This is the 3rd time I have been to this Ground Pat'i, and I can say that all 3 times I have been completely satisfied. Their service is quick, the food is hot, and the atmosphere is inviting. Tonight I ordered the brisket. The serving was plentiful and not to mention the brisket was perfectly done! I would recommend this dish and restaurant to anyone.

DO NOT confuse this place with the original Ground Pati across town, which predates this chain by a couple of decades. I have only been here once and thought it was like an Appleby's mixed with a little of the original.

NO STARS! We won't come back. Service sucked and rude! Food wasn't worth paying for. My burger bun was soggy and my burger had no seasoning at all and it didn't have grill marks it had burnt marks... There is a difference! Waitress took forever to refill drinks and the place was so dirty the customers on the side of us asked the greeter to sweep first. For 43.00 for two people and this crappy place wasn't worth it!!!

Best spinach and artichoke dip I believe that I've ever ate. Really good burgers and love the decor and atmosphere. Service was friendly. Will eat here again next trip to lafayette

We've eaten here a couple months back, and finally decided to review this place. I would never go here again, and the reason why I rate this place a 1-star is because I was a victim of the dishonestly that I witness here. After a meal with my significant other, I charged the bill on my credit card and left tips in CASH, I also wrote CASH where the tip line is located. I left him a 15% tip, although he was not attentive at all, but he still charged a 17% tip on my credit card, and did not realize the charge until my email notified me. It was only about $8, but just the thought of dishonesty disgusts me. I did not get the name of the waiter that waited on us, but because of him, I would NEVER EVER come here again. So, I suggest you to not come here, but if you do, use cash, you have been warned. UPDATE: I noticed the receipt, and I noticed the waiter's name on there, his name on the receipt says: 257 Lyle G

I have been eating at Ground Pat'i since I was a little girl. This is still my all time favorite burger place. I moved to Austin, TX roughly 4 years ago and ever time I come home to Lafayette to visit the family, we always stop by here to grab a burger. I have yet to find another burger place that does it as well as the Pat'i!

Great place to go to get a burger. Good food and nice service. Try the sweet potato fries, they are so good!
