I ordered a couple of pizzas tonight for pickup. I was told delivery would've been over two hours, so I decided to pick it up. I ordered a pizza with feta and spinach. Not only was there not light sauce like my order stated, but there was virtually no feta cheese on my pizza. I called to explain that the pizza had almost no feta on it, and whomever answered the phone said that's an acceptable amount of feta. In the background I heard an loud "I f**king made the pizza and no resolve was offered. This is unacceptable and I will never bring my business here again! It really deserves a no star rating.

Horrible. Undercooked, there was hardly no spinach or painless on the pizza. I"m sure I can get the ingredients and it would have nearly costs it to make it myself. Next time I'll go to one of the other pizza places Ashland area.

This is the third time in a row that the pizza arrived in a mangled condition. I am just 0.6 miles away from the store and they cant deliver a pizza in a perfect shape to even this close a distance. The only reason to order from dominos is the luxury of online ordering. But think, this should be the last time. The pizzas are definitely not the greatest, now even the service is pathetic

I've ordered from here a bunch of times but the most recent was a rather unpleasant experience. It could always be like this, but its the only time I went to pick up vs. having it delivered since the deal we wanted is pickup only. The woman at the register was rude about us wanting to pay with a $50. We had to use our credit card instead and her hands were covered in cornmeal. In this day, I don't understand how they don't use gloves like many other food establishments, but bare hands covered in cornmeal? Besides coating our credit card in cornmeal, she also rubbed her nose with this non-gloved hand. Can't the employee even bother to clean their hands before dealing with a customer? Is cornmeal such an expense to them that they must have their hands coated at all times? This never has happened at the Marlborough one. Luckily I live near that one and normally order from there and only order from here when we have to be in the area for some reason. The Marlborough employees always have clean hands at the register. Pizza was great as always, but the employee was very unprofessional and rude. She didn't like that we rated the service bad on their website and had called and left us a very rude voice mail message.
