We are PJ addicts - from Mississippi, New Orleans, Houma to Baton Rouge . We have stopped at this location 3 times and now YOUR OUT! The WORST velvet ice each time! More like iced coffee and taste is way off. How come all the others can get it right and this place can't???

I was so excited when they let me know wedding cake coffee was in. It's my absolute favorite. However, when I went through the drive through, I had to ask for sugar, I didn't get a stirrer. I had to go inside or use a pen from my car to mix my coffee, but I wasn't that upset since it was wedding cake coffee. When I made it back to my car to take my first sip, it was just plain old, and old I mean old (the lady told me she only had enough for a small cup). So disappointing

A great example of why some shouldn't franchise their concept. Nice interior, but the lack of any back ground music kills the feel. It should also be considered an unforgivable sin to train a new employee how to make product by making a paying- customer's drink. You train them first, THEN put them behind the bar to interact and create for customers. Don't bother stopping here - there are better choices in town.

Not necessarily the best iced chai. I think this place is a waste of time and money. Starbucks is better tasting....and Starbucks isn't necessarily highly ranked on my taste pallet. Nuff said?
