I am new to Yelp and am trying to get a little used to how this thing works so I did a review of a place I really liked and a place I disliked. The dislike place was really easy. I was very excited to hear about Zaxby's coming to Dixie. I had never had them before but the friends I had really spoke highly of it. I was usually in charge of coordinating lunch for my work on Saturdays so we decided to give them a try. It was horrible, the chicken was overcooked the fries were cold and the flavor was average at best. I would say of the 15 lunches we ordered nearly half were left unfinished. I thought to myself that this could have been due to the fact they were a newly opened restaurant or they were not used to handling large orders so I decided to give them another shot. I have been back twice and have really never been happy with the food. I tried a few different options and the place isn't cheap. Not exceptionally expensive but not cheap. I can get wings at Hooters or BW3 for the same ballpark and the chicken tenders have let me down twice. I haven't been back in at least 5 months and have no intention to return. I am a little surprised there were no positive reviews on this place here.

Zaxby's is a pretty polarizing place. I'm not sure why. * It's clean. * The people are nice enough. * The food is better than standard fast food. I don't know what else you could want. The thing they have going for them is that they sell wings. That's a neat feature in a fast food place. And it's my go to. My wife, on the other hand, loves the salads and the chicken sandwich. Honestly, it's fast food. So it's only going to be so good. But it's better than any other fast food place out there, for the most part. Enjoy.

This location is just terrible. I've received a couple soggy sandwiches from them and then the salad today had barely any lettuce in it with the toppings. I've given them multiple chances and today is the last straw. Get it together Zaxby's and have better quality food at ALL of your locations.

Very disappointed. The fried pickles were a joke and I didn't like the wings at all. My husband tried the strips and they were worse than any other strips he had tried. We will not be going back.
Had the Chicken wings, very over cooked , the fried spicy mushrooms were a joke. So 5 wings 1 side and a small drink cost $10.00 and change. Needless to say I will never return

I ate at Zaxby's yesterday. The Buffalo chicken tenders, fries, and Texas Toast were hot and tasted very good. I also loved the nuclear dipping sauce. My fiancé had the Cobb Zalad. She said it was very good too. The staff seemed very friendly and courteous. An associate also brought our order to our table when we missed hearing our number called. All in all, a good value and good dining experience. We will be back.
