Worst service ever and that's just not saying much. Greater was very rude and then got started next to the bathroom. I know of no one that likes to be seated next to the bathroom. Place was like half empty and they do that. Our party just got up and left without ordering and will never comeback as the service has just went severely down hill. Ate at Texas Roadhouse instead.

I love chili's food but the Alexandria Chilis is always nasty. The floors and tables were very dirty and we were sat at a dirty table. The waitress was nice but the rest of the employees were loud and unprofessional, you can also hear yelling and screaming from the kitchen while the dining area is full. It takes forever to get your food, so dont go if your in a hurry!

My wife loves to go to Chili's. Every time I have gone I always have a bad experience. No one is at all polite. When I order something for my kids and have asked numerous times to bring their meal out first, they will bring out everything all at once. Also our order would take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to hit out table. Not a place to take family to eat.

I ordered a Cobb Salad and it was about the size of a side salad. A hamburger that we ordered had items on it that we requested be removed. And last but not least, a drinking glass that was brought to our table had a prior customers lipstick on the rim.

Chilli's can be good and bad, depending when you eat there. If you go for a Late lunch (2:00-5:00), you will have an excellent experience (the place will be empty and your food will come out quick, as expected). However, if you go on the weekend, then you'll be STANDING OUTSIDE (since they don't provide much seating for waiting parties) and you'll be waiting for an hour (for real!!!). This place if fun and cool for younger people, especially on nights of televised sport games. The food is good (sometimes) and the menu has lots of good choices. The chicken crispers, which is basically chicken fingers, are also great, but they make your breath stink really bad for some reason). Also, there's a large kids menu. The fajita is the best on the menu probably (that's what Chilli's is known for)!!! The dessert menu includes the Molten Chocolate Cake (Huge chocolate brownie smothered with ice cream and hot fudge), which is AMAZING!!! The Birthday Dessert is a small ice cream. However, the Chilli's in Alexandria can be cleaned a little more...a HUGE SPIDER crawled on my table when I was there and into MY PLATE!!!! There is also limited seating, meaning this place IS NOT GOOD for big parties (try keeping the amout of guess between 2-9 people to be safe)!! The prices are normal though ($13.00-$25.00 for the average meal). Most people come here to get drunk and have a good time since it's such a "Fun Atmosphere"

I've never had a good experience at chili's anywhere in the country. This one might take the cake though. The water was awfullll. It tasted like a Chinese fish market, seriously, did they just serve us the water that the salmon were bathing in?? Forgotten utensils and napkins? Yes, check. Black bean burger was on the menu but they also seemed to not know what to do when someone actually ordered it. They made all the food first before deciding to tell us that they didn't think they had the patty, before they finally found that they did.

Normally I don't write reviews for chain restaurants, but I had a pretty bad experience here right now so I figured I'd drop a good old fashioned negative review for them. First off the greeter kinda gave us a weird look because we didn't wanna sit at the bar like he suggested. So he seated us at a table and walked off. That was pretty much all that happened. We sat around waiting for at least 10min, but nobody came to take our drink order or acknowledge that someone would be with us. When we flagged down that greeter to see if someone was going to take our order he just kinda mumbled and walked away. So we went ahead and walked out of there. My gf was really pissed cuz she was looking forward to their fajitas. We ended up going to Applebee's but they don't have fajitas. So now she's in a bad mood. Thanks Chili's...

Seeing all the signs for cracklins (think chicharonnes or pork rinds) while driving through rural Lousiana, I thought I would eat at a chain. I should have settled for the fried pork fat. I was so hungry that I scurried into the Chili's for food and was immediately seated. The service was spectacular. They never missed a beat: ordering drinks, food, appetizers, etc. I would give a four-star review if solely on the service. Unfortunately, you don't dine out for the service, the main point is the food. Our order for lunch was: Boneless Buffalo Bites Baked Potato Soup Plain Bacon Cheeseburger with fries Chicken Strips with Fries and corn on the cob The boneless buffalo bites are made for the masses. Weak flavor and not really piquant, in my opinion. I get them because I need to eat. As a stand-by, I would get them again. The soup is a different matter altogether. When visualizing the potato soup, think cheese dip plus salsa plus potatos. All I can say is ugh. If the potatos were removed, you would have cheese-dip for your chips. Add slivers of tortilla chips and you would have Tortilla Cheese soup. Add broccoli and you would have Southwestern Broccoli and Cheese. I had a few bites and nothing more. Dealing with the utter disappointment of the soup, I was quite disheartened when the burger showed. The bread outnumbered the meat and cheese by a factor of 4-to-1. Really??? Come on people. I removed the top bun in order to eat the burger and was not very pleased with the flavor -- or lack thereof. The chicken strips and fries were all in the same league as the hamburger -- flavorless. In the end, nothing was really worth the money due to the lack of flavor. Will I return? Probably. since Chili's is located in so many places and there are times I am not wanting to try odd or out-of-the-ordinary local favorites.

