I was prepared to give 4 stars because I like the pizza so well and service is usually fine. Today was a different story. I forgot what kind of salad I got but it was not good. I've had a couple different salads here now and not cared for either one. However, I love the pizza! Half way through eating my pizza the waitress asked if i wanted another beer which I did. I did not receive it until I had already finished my pizza and was ready to go. Not cool. And it's not like she was busy because they were really slow at the time.

I have had Pizza delivered several times from this location and have never been disappointed. Their Pizza is one of the better choices we have on this side. I've tried most of the others (but not all) and it is about the best over here...During their busier times delivery can be slow. But the Pies usually show up still warm and delicious! Compared with New York pie's (yes, I've had 'em in NYC) it really is kind of close. Good Flavor, Minimal sauce, good chewiness. Over topped with good fresh tasting toppings. Not the same size or water as in NYC, but hey...still close! I've tried a good portion of the menu and found most of it to be good. I had the spinach, artichoke and shrimp dip last night and was surprised at how good it was. I Also got the mozzarella sticks and they were truly AWFUL. Dipping sauce was good though. They tasted liked cold nasty breadsticks. Wonder who dropped the ball with those? One of the few things that couldn't be enjoyed. I also have mixed feelings about their Muffuletta. They do It like a sandwich. Tastes like a Muffuletta, just in sandwich form. SO the bread is not your usual Muffuletta loaf. Other than those few grips I recommend this place highly.

I overall like Isabella's Pizzeria; however, two experiences at this location and I will not be returning. I have eaten at this location once and picked up once. Service is slow, staff is not very friendly (really, just not very attentive), and half the time they are not even in the front of the restaurant. Food was terrible - hard to mess up a pizza IMO - you could tell the crust was frozen, toppings were not fresh at all, and don't even get me started on the sauce. Will not be returning to this location unless someone tells me it is under new management.

2 stars because fortunately the food is great. It really is. Unfortunately the the service is not good. At all. And it's a bummer because it really is good quality pizza. I've been here at least 10 times over the past year and every time I've had either an unpleasant waiter or waitress, lazy employees and lack of management. It almost feels like I invade their space whenever I waltz in with a hungry tummy. Right now me and my girlfriend are here and it took 10 minutes to get outlet drinks and menu. There is one other family in the restaraunt with 3 waitresses picking their nails. Sadly I will continue eating here because it's very close to my house and dammit the pizza is great. I hope the owner and or manager will step up and make this place a better and more comfortable environment.

Just walked out after sitting at a table for over 20 minutes. Everyone else in the restaurant appeared to be getting served, so I wondered if our party of four was invisible. Finally, after 15 minutes, I flagged down a waitress who then said she would get someone else to help us. Still no offer to give us menus or get us drinks. A few minutes later, another waitress came out and as she passed by our table said someone would be with us. We waited another 5 minutes when we decided this was ridiculous and left. I have eaten here before and the food is good, but the unapologetic lack of service necessitates not returning to this restaurant again.

Did not enjoy the pizza at all. Crust tasted like it had been previously frozen. No real flavor to any of the cheese or toppings. Our 8 year old son wouldn't even finish one slice of cheese pizza. To top it off, two pizzas came to $33 before tip. Very disappointed.

Where to begin?? Awful. Awful. Awful. Called in an order for delivery (we live about 4 miles from the restaurant) and were told it would be about 45 minutes. An HOUR and a HALF later our order showed up. The driver blamed it on the"new people in the kitchen" Which would have been fine and well, except our pizza was ice cold. Our driver had obviously not been standing around waiting for it. The crust was like cardboard, there was no sauce or flavor what so ever. Our salad was pitiful. A giant pile of lettuce with 3 olives and some onions. The dressing was a goopy disgusting mess. I had no idea it was possible to mess up delivery pizza so bad. I'll be going back to Johnny's. So disappointing.

Good pizza and the kids enjoy going. The service and pizza are very inconsistent though. I've been there numerous times and order the same thing and it was different every time (to much cheese, not enough cheese, barely cooked, well done). The pizza sauce is made in-house and its really good so if they could just get the pizza consistent I would just order it to go to bypass the so-so service. The funny but not so funny thing is that the manager always looks miserable and is not very friendly.

Isabella's has pretty good food. The service isn't always the best. One thing i thought was really interesting is the handwritten sign behind the kitchen. It said something to the effect of parties with children should make sure and monitor their noise level. I find it amazing that a place heard towards families would post such a sign. The restaurant was filled with families with children and i didn't notice a noise problem. Having a sign makes me think they constantly have issues with children making noise. In all my visits i have never noticed a problem. It is almost as if they don't want families. I don't get it. I understand some people don't control their kids, but a sign, really? Anyway, this last trip we ordered a supreme pizza and the shrimp and red pepper pasta. Both were very good. The service was just OK. The waitress was very slow. The place was busy but not so busy the level of service would have been this poor. I have been here before and had good service. The place just isn't consistent. I would recommend Isabella's because the food is very good. I you can deal with inconsistent service, the food is worth it.

I REALLY like Isabella's!! However, my review is based only on carry out & delivery. They have some great options without meat. I get SO tired of pizza places only offering condiment food (banana peppers, black olives, jalapeños... )as "veggies"!! I adore the Margherita pizza: garlic butter base, real water mozzarella, basil & Roma tomatoes- yum!!!

The pizza, pasta, and salads are good. The mozzarella sticks were the worst I ever tasted. Soggy...probably frozen beforehand. I was surprised because everything else I've eaten at Isabella's is pretty decent.

Service was not good. People seemed new and we saw about 4 people greet us and ask to take drink order. Wasn't sure was really waiting on us. Pizza was greasy when served and really not that good

Probably the 5th time I've been... Food is great, service faster than the last several times I have been there, but still very forgettable. The people who arrived after us were served drinks and had their order taken before we were as much as greeted. When she did come to the table, she took our food order and walked away. We had to wait for her to walk back to table near by to order drinks and an appetizer. Refills were slow. Overall, not even impressed. Kudos to the kitchen, they just need someone who can run the front of the house.

The most terrible service I have ever experienced. The food was good but will only take out in the future. I can't fully express how horrible the service was!!
