If you're looking for a quick burger, this is a great place. Like the limited menu - 2 types of burgers, a hot dog, fries and Frito pie, but that works to the customers advantage. They offer a variety of toppings and customize the burger to suit the customer. I was a little disappointed in the fries, but that's because I like mine extra crispy. They were fresh and very good for fries made by hand. I'd just prefer them crispier. Limited seating. It's a good place for a family, but probably not for larger groups. Reminded me of "Five Guys Burgers and Fries", but much, much better!

Great burgers and fries! Classic and ENORMOUS!! A lot of toppings to choose from. Not a lot of seating but they do have seating outside for when the weather is nice.

Food is good. Stumbled on this place the first week we moved to the area. I'd sum it up as greasy fair type food. Plan on taking family back there when they come to visit.

A cool little local burger joint similar to Five Guys. My cheeseburger was tasty and the ingredients all seemed fresh. The fries with Cajun seasoning were a little salty but overall pretty good. The girl at the front counter was really friendly and helpful.

Reminds me of In & Out Burgers in California. Basic menu. Put what you want on the burger. Toppings from your basic veggies to jalapeños, bacon, etc. They cook really fast here, so I like to getting mine to go if I'm in a hurry.

OK, so we went here after reading that the place might compare to In-N-Out.... I'm from SoCal... my family members are Californians... we were ready to challenge that notion. The fries were just like In-N-Out... must have been fresh cut. You can get them with "Cajun" seasoning. The burgers were good... 1/3 pound patty seems bigger than In-N-Out. You can get whatever toppings you want. So.... honestly?? The topping selections made it BETTER than In-N-Out... buuuuuut.... The place is a dive. I commented in passing to hubby that it didn't seem the cleanest... moments later, some scary (and FAST!!) bug ran straight for my feet. Dive or not, the food was great. The milkshake was REAL chocolate ice cream. (Thats better than In-N-Out... They just add chocolate syrup to vanilla ice cream). Just ignore the divey environment. Maybe take it to go. Oh, actually, this place surpasses In-N-Out by one major aspect: You can order something other than a burger!! Even their salads look good.... and YUMYUMYUM I got my burger with the cheese of my choice, chili, grilled onions, and mushrooms. I only give the place three stars cuz the ambiance kinda chilled the positive rating. It's a great place to grab a burger... and ummmmmm.... eat it at home where you know how clean things are... ;)

Big burgers and ton of fries in the order. This place is awsome and they are super fast. Burgers her are great and I love the look of the place. Would definitely be coming back here.

Excellent old school diner feel to this place. I travel for work and always try and eat at a local place.. I went here on a recommendation from a girl at the hotel I stayed and also the Yelp! reviews, and was not let down. The burgers are HUGE and you can get literally anything you want on it, peppers, mayo, sour kraut, hot sauce.. The list goes on, so I piled it on! This is the kind I place that is small town USA.. Highly recommended!!

Was looking for a good burger joint in Leesville. I have seen this place a couple times when driving through. It was really good food. The burger tasted fresh and I got to choose from a lot of different topping options. I also tried their Cajun fries. They were hand cut and very tasty. It is a great place to stop at if you are in the area.

Fatboy Skinnys is the best burger place in town I go there every other Saturday they are commonly a very large group they allow us West Central Euro ( car club) to meet out front like I said it's the best place really good staff and have a military discount!!!!!!!!

So dinner tonight was burgers and fries from FB&S.:) Well let me just say I am one happy woman tonight! My honey is a fan of this joint and introduced me to one juicy concoction. I guess it's only fair to meet that high standard since I did bring him to 5 guys back home in NY;) I ordered the skinny with cheddar, bacon, pickles, onions, A1sauce, and jalapeños. He decided to get a Swiss burger with, lettuce, mustard, jalapeños, onions and mushrooms. I did hear about the cajun fries so we got two orders. They were a bit soggy and quite salty. It didn't matter since the burger I consumed was moist, juicy with just the right amount of fatty goodness. My sweetie enjoyed his burger as well since he devoured it in a matter of seconds lol. We both are content and full tonight with smiles on our faces watching sons of anarchy.:)

