The pizza taste so-so. The service was good. I really don't like how the pizza was priced. You start with the size of a small, medium or large. I order a larger at $16.00 each topping was additional $2-$4 each topping. Kinda steep for pizza. The menu was very simple pizza, salad and wine.. The chocolate cheesecake was yummy! I probably won't return.

Pizza is truly like NYC pizza. Service was good, and price fair. Recommended. Return visits a certainty.

Shreveport is blessed to have this place... we're in dire need of more artisanal food joints. Grimaldi's is a fine example of good "world" cuisine finally coming to town. They're making a great New York style pizza, and delivering on their promise of a good meal. This pizza is thin crust (as it should be), it is not some big doughy, over-cheesed monstrosity. Thankfully, it's light and crisp. Topping it off, fresh mozzarella (buffalo style) and premium fresh ingredients. Not hard to say, this is the best pizza in town! It may not be your cup of tea, but this is just the cosmopolitan type of food joint Shreveport begs for... Grimaldi's is a great example of where the Shreveport food scene should be headed. Keep up the high standards, and great food!

The pizza was very good as was the antipasto salad. The service was good as well and the wait wasn't long as all. Now to the bad. I didn't know this is a build your own pizza place. The large pizza was $16 and each topping was $2-4 each. That got a little pricey for a quick lunch stop. I will definitely go again but for dinner not lunch.

Will try and keep this short. Pizza was tasty, quite tasty in fact. Salad left a lot to be desired however. The major dings here as simply with service. Staff are friendly but quite scatter-brained and a lot of neglect to the patrons is the result. Maybe once everyone settles in and gets in a groove this will improve. Don't come in a hurry for lunch, fully expect the wait and your overall experience to surpass 1 hour.

The pizza is okay...and I've been there a couple of times and our service was not so good. I don't think I would go back.

Pizza was great, and our waitress advised us about the portions. They have portions for one, two or more. We got the portions recommended for two on the salad and pizza and there was still a little left to take home. We split a dessert after dinner and it was just perfect. We are definitely going back!

I was anxiously awaiting for this place to open. Today I was shopping and decided to eat here. I was not disappointed! The pizza was amazing! I just got a personal pepperoni because that's how my boyfriend says you judge a good pizza. Delicious! The service was great. I was eating alone. She gave me my alone time but checked on me when I needed it and even served me my first slice (a really nice added touch). I also had a glass of the house white which was delicious. I love that I can shop, eat some pizza, and have a glass of wine. How much better can your day get?! Looking forward to going back!

We're at Grimaldi's Pizza Place for the first time. My husband and I ordered the large calzone pizza. It's huge! It didn't taste that good. Ricotta Cheese for days and not enough sausage. Service was good. The General Manager even checked on us which was good. Don't buy the passion fruit tea it was horrible. I was looking for something like a meat lovers or a pepperoni pizza, everything is separate . Oh the sauce was excellent! The calzone was not worth $25.00 at all. The manager did not ask would we like something else. Don't think we'll be back to this one

I went with some family to try this place out on a Saturday night. I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño 12 in calzone. The price was 12-14 dollars. Toppings were $2 each. It was a nice size. I ended up eating 1/2 and it was loaded with jalapeños with the 1/2 I ate. I took the 2nd half home to my bf and it was so hot he couldn't eat it. We pulled out literally a handful of jalapeño slices in 6 inches of calzone. The cheese wasn't stringy, more of a cream cheese like texture. I didn't care for the calzone. The white sangria was tasty. That was $6. I won't be going back. I'll stick to Pizza Hut.

I would love to post less than 1 star. We decided to try this place out for my birthday dinner. It's relatively new and I heard it was good. We show up at 7pm and get seated relatively quick. I thought that was a good sign. I was wrong. I needed a high chair for my daughter which we had asked for. It took asking twice and 15 minutes. The drinks took forever and I had to try 3 times before they actually had what I wanted. I settle on my 3rd choice and I wait. I wait and wait and wait. I ask again for my drink. At this point people in my party are foraging in their bags for snacks. When the food came out it was in stages. By the time the last pizza was on the table the first few people were finished eating. This nightmare of a birthday dinner took 2.5 hours. On top of everything else the post I made to their Facebook page was deleted. Classy! If you can't take the criticism don't suck!

By far the best pizza in town!!! As for the negative reviews, new restaurants usually don't have the best service at first. We will definitely keep going there as it is now our favorite pizza in town. Great environment, doesn't feel like you are in the mall. Classic pepperoni is our go to!!

The pizza was really good. They have thin crust pizza. There were some negative things. The salads are really meant for at least two people and the waitress didn't bother to tell us so we had three salads meant for six people. The waitress could have been more attentive. It's a bit on the pricey side. Overall we really liked the pizza and would go again.

Simply the best pizza Shreveport/Bossier has to offer. I would have to say having had true Italian pizza that this is even better than it. Fresh ingredients truly make for a good pizza. Service was great, and you definitely get your money's worth.

I'll start by saying the pizza was very good. I am from the Chicago area and like a deep dish but I do know a good pizza when I taste it and this was very good. Good quality ingredients. Frank's is probably higher quality ingrediants but i like to pick what i want on my pizza so this place was great. You could taste the freah basel. Server was pretty good and attentive. Decor is very nice. Okay now to the bad. The resaurant was only about half full. The hostess took us to the worst table in the place. The smallest 2 seat table and i think the only one in the place in the back. If you put a 16 inch pizza on a 24 inch table where are you supposed to put your drinks. The pizza goes up on a rack and you have to reach under the pizza to get the salt and pepper. The seating was also about 12 inches from the family at the next table. May as well have sat next to a Stranger at a picnic table. The wife could tell I was not a happy camper as soon as I sat down. What idiot would put you at that table when the place is half empty? I would take the hit and lose this terible table. No one will ever be happy if they get stuck at this table. I know this sounds like I'm over the top on this but I can't get over how a crappy table can ruin an otherwise good dinner. They also list the house red wine as a chianti on the menu but that has changed to a cheapo blend. Have had worse but not dry or flavorful. Just a cheap bland red blend. Spend the money and pick from the small wine list. Menu is lacking a little as well. Other than salad the only real choice is pizza or calzone. No pasta no lasagnia no bread sticks.when we asked, the server brought us some bread and olive oil and balsamic. But not mixed on a dish with some spice like most restaurants would do. Just on a rack to mix on your plate. Nice try on her part but not well thought out for an Italian place.
