard surfaces and the sound just bounced all around the room and it became loud back ground noise. One would think that Toby Keith would have chosen a better sound system for his restaurant, especially since they're playing his music. I would go back if someone I was with wanted to go.

2 hour wait only to be seated and wait 20 more minutes for no service. My friends and I walked out.

I thought id like this place for my first time hitting a country bar. My star rating is more then I wanted to rate this disgraceful place.

This is a place for people who want to drink beer, get drunk, and ride a mechanical bull, that's about it. Although waiter service was very good, it was wasted on the not so good food. Appetizer platter for $15 was either half the size expected or 200% overpriced. Food tasted like it had been previosly frozen. Entrees were underwhelming.

We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm. Place was packed and we thought it would be a fun lunch. We sat at the bar and were attended to fairly quickly. Ordered a couple of beers, an app and our lunch. The beer and app came out in a reasonable time. We finished our apps, ordered another round and than waited and waited and waited. The bar had pretty much cleared out yet, it was about an hour between the time we finished our app and still no food . We decided just to leave. As we were cashing out the food arrived, we declined it and the bartender took it off our check. I have never walked out of a restaurant before, this was definitely a first for me. I'd recommend you check out the other places at Patriot's Place.

Went with the fam for lunch on a Friday. No wait, spacious dining room, high ceilings, high back booths, really nice. My husband got the fried bologna sandwich, said it was good. The girls got grilled cheese and mini corn dogs (delicious). I got a roast beef dip sandwich. No good. Flavorless meat, dry, and not helped out at all by the au jus. Oh well. Both the regular fries and sweet potato fries I got were really good. Overall, eh. Probably would try again but get an entree. Maybe those are better...

Looks like this place has either gone down hill, or isn't consistent at all. We were greeted at the hostess station by two very nice girls. One of them looked like she put clown makeup on with a trowel. The place wasn't that busy, but we were sat right next to a large group who weren't quiet to say the least. Our waitress was very nice and did a good job. I had a margarita that was made like poo. It has more mix in it than anything else, and the mix was not good quality at all. I would prefer that charge an extra $2 and learn to make a real one. My wife tried to other drinks that were made well. We started with the sampler. It was very good. I had the catfish. It was VERY greasy and under the coating was almost slimy. The coating and sauce were great and the fish tasted fine, the greasy slimy coating was just off putting. I have had catfish MANY times at other places and never saw it this greasy before. My wife's burger was ordered medium and it was WELL DONE. It was charred on the outside and tough and dry in the middle. The fries were ok, pretty basic. Overall, it seemed like everything except the mashed came from a can or freezer pouch. I am ok with that when its done good and I get what I paid for, but this fell short.

Well, this review will be kind of a two part review.. Food and drinks of course, but also the best times to be here... I will start by saying that the the majority of the waitresses and bartenders are gorgeous (judging the females only) and that alone can be a decent reason to take in a beer or or two.. I know some will roll their eyes at this, but lets face it, I know more than a few who won't, so that's a plus to start. The girls all dress in short shorts, or skirts, with cowboy boots.. can be nice.. The bar itself is HUGE, maybe the largest bar I have ever seen. My GF and I were here on Sunday just to take in part of the NCAA games and have some drinks. I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed, why? The bar area itself was about half full, but the bartenders spent more time screaming and blabbing then checking on their patrons. I honestly felt, at times, like I was back in high school lunch and all the cool kids were gossiping.. I mean, we only had a couple of beers, our bartender seemed as if she could care less we were there, much more interested in getting back to her gossip and text messaging. She left for the day, which left us in the hands of another, and she was extremely inefficient and frankly a little rude. Asked for our tab and she just nodded and said I will be right back. She gave her drink to the patron she poured it for, walked back over, right in front of me and my GF, and got on her phone and started laughing and blabbing with the other servers. I kind of stared at her like "hello??" and that got no where. Finally a male server scooped it off the bar and that was that.. I have eaten here several times over the past year and overall, at least in my opinion, pretty decent. I have had the buffalo chicken sandwich, frankly drowns in to much buffalo sauce and blows your lungs out (I would skip this one).. the ribs are pretty good, not fall off the bone good, but pretty tasty. The wings are delicious as well as the honey barbecue chicken wrap (real good).. But, like most bars/pubs the food is not the trademark (its the service/drinks/atmosphere).. If you are in to HUGE crowds, with pretty good live Country Music, Saturday nights at TK'S is for you.. But, be warned, if you are NOT sitting at the bar, come about 1030 PM, you will NOT be getting a drink at the bar in any kind of a timely fashion. From reading above, you probably think it is because the staff is to busy blabbing, not usually, it is just SO crowded and loud (you can see at times the bartenders can not hear the patron) and this causes more delays, but is just usually SO crazy you are going to wait.. If you want to go and be able to chill, have a conversation, couple of drinks and maybe a burger.. Sunday afternoon (off Patriots seasons of course) is the best time.. ( five star system) Atmosphere.. *** Food ** 1/2 Service ** 1/2 Bang for the Buck ** TV'S **** Side note... Wish I could have got her name, she has been my bartender a couple of times, she is a wench. She is about 40-43 years old, long dark hair, normally in a jean skirt (as most are) but most of the help staff are in their early 20's.. This particular server, I will get her name some time, just RUDE. She once asked (you are probably going to want to order food too aren't you?) as well as.. (Yeah, I can only get one drink at a time).. Also, walked right past me and my Brother a few times, bar basically empty, just avoiding us. When I am here, I will purposely not sit on her side of the bar (which is what happened this past Sunday).

