This is the worst Dunkin donuts maybe in the history of the franchise. I've been there twice. The first time the guy who took my order made fun of what I ordered to another co-worker loud enough for me to hear. I got ham, egg and cheese on a bagel, not exactly a weird order. Even though it was slow and they were over staffed it still took five minutes to make. The next time I went they were out of numerous things. The only bagels they had were plain. So I ordered that. I was in the drive through so I didn't see the food until I left but the bagel was black. Completely burnt and inedible. I lived in New York City for five years and used to stop at the Dunkin Donuts near my subway stop a couple times a week. They did probably 100x the business these guys do but we're always on point. These clowns on Manhattan need to close up shop now and save everyone the trouble. The employees are terrible and the owners doesn't seem to have a clue.

Awful. Paid $7 for a lukewarm sandwich, disgusting coffee and four cold, salty hashbrowns at 7 in the morning. Their donuts are terrible as well. Absolute waste of time, money and calories. Third visit. Third disappointment.

The worst doughnut I've had in years. Had I know I was getting a bunch of crap worth $10, I would've driven across the Huey P to Krispy Kreme. If you want a good doughnut go to Terry Town Cafe' at least you'll feel like you're eating a REAL doughnut. Even the coffee was nasty. Just an all around bad experience for me.

This is a brand new DD location. After two eat-in visits my biggest complaint is for those ordering food to eat at table. You'll have to eat out of the brown paper bag. I asked/suggested to the manager that they get plates. He had no response and barely looked at me. Overall service is at the level of typical New Orleans area fast food. Distracted crew with so much chatter among themselves that they can barely get an order out. And of course there's the tip jar at the register. Come on!

Great iced coffee, and a variety of flavors! I've always liked their coffee. Fresh donuts and bagels, mainly the donuts. My favorite are the glaze, jelly and cream.

Horrible service, frozen donuts have no taste. I heard the terry pkwy one is owned by the same people so I don't expect that one to be better. Also idk about the manager at the terry pkwy location but the one at the Manhattan spot needs to be fired his workers aren't greeting the customers, and then he has an attitude like he's perfect. Joes cafe on barataria is so much better and nicer to their customers. One time they gave me 2 wrong donuts, when I went back to say what happened they apologized and said they ran out, but gave me a voucher for a dozen free donuts for my next visit. They believe in customer service Dunkin on Manhattan needs help bad with their customer service.

I went there tonight. I do not like going thru drive thru lanes so I went inside. After waiting for five minutes, I left without even a word from their employees. Not a hello, not a We will be with you in a minute, not a word from them. I guess they were too busy with the one car in the drive thru lane to deal with me.

The donuts here are better than krispy kreme and its closer to me. The drive thru is a great option. The coffee is meh at best which sucks because I have to come here for donuts and go elsewhere for coffee. Anyone who gives DD and 4 or 5 Star is probably overdosed on DD donuts and sugar so disregard.

Since it's the New Year, and I have been here several times since my last review, I've decided to raise them one star. I usually go and get a large black iced coffee in the drive through. I get what I pay for and the service is prompt. I can't give them more than three stars, because their food leaves a lot to be desired and when I order food they are always slow. There's a Dunkin on Terry Parkway now, so I'll probably just go to that one when the construction in that area is complete.

We have given this DD a try a year later, and wish I could've give zero stars! We purchased 6 doughnuts again trying to see if anything had changed and nope, nothings changed. The doughnuts were stale and all of them went into the garbage again. We've given them time to get it right, but it was a waste of our money. Never again!

It's clean. It's empty at this hour. 9 on a Friday night. I'm not even drunk and this is where I end up. The staff is friendly...well, no. They're automatons. They have that same vacant stare I get when wondering where it all went wrong. The menus are on TVs. But they're still, unmoving, non-animated. Well, the eerie promotions are animated, silent and suggestive. But why not have an actual, physical menu? Did I miss something.. Y'know, it's bright as hell in here, too. And the automatons are stuck here til 11. PM. Cruelty. The donuts are Dunkin Standard. Fried, then frozen, then thawed. Coffee is not bad. Follow Dunkin on Facebook, twitter and Instagram Make sure to download their app. I'm sure it does something donuty.

