This was our first visit after a recommendation from my boyfriend's coworker. We stopped in for lunch on Sunday July 19. We were quickly seated and away we went to explore the options. Here's a rundown of some of the choices- peel and eat shrimp, salad bar, Mongolian station, sushi, crab rangoons, seafood combo, blk pepper chicken, chicken and blk bean, General tao chicken, cashew chicken, dragonfire chicken, rolls, August moon chicken, egg roll (not good), an assortment of ice creams, soft serve ice cream or froyo, and baked goodies- the peanut butter pie was pretty tasty as was the blk berry cobbler- according to my boyfriend. Overall, we were satisfied with the freshness of the food and the speed to which the employees worked to refill the buffet. The server was a friendly gal who was quick w/ refills and checked in often to make sure we weren't in need of anything. The napkins are rather weak so we asked for more as they would fall apart. The prices were awesome for a Sunday lunch buffet $8.49 and iced tea is $1.79 and pop is $1.89. The woman's restroom was gross b/c some women are vile esp. after they have gorged themselves at a buffet...

This is a pretty good restraunt. Of course, most things in the buffet seem to just have the same (very good) taste to them but there's still some variety with things like shrimp, sushi and the desserts. Of course there are the inherent grossnesses of buffets such as people likely licking their fingers before touching the things you get your food with, sneezing and coughing on the food and who knows what else, but that will be the case with any buffet so that's nothing against this one. Overall I'd recommend it as there is some really good things to eat here.

This is probably the best Chinese buffet I've been to. Super clean and relaxing. Modern Chinese atmosphere. Food is kept very fresh. The bill for one buffet plus a soda was just under $12.00. Next time I'm in town, I'll be back.

Best Asian buffet in Murray hands down! You will not be disappointed! Every buffet item is fresh and tastes just like the "big city" Asian restaurants. This place has it all- the aesthetics, the cleanliness, and of course the taste!! They do not just roll out half cooked Buffett items in a hurry to keep it stocked nor do they have too many items to choose from which is usually an indicator that good authentic flavor will be absent. A good variety but not overwhelming. It's the only Asian food I can consistently recommend in Murray.

I usually don't visit a buffet on a Monday. It tends to be Sunday leftovers...I forgot it was Monday until I was already eating...lol! I was very impressed with the atmosphere...authentic music...the cleanliness and the layout...the etched glass with back lighting of Jade green. The buffet had some impressive and "fresh" dishes not normally seen on the average buffet...I loved the Mu Goo Gai Pan...the Mongolian Beef was great...The hot and sour soup could have been better but the garnishes to add... made up for it.. The dessert bar had some "American" desserts to enhance the usually tasteless Chinese fare and I had to try the sugar free frozen yogurt...although there was plenty of flavorful "hard" ice cream Waitresses dressed in authentic costumes...thought the price was gonna be higher than most... 7.99...so clean I thought it was new...cashier said ...about 8 years...I'm going back

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
