Ever since they revamped the menu it's like a different place to eat. The Arby's fries are better than cross-cut potatoes, they have a real Reuben, brisket sandwich, chicken cordon-bleu, and another IMPORTANT THING!! Working bathrooms-- unlike the monstrosity of a chick-Fil-a across the street!!!?!?

Great food. Fast and friendly staff. Always love stopping by for the beef and cheddar.

As a frequent diner at Arby's, I never liked the wall hiding whats going on in the kitchen. Unlike Wendy's, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King and Popeyes among others with an open kitchen, viewable to the public, there is no telling what is going on at Arbys. My last visit, Friday May 15th, as I was dining, I witness the cook exiting the single person restroom just as the toilet was flushed. Now there is a chance he washed his hands before flushing the toilet, but why would you soil your hands on a dirty handle right after you washed your hands. Besides the wall that hides the kitchen, the lack of sanitation by the cook has turned me off.

I went there today. I don't remember how the service was. The bathrooms only have one toilet and sink. It is not very clean there. All the tables were dirty. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with gravy and onion rings. I liked it. I don't really like how this specific Arby's looks. It looks very old. But I'm fine with that. Overall, the bathroom was small, it was very dirty, but the food was good.

Yes this is the place to go when you're crazing roast beef and need it in your mouth in under three minutes. I love the regular roast beef sandwich but I have a new love now: the angus three cheese and bacon. This sandwich is heavenly but it tastes too salty because it is. It's got angus beef (of course) plus bacon, cheddar and swiss cheese, and this peppercorn ranch dressing! Not sure what the third cheese is because I have never seen any other cheese on this sandwich. Too bad it's got more sodium than I like to eat for the whole day otherwise I would eat one every other day. Same for my other fave...the french dip dipped in the au jus (juice from the roast beef). Totally want to eat it every day but way too much sodium. The jamocha shakes are another Arby's staple. Great shake and suprisingly they are not that bad for the body. If you don't eat roast beef don't fret because they do more than just roast beef. They also have roast turkey sandwiches, reubens, chicken sandwiches, and salads. Arby's would be a 4.5 star place for me but they just have too many unhealthy (but darn yummy) items on their menu. They make McDonald's and other fast-food chains look healthy by comparison.

Clearly, I am unabashedly declaring my love of Arbys. Sometimes it is the deciding factor of shopping trips to Metairie. The French dip, the Philly, the market fresh roast beef, those always hot, yummy, curly fries, the fried potato and bacon thingys dipped in ranch, and last but not least, the horsey sauce. I can drench all my sandwiches in it, and be just a little short of heaven. Plus, they have Dr. Pepper!

Nice people (that why I had to give them at least one star), but poor service and horrible food (#11). Won't come back here. I'm not going to waste my time or yours with a detailed review.

Yes, I'm reviewing Arby's. Why? Because Arby's is awesome. Yeah, you got me, it's not the type of roast beef you will find at Mother's or Parkway, but it's FAST FOOD. Those 4 stars up there are fast food stars. If I were to compare it to Parkway...well, I wouldn't. That would be silly. Arby's is one of those places that I wish was on the Westbank, but I'm glad it's not on the Westbank, because I would be there all the time. The roast beef is always fantastic and I could probably finish one of their regular sandwiches in three minutes. You get your choice of fries...curly or straight. THEY GIVE YOU A CHOICE! What's not to love about that (and who get's straight when they can get curly??). They also have jalapeno bites, potato cake bites, and mozzarella sticks. They have an extensive menu of "toasted" stuff (and a chicken sandwich?! Get outta here!), but I usually just stick with a plain old roast beef and I put some horsey sauce on there and call it a meal. I'm easy, like that. The service at this location is always fast and I always stop in for a treat when I find myself in Metairie.

I love Arby's, so I was looking forward to eating here. Unfortunately, I could tell immediately upon entering the restaurant that I didn't want to spend my money at this location. It was dingy, and the employees seemed to not care. I left without ordering anything.

I have a serious love/hate relationship with Arby's. Their flagship roast beef sandwiches are great, especially with cheddar cheese and that delicious Arby sauce. Weirdly enough, i didn't see the sauce on my last visit, did it get taken off the menu? No, it's nothing like a roast beef or debris poboy but it's not supposed to be. It's on a bun. With cheddar. It's. Fast. Food. Their Reuben is pretty good as well (especially for fast food) although a bit overpriced for the quality. For what Arby's charges I can go to McAllister's and get a better quality sandwich for about the same price. So if I like the sandwich so much, why only 2 stars? First let's talk about the fries. Amazing how curly fries taste better. I mean, just the fact that the potato has a spiral geometric shape enhances the flavor. I promise. It's science. And battered curly fries? That's maximum flavor vectors! So how is it my fries from Arby's are so lackluster? The past two times I've been there they have been hard, as though the potato is undercooked. The other reason to get so few stars is the service. I know fast food is a thankless job but I've rarely seen people look so unenthusiastic. They just didn't want to be there or to serve the customers. I wouldn't go so far as to call the staff actively rude but they didn't put any effort at all into customer service. No smiles, no warm greetings, nothing. Just an air of slightly malevolent apathy.

Staff is rude! They are more concerned with talking on their phones than taking orders and helping the customer. My friend was wearing a coat and the woman at the counter began to make jokes about how she doesnt know how he could be cold. We even heard them making jokes about us when we were sitting at our table eating. The best part was watching the staff that was getting off work make themselves about 5 sandwiches and take them home without paying. I love Arbys but this location is DISGUSTING!

This place is revolting. Its New freaking Orleans. if you want Roast beef go to Mother's and get a debris Po-boy. Better yet go to Short Stop (then never return to Arby's again).

Very solid choice for fast food. This location hasn't been updated in a long time and the inside (at least the last time I was there) is somewhat nasty. The carpet looks like someone's been changing motor oil on it.
