Enjoyed the steak and atmosphere (in the restaurant proper); however, not a fan of this casino in general. We got there a little early with 7:15 reservations--got to our table at 7:45. Our server was way too rushed--whether he was that busy or not, he should not be flying in to our table and rushing taking orders and flying away. He was so rushed he nearly made our table feel anxious. Food took quite a while, but steaks were cooked to order, sides were good (I really like "creative" macaroni and cheese--pretty disappointed by this one) in general, and the setting was nice. All in all, sure, try it out--but watch your expectations.

High end executed poorly. The decor was very appealing. The prime rib was average. Our waiter had a hard time taking our order and even giving the daily specials. He was very attentive but not very helpful. We ordered 4 sides and ate 1 bite from 3 of them and 3 bites from the 4th. Our potatoes were cold, the mac and cheese tasted spoiled, and a single bute was all I could stomach of the creme cheese potatoes. My gf enjoyed the creme spinach but not enough to eat much more than just a few bites. I won't be back and the 85 dollars I spent on dinner was a waste.

Quality food, on par pricing, but the best part was our server, Horia. She was such a gem! If you can, ask for her by name.

This restaurant was a huge disappointment to us. The service was 4 stars (from the front desk to the people refilling the water glasses) but the food was two stars at best. We started with shrimp cocktail, which was good. I would have liked a cocktail sauce with a bit more kick but it was still good. My husband ordered the double bone pork chop and the first few bites were really dry. After he got further into the chop it was better. It was plated with a heavy sauce that was very salty and seemed overcooked. I had the stuffed chicken with risotto. My dish was so salty! The chicken, even with the skin removed was so over salted it was hard to eat. It came with carrot slices that were slightly warm and coated in a glaze that was sweet and salty as well. The chicken was served over risotto that was overcooked and gummy. I really wanted to like it but it was really overcooked. We ordered asparagus as a side and it was ok. Aside from the service, It was probably the best part of the dinner. After we finished dinner we decided that it was more like buffet food than a really high end steakhouse. I doubt we will eat here again, even with a casino comp.

Was OK. We had a very talkative waiter. He was cool. The wife loved her open faced seafood ravioli dish. My lobster stuffed filet left a lot to be desired for the price. Might eat here again if we are ever back.

My wife and I was on a road trip and stopped at Sam's Town for the night . We decided to try William B's and what a great dining experience we had , our waiter Sammie Rocked it he was very polite and talkative but not over bearing, he explained the specials and answered all our questions, our Steaks were excellent and the sides were also delicious , he also recommended a good wine for my wife and she loved it . Great overall dining experience !! Sammie your Rock !!

Fantastic experience. I dined here for an anniversary dinner and they were amazing! Champagne for our anniversary and even called us by name (based on our reservation). Seared tuna appetizer was superb and my meal was perfection. They even treated us to dessert for our special night. Perfect place. I will be here again!!

I haven't been a fan of Sam's town, but recently a group of us had a girls night out and everything was fantastic! The room, the band, the food and the spa were all impeccable. Everyone should check it out!

We had a birthday dinner for my mother in law. The service and the food were wonderful and we could not ask for anything else. Samual was our waiter and he was at the top of his game. They had a special that included the appetizer and salad and entree and dessert that was wonderful. Could not have ask for a better meal and a better waiter !! Hats off to this restaurant

This is by far the best steakhouse in the area. Total satisfaction all the way around. Starting with Casey the hostess :) Then the manager Chris, yes he may seem strange at first but give him a chance because he is not from around here but again the best manager I have come across. The waiter Henry the best in the business always knows what I want. Then the man that prepares the best food in town would be Cedric the Chef and his staff always checking to make sure you liked and enjoyed the food. If anyone has a complaint then you don't know what a great Resturant is. Love you guys and girls at William B's :)

Good solid food, but not the best steak I've had either. I have to say that you can't really mess up steaks anyway. Can't give 4 stars because the sides were not good. This caliber steakhouse is going to have good steak, what takes it to the next level are the sides. Potato au gratin was standard boring fare, the other side of mac and cheese was also forgettable. Nice opulent atmosphere inside Sams Town casino. We had dinner with colleagues in one of the private rooms, and that was nice. One of the nicer places you can dine at in Shreveport in terms of atmosphere, but the food comes up slightly short of top notch.

Went for a weekend getaway to Shreveport and tried Williams B's. Totally NOT disappointed. Everything was fantastic. The french onion soup was awesome !!! Our waiter Sammie was great.

Our server Marco was over the top in service - very entertaining, engaging, and he really seemed to enjoy his work. 4 of us enjoyed everything we ordered: the Maytag Blue Cheese Salad, the prime rib, the french onion soup, red velvet cake, etc. Sides were large enough for two, and only $3-$4 each - we ordered enough for an army: Potatoes au gratin, mac and cheese, asparagus, garlic creamed spinach, all terrific. A welcome break from the buffet and coffee shop. Those are OK, but this place is excellent. We'll be back for sure.

This was my first time at William B's and we went there because I started late getting reservations for Valentine's Day and could not get another table at other places in Shreveport. Would I go back again? That's a tuff call. It's not a bad place. The service was good especially on Valentine's Day. The prices are what you would expect at an upscale restaurant in Shreveport like Superior, Ernest , or Jack Binions. In fact I would say this is one of the cheaper upscale places. Also, the food was not bad and it was a nice setting. It's just there is nothing about this place to get excited about when you want to get excited. There was nothing about this place that just jump out at me. But if you are in the same situation like I was and need a nice place to take that special someone in a pinch...you can do worst. But you can also do better.

Great service! Larry and the guy who brought the refills every time we got low without asking (update coming soon with his name) and the food is great. The butter and bread is probably one of the best free table appetizers I've ever had. Overall awesome place. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Shreveport.

Dined here while taking a temporary break from the Craps tables. The Spinach Salad was amazing, and the 16oz New York Steak to follow was one of the best steaks I've ever had. I would definitely consider dining here again if I ever find myself in Shreveport again!

One of the best steakhouses in Shreveport. Some of the best service and best fine dining in town. Nice wine list and nice menu selections. A beautiful private dining room for special occasions and larger parties. If you like steaks, get the Chop (bone-in ribeye). Fantastic!