Finally after waiting I saw some to go boxes on a back counter and packed up my own food. My dessert yet to had come. Another waitress brought it out and I asked for a to go box for my dessert. Needless to say it never came so I got my own to go box. I never saw any of the waitresses again. My waitress forgot about me and was taking another table order. I was upset and carried my boxes to the door as asked the lost hostess who returned for a bag. She LOOKED ME IN MY FACE & kept WALKING!! I asked again and she said "i will get you one in a min ma'am if you could just wait." And she continued to speak to a co worker. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CHILIS! I'm going to call the branch to report this horrible service. This is pathetic I spent 50$ for nothing. I would of gotten better customer service from mcdonalds!

The portion sizes were terrible. I ordered the combination plate. Monteray chicken, grilled shrimp, loaded mash potatoes. I got a whopping load of mash with 6 tiny shrimp and a piece of chicken approximately 3'' x 4''. I just paid $13 for mash potatoes. left feeling ripped off.

I would give it 5 stars for my first visit, but this time it's bad. The food is ok. I stay at Courtyard from time to time, and this is one of the 4 places within 3 mins' walk. Last week, the waitress was super sweet. She recommended quesadilla over fajita, and I love it! Corn and spinach with garlic roasted tomato were good. Melting chocolate cake was yummy. Cannot finish the whole cake though. I was playing with the device on the table, and had no issue with paying my check. Despite many of my colleagues' bad experience here (green stuff in beer etc.) and dirty floor, I come back. Today, the waiter (with hair) recommended taco over fajita. I ordered tacos (fish, pork, shrimp). Later, I added the side spinach with garlic roasted tomato. I asked whether they can make it without garlic. He said it's already made at 7 am everyday (surprise!). He asked whether I want spinach or salad, I said I want this one, just without garlic (or just removing them even if it's already done, but no big deal if they cannot remove them). He said he'll try. After over 30 minutes, I still haven't got anything, during which I asked one or two times when it'll be ready. He's so impatient that he interrupted me after I just said the first word "When...". Surprise! Still no big deal, just worried about my schedule. After 25 minutes, he brought me a house salad! That's ok. I said I didn't order this. He was very angry, and said that's the best he can do. It's a side salad! He was very unhappy, and put it away. Ok, still no big deal. I'm a nice person and never get angry. 10 minutes later, still had nothing to eat. I asked again when my taco will be ready. He was very angry, and said "I'm sorry, I cannot please you. I ask the manager to come." What? It sounded like I'm an unreasonable person. I've never had any issues with any waiters before. Now I'm upset. Continue waiting... Several minutes later, the manager came with a bowl of uncooked spinach and cherry tomato, and asked, "Is this what you want?" I was very surprised by the waiter's understanding. I pointed at the menu and told him I ordered this before - it's a small dish and cooked. Fortunately, the manager was not so dumb and got what I meant. Over 35 minutes after I ordered, the manager finally brought me taco. The issue is expectation. If I order a specialty dish at a high-end restaurant when the waiter tell me it takes 40 minutes to make, I can wait, and will just start with appetizers. But taco is definitely one of the highest volume category at a Mexican restaurant, so I assume all contents are prepared or cooked, and just assemble to order, which should not take more than 10-15 minutes. I wanted to pay my check with the tablet asap, but the button was not activated, so I asked the manager when he brought the side (finally, the right one). It turned out they put the tablet for this table on the next table. Good, another mistake! The manager's attitude was good though. He apologized etc. What made it more interesting was that I got chicken taco instead of fish. I wanted to know whether it' she waiter's error in taking order, or whether it's kitchen's error in preparing the order. The manager was certainly not around. The waiter was just a step away from me. I tried to get his notice, and wave at him several times. I was pretty sure he intentionally ignored me. Finally, I decided to walk to him and ask him. He said he got chicken, shrimp and something, and said he had something else to do. Good job, another mistake! I just ordered two items, and neither was got right. If you just expect waiters to do one right, that'd be taking the right order. I told him I ordered fish instead of chicken. He said if I just want another taco, he can give me an extra one, which sounds like I intentionally pick on him in order to get another taco for free. Btw, thanks to the travel budget I still tipped enough! After waiting for 35 minutes for taco, I won't wait any longer, and I said that's fine no worries etc. Everyone makes errors, but normally if waiters have a good attitude and try to fix the issue, customers are ok. What made me unhappy was that he does not acknowledge his errors and makes me look like an asshole. I'm pretty sure he's complaining with other waiters about me. Regarding the food, pork taco is great. Shrimp and chicken are average. Certainly better than its neighbor (Tacobell), but considering 6 mistakes he makes, I'm not sure I'll go back very often. The first time for me to give two stars and write such a long review. I hope the store can train its staff better. It seems that I'm not the only person thinking the service is bad.