Just ok... Kinda feels like a tourist trap. I was disappointed with the slim menu choices. I wanted a salad with steak tips or something similiar and the waitress seemed put off by my asking. We were seated in a section with no other people so the vibe just seemed lame. My friend really wanted to ride the bull, but there didnt seem like anyone around to help and he said it seemed lame to ride the bull in an empty restaurant. The food was ok, kinda like a TGI fridays. Nothing special, and no live music. Not my favorite place- maybe an ok place to grab a beer before a pats game but other than that not really worth it.

Pretty cool place to watch the game and have some BBQ. Don't order the pulled chicken though, it's more like chopped with a little drizzle of sauce. Have the ribs though. Good stuff.

Got dragged here for lunch and typically, it's not my type of place and I think Toby Keith is the biggest DB on the planet. To be honest the food wasn't half bad and it was fairly cheap. The fried twinkies were by far the best part. The music was horrible, new pop country, which I loathe, but was to be expected. I don't drink, but they have every beer under the sun from what I could see and a huge bar. I came during lunch, but I bet this place is slammed at night. I could see myself giving this place 1if I came any other time than lunch. If you're into that fake country bs, you'll probably love this place.

Recently met up with one of my girlfriends for some drinks and snacks on a Sunday night. Originally we planned on going to Bar Louie, however, she said that the last time she went she got food poisoning or over drunk and puked 30X. She heard that the nachos here were really good. Country music personally makes me want to punch myself in the face, but I had a hankering for nachos so I figured I'd tolerate it. All the girls who work here wear daisy dukes and cowboy boots, the men thankfully do not. The mechanical bull is ever so entertaining. Drink menu is just okay. we wanted some Sangria, which was not on the menu and the bartender made some anyway. Overall, a decent place. The nachos exceeded my expectations. The half order is humungus! The full order must come in a feeding trough. They have 3 different kinds, chicken, beef or pulled pork. We got the pulled pork. Guacamole was delish, chips fresh and covered in cheese. Our neighbors were eating fried twinkies. I guess I made a face because the girl said, honestly they're really good. I'll take her word for it, my @$# is fat enough with the half order of nachos.

Wow!!! This place was so hyped up for nothing. I had a 30 minute wait, which isn't a problem for me if the food is good. The service was ok, but the waitress kept forgetting to get things. The drinks were really good, but the food wasn't the best in fact it kind of tasted like a Swanson tv diner. If I go here again it will only be for drinks unless I'm literally tied up and forced to eat their food.

I like this bar. (Get it?) I don't want to offend anyone, but I'm going to give you the hard truth. Forget that the name of this place contains the words "and Grill." This place is a bar and music venue first and foremost. And personally, I'm okay with that. I wouldn't recommend taking your kids there thinking that because Toby sings fun, inoffensive songs about America and simpler times, this is going to be an all American restaurant experience. This place exists to drink beer, rock out to country music, and party hard. (I can't believe I just used "party" as a verb, but it is appropriate here). Based on some of the reviews (I've only eaten at the bar, and it wasn't bad...maybe a little slow), TK's apparently doesn't really do the restaurant part very well. Are we surprised? There's a seemingly never-ending guitar shaped bar that absolutely dominates the entire place; there are huge TVs and two huge projector screens with sports or country music on everywhere; there's a good-sized stage with a serious sound system at one end; they serve beer (including Busch Light) in massive mason jars; they have "whiskey girls" wearing short cut offs, tight tank tops, and cowboy boots (think Hooters or Coyote Ugly); and as soon as the dinner crowd starts dissipating, they remove the tables and chairs to make room for the evening crowd. So, if you're looking for something more family friendly, check out Red Robin or CBS Scene. Take all of the context clues above that make it not a great restaurant option, and you have a pretty good sounding bar and live music venue though, right? Gigantic bar, ample bartenders, plenty of screens to watch a game, great speaker system, ton of elbow room if you want it, and huge servings of cold beer. Even a non country fan could have a blast here. And guess what...? Because they're a restaurant, you can grab some nachos or something at the bar or a highboy table to help soak up the beer you're drinking. Nice! It would get a four if it were just a bar, but I can't justify anything higher than a three since they are offering a full menu, but doing a poor job of executing on that end of things...not fair to the families and Toby fans coming in thinking it's more like a "Planet Hollywood" kind of thing. As a bar, it's great. And they've got some good national acts coming in. Check 'em out. Rock on, friends.

