This is one of the Dunkins that hasn't been renovated to look like a fake Starbucks. That's fine. It's fairly big, with a decent-sized seating area and a long queue for waiting on line. Normally, it's not that busy in there, so you don't have to wait long. Because the service area is so large, there's extra room to display pastries, so they have a better-than-average selection of stuff to choose from than other Dunkins in the area do. However, going to this Dunkin makes me pause. It usually is empty, and some of the guys who work behind the counter give off a bad vibe to me. Without doing anything inappropriate, they'll somehow make me, as a female, feel uncomfortable and harassed. I can't put my finger on it, but I just get that "these guys are creepers" vibe from some of the staff, and the transaction is uncomfortable as a result. They have plenty other staff members who are fine to interact with, so I always hope that they're the ones working when I go. Also, there are always aggressive panhandlers camped out next to the entrance. I think there's even one in the business's Yelp page picture.

Since I am no longer going to the Dunkin Donuts in Maverick Square due to their terrible customer service I needed to find a new Dunkin Donuts to head to before work. Thank goodness I started going to this Dunkin Donuts. You would think in Kenmore Sq this place would take forever to fill your order. Wrong! I have never been in there longer than 5 minutes (with a cooked item) and mind you it is a VERY busy place. This is an exemplar for customer service as well as ALWAYS getting my order correct. The people in Maverick Sq should head on over and take some notes.

Superb customer service. People at this store need awards and are an example of what a model barista/server must be like. I like the chicken sandwich which as everything else at Dunkin is priced right for the common man (me). Great job Dunkin.

Caffeine is certainly addictive... and so isn't the superior taste and cheaper price found at Dunkin Donuts. I owe my coffee loyalty to DD (since my first taste of Starbuck's came in college) but even after many attempts to like Starbuck's and many debates with DD and Starbuck's lovers alike... I have to choose DD as my fav for several reasons: 1)less expensive; 2)quicker; 3)simpler - I don't want a million choices that all taste like really thick sugary cream... gross. I want a simply delicious cup of coffee. Or an iced coffee when its not zero degrees out. A cup of coffee that can be easily ordered with skim milk and equal. Coffee that isn't excessively thick, dark, or rich.

My iced coffees and food (whether it be a sandwich on a roll, a bagel, or hash browns) always come out perfect! It's so hard to find a dunkies that does it right every time! The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the staff is either on point and super welcoming or they just hate their jobs. Guess it depends on who's working. Also, can they get a police officer to tell the beggars to go beg for money somewhere else??? They are aggressive and will harass you on your way in and out.

I have never had a good experience in this Dunkins. Inevitably SOMETHING is wrong, either with my order or the experience overall, the cleanliness, the staff, you name it. Sample 1: came to get a coffee midday. Could literally not get through the door without being solicited for change by four men who held the door open "for me" (for themselves - as a segue to pan handle). If this was the worst part, it wouldn't even be that big of a deal. But wait, there's more - the trash was pouring out of the can onto the disgusting, filthy floor. The place looks run down and dilapidated. I get in the line for hell's waiting room and place an order for two egg and cheese wake up wraps and a coffee. The coffee is fine, not the best not the worst. The gentleman making my wraps STOPS SWEEPING AND USES THE SAME GLOVES TO TOUCH MY FOOD. Are you kidding?! Excuse me, health department?! I was too enraged to speak up and just tossed the food in the trash. Sample 2: burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice, shame on me. Same panhandlers, same disgusting overflowing trash and filthy floor. Same slow line and uninterested, untrained staff. This time, the food came out cold and took almost 5 full minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I got the food. That may not seem like much, but you try waiting five minutes for dunkin donuts and get back to me. Sample 3: I apparently am I glutton for punishment. Came to pick up coffees for two people - one was admittedly a bit complex, but I explained it twice, slowly. She got it wrong. I asked her to add one pump of flavor; she starts hammering away on the pump 1, 2, 3, 4 while I'm calling to her "One! One!" They are literally incapable of getting an order right. As stated in sample 1, trash is ALWAYS flowing out of the trashcan, the floor is always a wreck, and the place is just gross. I don't know how other Dunks figure out how to keep it together, but this place needs a lesson.

I go to this Dunkin almost every morning on the way to work- the morning crew is so friendly and chipper. The coffee at the McDonald's a few feet away is cheaper but the staff there is so rude I decided this Dunkin should have my business.

I had a horrible experience last night with this dunkin store. The representative was very rude and was least bothered for my order. I asked a simple question: how much for this combo? She said I don't know man, check for yourself. I asked another question and she simply went away and asked another man that I don't have time for this. I was very tempted to simply leave but was very hungry so decided to stick anyway. Later, when the other guy ordered my food, the same lady was arguing with me and said it includes bacon. I said, well I don't eat bacon and simply remove it. She says but it says in the order chicken and bacon, how can I remove it. Horrible!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the service and the food I was provided. I almost never want to go back to dunkin anymore!

This is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They are non genuinely friendly for one and they have the slowest customer service. On a Saturday morning with a line out the door they have three people working moving slower than my grandparents would be. I have never got a coffee from there and been satisfied and had to go back repeatedly for them to fix it. I am switching to Starbucks from now on.
