Decent food and friendly service. Usually packed with a very long line awaiting to order. But today, it wasn't so packed. Must have been the time of day as it was after lunch. They were very accommodating with my potentially complicated BLT. Yes, leave it to me to "doctor it up".

Can you say schools cafeteria on crack. I mean why not give it the appropriate name? Ordered chaos is the number one item on the menu. Walk in tables to the left and to the right. Straight ahead is the line and ordering counter. Place your order and you stand and wait it out or you can have a seat and await your vittles; either way there's a wait involved. But that's really no consequence because a wait is the norm; if you want fresh food that is. I didn't find the menu prices to be out of the norm. But for about $10 one can get a nice filling meal and a drink to boot. Speaking of dunno choices, self serve is the standard for the fountain drinks on tap. Make sure you try the tea. Oh me Oh my, how delish; maybe there's a little sugary goodness inside that concoction I tell you. I think my wait was a little longer than the norm as is just come behind the first half of a rather large group; I think my wait from entry to exit was an hour. The tuna dressed on croissant was delightful and quite filling. The tortilla soup was also quite tasty; I know not the likely pair, but still good in combination. All in all, I'd revisit; I'll just be mindful not to go in when I'm famished.

Ordered 30 box lunches for hungry high schoolers. Order was delivered as promised, on time and delicious.

This place sucks. The food was cold, our order wrong, and dirty plates sat on the table next to us for 30 minutes. Only Mcalisters worse is the one in meridian, ms. Get a grip Mcalisters!

Really was ok! Had the cranberry club sandwich and bowl of cheese/broccoli soup, which was ok. Inside was clean, but the front sidewalk in front of the store needs cleaned. It is filthy, which is a bad first impression.

Over time the food has gone on a steady decline. I'm not sure if they've had a change in management or not, but it is definitely not the McAlister's it was a year ago. There's too much flirting between employees to get the food on the table while its still warm. Tables are rarely cleaned in a timely manner, and the restrooms are disgusting. Fail to provide gratuity to the cashier for breaking her conversation about the weekend's coming festivities and you will suffer the consequence of her icy stare and your cold soup.

I get to-go orders A LOT! The service has always been good but the last few times we've gone, they've forgotten our sides. The food is good but I find it is fresher at the Airline location. Probably b/c Airline is so busy they're constantly making the sandwiches. Still a great alternative to greasy fast food in Kenner. The King Club and Cobb Club are verrrrry good! One concern -on a recent trip it seemed more than sandwiches were being sold on the side of the building. If that's not what you're shopping for - be careful out there in Kenna' brah.

Screaming as loud as I can.. bring back the california club!!!!! It was a perfect healthier option to a muff. wheat pita, olive salad, provolone and fresh veggies. It was one of my favorites on the menu and now it is gone. If you don't want to dodge tourists on decatur or drive to Mandina's is a good (not great) option to get a muff

It has a great deal on lunch and the tea is very good I don't understand it but it is better then most tea. It is great spot to get a meal and not spend a arm and a leg and the food is good.