It's a tradition that we get breakfast on the go on Sundays before work. However, hubby got tired of Burger King and decided to drive through Dunkin' Donuts instead. Me? Never liked Dunkin' Donuts after hearing all their food were frozen. BUT whatever Hubby wants, Hubby gets. Went through drive thru, ordered our food and literally waited for over 10 mins for our breakfast. Maybe their microwave wasn't working properly, who knows. After receiving our food, the lady complimented us with a half dozen of donuts. Nice of her, but wasn't caring for it. We then drove to our work place and hubby asked for his sandwich, so I gave him his and digged back into the bag to look for mines; only to realize that they forgot my croissant. Had to call them 3 times in order for them to pick up. Talked to the manager and all he said was, we'll refund your money if you have your receipt. Ummm excuse me sir, how are you able to refund my money if the lady didn't give me a receipt. Yeeah, I'll just stick to my BK breakfast instead because this is the LAST time, I am EVER going to DD.

Every time I visit this location it's a good experience. Everyone is very personable and the customer service is great!! I do not like the donuts but I love the coffee. And if they make a mistake, they remake it with a lot of apologies. I see them at least 6 times a week!! And they recognize me every time. Love them!!!

This place is just OK. Very plain jane, you settle for it once you find out you can't do any better based on location. Walked in and noticed a huge wall of doughnuts (commence Homer-like drooling) some of it was a bit hard to see. I came in for just ONE type of doughnut which was pumpkin pie creme or pumpkin cheesecake. I asked the cashier if she carried it and she looked confused but started to look for it but didn't see it. They had pumpkin doughnut holes but that wasn't exactly what I wanted. So I asked if they will EVER carry it or if they sold out of it. Neither of the two people at the front could answer my question. I'm standing here thinking to myself you guys should know what you're selling....right? Anyways the second one disappears then comes back and says that they have a pumpkin shaped creme filled doughnut. I end up settling with that and leaving. The doughnut is stale and the creme is OVERLY sweet, I forced myself to eat it because I wasn't raised to throw away food. But ugh that pure sugar flavor! If it says anything about how sweet this was my little brother LOVED it .#SugarComa #NeverAgain

Not my favorite DD place, but I thought lets give it a try as It was on my way. Well, not a good idea! The customer service is the main issue here. The cashier did not greated us and had not eye contact while I was making our order or talking to her. It was not clear for me if she got what I said or not. Our drinks were not marked, not even said what is what. I ended up with wrong drink & my guest got the drink I ordered. Really disappointing! I threw away the drink. We also tried the new crunchy donuts; which was clearly just taken out of the fridge: cold and hard. A high school girl may be a good match to fill the cashier position, but needs to be trained how to communicate with customers. The positive points: the store is clean and has a nice interior.

I don't think I've ever been so dissapointed in a place before. So, I went to the drive thru and ordered a small coffee and a buttered and heated croissant. When I went to pick it up, they gave me an iced coffee instead. When I told them this was the wrong order, the lady with blue hair ( she was too far away. I assume she was the one who made it ) came to the window on a rampage, saying, "Are you serious?? Really!? Ugh." So, I pulled up, waiting for them to make my coffee. When the lady with blue hair handed the new cup to me, she rolled her eyes and did not say a word. Not only was the coffee I got warm, but the croissant had a long hair sandwiched in between. Now, I come here often, and the other reviewers are right about the unprofessional employees who just chatter amongst themselves, and the stale donuts. I do not recommend going through the drive thru. They will mess up your order. And always check the box of donuts before you leave. They get my order wrong half the time and it's so frustrating. I'm just going to get my coffee from PJ's fr now on.

New location and is terrible 5 people behind the counter and only one person waited on. After you wait for your order you get home and have donuts so stale you throw them away. Don't bother going here it stinks

Worst dunkin donuts ever!!! First visit got stale donuts decided to give them a second chance today..... it was even worse. Erika who helped us was VERY rude, then crammed 50 munchkins into box that should be for 25 so they are now all mushed. The glaze ones are all sticky instead of how the should be. They are so small compared to the size you get at Metairie location. WILL NOT RETURN. My suggestion is take your money elsewhere.
