I love Jets delivery, the deep dish, 4 or 8 corners crust is so good and crunchy and soft and yummm. Unlike the other chain deliveries, you always get what you expect.

I once told EVERYONE I met how awesome Jet's Pizza was. Unfortunately, those wonderful pizza pies stopped shooting up at my house about six months ago. New management maybe? I've been so disappointed that I've started ordering from Domino's and have enjoyed their pizza more. Every now and then I decide to try Jet's again and tonight was one of those nights. Extremely disappointed again.

This is an poorly ran location. Horrible customer service and forget about delivery. NEVER order online, you will pay and never ever receive your order or a refund.

Cashier that rang out my order couldn't figure out how to use my coupon...which by the way Jets has great coupons on the back of your kroger receipt! :) The coupon was for $4 off my order, and the cashier couldn't figure out how to use the coupon so he said sorry, I couldn't use it. No one was there to help him. Other than that annoyance, this place has great pizza and JETS BREAD! A little pricey for pizza but good!

It is really good pizza. The service is pretty fast and they deliver to downtown Cincinnati. The only warning I need to give you is, read the menu thoroughly. I found out the hard way that their BBQ Chicken pizza has bacon on it. (One of the co workers doesn't eat pork, I still get crap for it). Other than that, I recommend them totally. And they do deliver and also can cater!

Delicious pizza! Was a loyal LaRosas fan, but decided to try something new. Big surprise! The 8 corner is by far the best. You can choose from 8 different styles, but you HAVE to get turbo crust! (Garlic, butter, & Romano). And you get a great pizza for a great deal. You also can buy by the slice if needed. Only drawback is carry out only. May be a problem for some but I would rather eat at home anyway. The jets bread is great too. Salads are so so. I haven't had them, but my friend says the boneless wings are good too.

I have eaten Jets before, and I loved it! Yesterday I ordered Jets (delivery), and it was not a good experience. The pizza was cold (still good once heated up), and it was a little over 2 hours before the pizza came (one of their delivery drivers called off). Luckily the manager was kind enough to comp our order since our wait was so long. I will definitely order again, but I'm hoping that next time the wait isn't so bad!

Amazing pizza, i have had large number of different kinds of pizzas in this general area, and for me, this on just proved itself worthy. It taste so great, its addicting too. They put pure work into their food. I strongly recommend the 8-corner pizza and the jet's turbo sticks

We went there today for pizza and wings for a bengals party. I ordered an extra large pizza and 16 wings. 1/2 mild and 1/2 plain in separate boxes. When I arrived they were in one box and I asked that we get separate boxes because they were for two different people. The girl remembered that I asked and ran the box to the back. Mind you, she's the cashier who deals with money. She proceeds to touch every wing and separate into different boxes without washing her hands. Thank goodness they have a window looking into the kitchen. I was late to the party or I would've complained. All I know was, GROSS!
