Standard pretzel stand with substandard service. Food and drinks are not all that good, but take the edge off when you're starving.

Free pretzel sent to me via email, and I saw an Auntie Anne's at South Station on my way out of town. Perfect snack before hopping on a train. Quick line, though the people behind me weren't so lucky.

Always grab 2 salted when I'm around. The staff isn't particularly chatty, but the pretzels are consistently amazing.

I have mixed feelings about this pretzel stand in South Station. I've been here a few times, and my conclusion is that the experience depends on who is working. The original pretzels are just fine - just like any other Auntie Anne's Pretzel stand. However, I asked for a garlic pretzel once, and the employee forgot to flavor it before bagging it, then just barely sprinkled some powder on it. It was super concentrated at the top of the pretzel, and hardly any flavoring on the bottom. This wasn't a huge deal because 1) The employees (two younger/middle-aged guys) were at least nice and smiling - just seemed a bit careless, but whatever - it happens. And 2) Despite the lack of distribution, the garlic flavoring was still pretty good. The times you should worry about if you're going to be chastised and treated poorly is when the older guy (owner?) and woman work. It's more so the man that is rude and incredibly stingy. The woman sort of just sits there, but it seems that they always work their shift together. Just a side note: As for price, I'm not really sure how expensive other stands are (I feel like travel hubs usually have more expensive food just because they can), but this one has regular pretzels for just over 3$.

It's pricey, but I'm addicted sometimes

Good pretzels, even better pretzel dogs. Mighty expensive though, but that should be expected since you're at a train station. (this location seems to be more expensive than the locations in the malls)

I always grab a pretzel here when I'm at South Station. This is one of my favorite Auntie Anne's locations as the workers are extremely efficient and the pretzels are always fresh and out of the oven thanks to the traffic going through the station.

Poor Poor service; did not even get to the pretzel part the water was $2.45 and it was $1.99 two weeks ago. I do not like getting ripped off in my own city twice by auntie Annes! Will tell all my train friends and Facebook not to go there.