Bar was much bigger than anticipated. Wait staff is good, food is decent. Prices are reasonable for what it is. Friday night was busy zand there is a good crowd around happy hour too.

Awful and sad. Waitress tried to convince us that since this opened 4 weeks ago the kitchen has trouble keeping up with food orders--well, after 4 weeks they should have their act together is what I think. We did wait over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. But besides that, we should have had a beer and left going to another restaurant and eat since there are so many good ones within walking distance to this low quality establishment. Would never go back and do not recommend it to anyone...

I went here with my wife on a Wednesday and had a great experience. We both had the St Louis ribs and they were falling off the bone good and not an ounce if fat on them. I've had ribs at many places and must say these were up at top. We also received great service from our waitress. She was very attentive and personable. We will definitely be back.

the first thing you notice no one smiles in this place. after the bartender struggled to get us drinks not that it was busy. our waitress had the glazed look of a zombie. I had the signature pulled pork. that was bland and dry. Nothing like southern pulled pork I've had in the carolina or virginia. the fried were not as good as mcdonalds. the only reason for a star is the beer was cold.

I was there for Game 7 against Tampa Bay so I figured, why break the jinx and a friend and I went for Game 7 against Vancouver. The place was rockin'. No band that night (they wisely canceled to avoid the minor distraction of the previous game 7 when they only allowed them to play between periods). Good points: The place is huge and that made the atmosphere for the game even better. It was loud ..... really loud after goals and with 2 minutes to go and less. The waitresses are dressed in cowgirl theme. There were some pretty hot cowgirls but nothing to provocative. The burger I got was cooked medium rare and was pretty tasty. Nobody cooks a rare burger anymore so I rarely order .... so kudos to them. The stage is large and I'd imagine a great place for music and dancing on the large dance floor. The waitresses are very nice and seemed to have as much fun as everyone else. Now the negatives: The drink prices are a little on the high side. The mason jar is a nice gimmick but it's a lot of beer that will get warm if you don't suck it down quickly. Avoid this gimmick unless that's what you plan on doing. The signal for the TVs was weirdly choppy. It was barely noticeable but at times could be a little annoying. Almost like the live action was a reply. Hope someone checks this out. The fries are boring. The wait can be excessive and there are not many large tables so if you're there with a large party you may want to reconsider. If you plan on eating at the bar, on most nights I'd imagine there should be no problem. The bar is as big as any I've seen. I like the addition of this place in Patriot Place and since I can't give 3 1/2 stars I'll give them the 4 as the evening was one I will not forget.

Food Was Ok. But We Were totally Turned Off By The Hostess's constant Need To Pick Her Shorts Out Of Her Private Area Everytime She Walked By.

The cowboy burger and fries that I had was very good. The waiter was in his early twenties like most of their staff. He did a good job attending to 7 of us. We arrived before 7:30pm. We stayed for the band on a Sat. night that started at 9:30pm. The band was great, but I couldn't stand all of the obnoxious young people that were drunk. I've never seen so many in 1 place before! So be prepared for that!! They serve beers in these big glass jars and you see them everywhere! I'd probably go back for lunch during the week when it's quieter. I love dancing, and action but I don't have the tolerance for drunk people in their 20's.

Very large place with cool ambiance. Not a huge country fan but had fun. We were there for a birthday party at the VIP section to the left of the stage. The food was not so great but it the venue was a good time. Highly recomend the VIP section if you are there for a celebration.

The atmosphere is fun, loud, and very country. I've been here twice now and the food was decent and not overly priced, but I think they could use more selections in their menu. The bar is huge and there are flat screen TV's as far as the eye can see. I think I counted over thirty of them!

OK, Everyone RELAX. I walked in not expecting great food. I went for a early DINNER and we wanted to try it because of the NAME, OK, saying that, the food was GOOD, not great. I had COUNTRY FRIED STEAK, and it's GOOD. Just like Chillies, my wife has a 1/2 NACHO w/CHICKEN & it was huge, they do not use real MOZZARELLA, but was good. Our kids had hamburgers, and hey were good for kids. I would love to experience the nite life here, but we spent the day with the kids and wanted to try Toby's. I will return again for the fried Bologna sandwich and some nite life to watch a band. If you do walk in and don't expecting greatness and you will like it. If you walk in thinking your getting a great meal, some where else... Yes, the waitresses are dress wearing short shorts and cowboys boots and tight whiskey girl shirts, BUT what do you expect from a theme bar. I did like it. That is all, hope you enjoy too...

The line to get in always seems to move fast. Nice spacious bar. Biggest in all of Patriot Place. Plenty of TV's. Fun-lively atmosphere. Always better than average bands that play here. Really more of a beer/mix-drink place with apps in my opinion. Not saying the food was bad but nothing memorable. The bill can be a bit pricey for just drinks...but then again almost every place at Patriot Place that serves alcohol is. Found the wait staff to be friendly. Always my first or second choice for a lively atmosphere at Patriot Place.
