Excellent pizza each and every time. Highly recommend the deluxe. Family members introduced us to Giovanni's in Paris and the Nicholasville location has the same great pizzas. Quick service and friendly staff working the drive thru pickup window. We have never dined in.

I would have to say that my experience was not a positive one. The food was okay and the variety of pizza choices was great. The service on the other had was terrible. The young lady that was working at the counter did nothing but complain how under staffed they were and needed more people. The restaurant was a mess when we walked in there was plates on several tables and the others had not been cleaned. They had styrofoam plates to use because there were no clean plates. I have eaten at several of these restaurants and never have a real high standard but this one fell really short. Hopefully it was just a bad day for them.

It got one star because I had to. It deserve no stars. Order food for delivery and it was delivered pretty quick. The sandwich was okay, onion rings were soggy, pizza I could have did a better job with Pillsbury and cheese. So I called. I never complain. The guy said he would credit my account. Didn't expect that so I said cool. No credit showed up. Called back the owner and manager accused me of lying and said because of me he will be fired. OMG! Who does that? Bad owners. Bad management. Bad food

I do not recommended eating here. I watched the guy at the register handle money go to buffet touch utensils then walk to pizza making area put his unwashed ungloved hands into pepperoni make a pizza then put clean plates on buffet. Never once used gloves or washed hands!

I agree with the previous reviewer -- food is much better quality and lots more variety than the other pizza buffet options. Definitely give it a try!

Better than average pizza buffet and a very friendly staff. Better than Cici's or a Pizza Hut buffet for sure. Definitely recommend.

Giovanni's is great pizza at a low price for the quality. Buffet is good with plenty of good hot pizza, salad bar and dessert. Sometimes they even have brownies. Kids eat free (I think it's 5 and under, but check to be sure), so the family can get in and out for little $$ and is much better quality than other low cost pizza joints.
