I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this location. It's a relatively new restaurant. I believe it has only been open for about 6 months as of now. 24 hour service in the drive thru. Fast, friendly service from both the drive thru and the front counter. Speaking of the drive thru, there's two order boards for you to order from. Employees have always been polite even when being slammed with business. Convenient location just off I-12. The dining room isn't all that big and there is no play are for the kids. That hasn't been a big issue for me though. My food order has always been correct. So far no complaints for this location. Typical menu items as other McDonald's locations. I may be wrong, but I think this location is under the same ownership as the location further south at Florida and Hwy. 59. But the quality of employees that I have encountered is like night and day.

I was greeted tonight at the drive-thru with "Hurry up with your order", when I'd just pulled up to order. I knew then that as I was in for a treat, and the rest of the visit was right up there with a new level of terrible customer service. I ordered a 4 piece happy meal, filet of fish, Big Mac and an Asian chicken salad. After I gave my order for the happy meal, I then had to repeat everything I said when I ordered - gogurt, juice, for a boy, sweet and sour, etc. - the employee clearly hadn't been paying attention when I ordered. There was a four-minute wait from the time I ordered until I got to the first window. When I got there, the employee said, "you got the nugget happy meal, the fish and the Big Mac?" I said, "yes, and the Asian salad". She took my card, swiped it and handed it back to me and didn't say another word to me. When I got to the second window, the second employee handed me two bags of food. I waited for the salad, and the second employee looked at me as though I should drive off. I then checked the receipt while still at the window and realized I hadn't been charged for the Asian salad. I told the second employee that I was waiting on the salad but that apparently I hadn't been charged for it. The second employee then said "oh yeah, we don't have any". Well, how nice to be told that, after it was basically too late to do anything. I said "thanks so much for informing me" and promptly drove to the McDonald's on Florida, where I've always had much better service than the Highway 59 location. When I got home, the Big Mac I was given had McDouble meat on it - the diameter was about an inch less than the bun it was placed on. The bun was rock hard and completely stale, and the lettuce was brown. There was no sweet and sour sauce for my kid's happy meal. This location has always had fantastically bad service, but this was an all new low. I'm never coming back to this location.

This is probably the BEST McDonalds ever. Even though I don't eat much fast food this is the best one. Whenever I come here it is usually during breakfast. They are friendlier in the mornings probably because the workers need their job...not a high school kid. I probably drive past this McDonalds a minimum 4x a day. So if I had to go to a McDonald's it will definitely be this one.

Another disgusting McDonald's. I went to this restaurant in search of a good Big Mac after having a terrible experience at another McDonald's the day before. I just knew this one had to be better than the other two locations in Mandeville. Wrong! I go in and place my order. They are running a $5 Big Mac Value Meal special. I say I want a Big Mac meal. The cashier tells me $7.46. I say aren't they $5? She said oh, you didn't specify that it was medium. If you don't specify we ring up everything as large. WHAT? Are you kidding me? lol What kind of nonsense is that? I've never heard of ANY other McDonald's doing that and I've been to a lot of them. I get my food and the Big Mac is no good. It was not hot. The top bun was so hard that I had to take it off and eat the burger without it. The fries are not hot and are mostly soggy. At this point I am so disgusted with all of the McDonald's in the area that I don't know if I'll be back to any of them.

Is it a problem to actually get what I ordered? I didn't order anything extravagant. Nothing too special. The mean older lady in the drive thru seemed to have a problem with giving me the large fry that I paid for though... Geesh

Unbelievably slow, every time! 7 out of 10 times they will ask you pull up because something isn't ready. Horrible management!!!!!

You can always tell the overall quality of a restaurant from the cleanliness of the bathroom. On the way to Florida with 2 young kids and stopped by here to go potty and get some food. The women's room is nasty. Has a urine smell. One toilet was stopped up with tons of toilet paper draped across. The other one's floor is wet with who knows what. I slipped and almost fell while trying to help my 3 year old onto the potty. Cheese burger tasted like they made it yesterday. The bread was a brick. Fries were cold and soggy. One of the happy meal toy has a dead battery. Being used To McD's usual decent standard, this is very very disappointing.

Well, traveling on the road for 12 hours a day with a group of teens, you'd hope that McDonalds could get the order out fast and correctly. Messy tables, slow service, 1/3 of the order wrong, boxes of fries half full. Witnessed one of the food preparer"s go to the bathroom and not wash their hands (eek!). Buns were stale. Cashier was very friendly and capable, though. Not stopping here again.