Looking for a great burger, this is your place. Went there yesterday and met Skinny on his 50th birthday, nice folks and friendly customers. BLTs are awesome too. Love the place, if you are from out of town or nearby it compares favorably to a CA favorite In-n-Out but with a certain Diners & Dives charm! I'm going back tomorrow to try the chicken sandwich and see if we can run into Fat Boy, bon apetite

I really liked this place. It's got an authentic dive feel. I walked in and made my order at the counter. I paid, got a number, and then chose my seat. The burger was made to order and there was an impressive selection of toppings. The burger came out quickly and was hot and juicy. The fries were also tasty. I think they were fresh both from the taste and the boxes full of raw uncut potatoes next to my table. The portion was generous. I'm a large man with an appetite to match but I was fully satisfied by the small order. I can't imagine ordering the large for just myself. They come in regular and Cajun varieties. I opted for the Cajun and was not disappointed. They may have been a little salty for some but I loved it and they definitely were not too spicy. They also have shakes and a food challenge but I didn't partake in either of those. The shakes looked good but I was to full after the Fatboy burger and small fries. Some soldiers did come in a large group while I was there and four of them attempted the challenge. I didn't stay to see if they finished but it looked like a lot of food. Overall I really loved this place and will definitely come back of i'm every in Leesville again.

I think this is the best burger joint in town! I got the chicken sandwich and it was perfectly made and tasty. It's not "fast food" and there's no drive thru, but the food is worth the wait. My only gripe was with the shake. It was just way too watery for my preference. I'm used to having nice, rich ice-cream blended into mine, but this stuff was like flavored milk and not a shake. Anyway, I'd come here again if ever I'm in town for JRTC.

Just finished my first fatboy and it was awesome. The frys were great too. A cheeseburger like momma used to make. It will not be our last, go eat this burger NOW!

  • Brett D.

Amazing food! This is a lot like 5 Guys, but better. It has a cafeteria style layout that fits the place perfectly. It's all about the food. Plenty of toppings and burgers cooked just right. If you want a burger, this is the place.

Where to go on a rainy day for lunch? Tired of the regular burger, we went for a fat boy at fat boy and skinnys. This place never disappoints! Good service and great food makes it a great lunch. Bopper even went back for a second burger!

  • Thomas L.

Best burger in tiwn! At first I got the impression that they were trying to rip off of 5 guys but when I got the burger it definitely taste better the fries were amazing and the service was good as well. The outside of the building is deceiving it looks like an old 50 or 60 is Eric gas station which is cool in itself but I thought it was going to be tiny inside. Don't let that scare you away there's plenty of places to go inside and have a seat and enjoy your fat~tastic burger.

  • Brandon B.

Better than average burger and fries. Huge selection of quality burger toppings. Great ambiance. Would recommend.

  • JoAnna M.

Simple menu, great prices, and good food. Burgers are fresh and made when ordered. Cajun fries are out of this world.

    (4)
  • Nickie S.

Food is good but the menu is short. Mostly burgers, but there are tons of toppings to pick from. The serving size matches the fat part of the name. You can order one basket of fries to feed the entire table. Every basket of fries is made from a 10 lb. Sack of potatoes. Not much parking but if you're in the mood for a good greasy burger this is your place. Can eat in or outside or get it to go.

    (4)
  • Andrea J.

Simple menu - burgers, fries, soda, milk shakes. Food is good. Nice atmosphere, retro vibe. Parking is crowded.

  • Jeffrey K.

I ate hear for the first time and it was very good. I will say that the Cajun fries are very salty though. Definitely better than a fast food joint.

  • Jeff P.

Fresh ingredients, not too greasy, quick & friendly service. What's not to like? It's the best burger place in town. The milkshakes are made with real ice cream and are delicious. The fries are thick cut and pretty tasty. I can't think of anything not to like about the place other than it's so popular that sometimes there's no place to sit.

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. That guy Skinny ain't too bad either.... A great burger place for Leesville, conveniently located and favored by the soldiers who, upon return from overseas bravely attempted their Man vs Food style challenge.... Great burger, great bun, incredible toppings. Done right.

    (5)
  • Ben U.

The burgers here are good, but not best I've had. The store does the same ordering style as "Five Guys Burgers and Fries" with burgers coming with a couple patties and as many toppings as you want to order. The sides include regular and cajun seasoned fries and chili pie. The atmosphere is cool in the old gas station building. I really liked the vibe of this place and even though the beef wasn't the tastiest, I will return
