The girls working at the front counter always serves with a smile and no matter how busy it gets they always look collected. And when i can not make a decision over their large selections of food on their menu they know whats best !! Hahha although everything is so DAYUM good anyways!!! Their prices are decent and it pays off with the amount of food you get!! The phones are always ringing off the hook. Well no wonder!! Fresh onions, peppers, mushroom, tomatoes i mean nothing wrong with that!! Fresh veggies on your pizza and grinders?? I also know they dont accept to serve undercooked food. Like medium-well burgers etc. Like the guy complaining about microwaving his chicken. I know they deep fry it but to properly cook the inside they must microwave so the inside gets cooked too. The 500 degree oven will just dry it out. Its delicious!! They know how to make fresh food yummy!! Cream of broccoli, cream of spinich, beef veggie, cream of red pepper, french onion and clam chowder and more ... In the winter time they make fresh cream soups !! There is also plenty of room for a party in the dining room with a tv to enjoy your meals like home!! After a long trip why not sit and relax yourself with a meal:)) And when you walk in its all open space and you can see everyone as they work and make your food from scratch hehee Its different! :))

Wish I could rate no stars. Giovanni's is AWFUL since new owners. They literally mess up the order more often then not. Wether it's getting pickles instead of a cup of ranch(yup). Or timed orders being delivered an hour early, then being argued with that it wasn't placed early. Sad how downhill they've gotten.

Food is not bad, I wouldnt complain about the food because I do like it but the service is the absolute worst. The girls that work there are just clueless and always get orders screwed up or dont listen carefully and sometimes have had them deliver food that I wanted to pick up or vice versa. I cant believe I would experience that problem more than once. Its a shame because I do like their food and they are close by for delivery but if I had another delivery place closer I would go with them even if the food was crappy.

Used to love Giovanni's, they had pretty decent grinders and their hot wings were fabulous! Then my friend got food poisoning from there. So needless to say will not be back.

before the new management. pizza grinders were great. now it's run by teenagers that don't give a s**t. not that surprised to hear people getting food poisoning from here, I ordered fried chicken and what do they do... pull out a box of banquet fried chicken and microwaved it for a couple minutes. your kidding right? this place sucks. food is nasty and also a rip off. beware

This was our first time at Gio's, but probably won't be our last. The bread that they use for their grinders was great; everything else was pretty much average for a Mom and Pop pizza place. They have quite an extensive menu.
