I was going to give this place 4 stars. First off, my only knock. They did away with the BBQ baked beans. This was my favorite side by far. Food was great. Super busy but excellent customer service. Why I gave it 5 stars? My friend left his car lights on... (He was my ride). An employee from Texas Roadhouse jumped his car. You talk about great people. You can't beat good people.

We eat here pretty regularly, due to it's convenient location, and quick and friendly service. I especially love how the noise of this establishment consistently drowns out the obnoxious whining of my older offspring, allowing me to eat in peace. We're generally not the type to send food back, especially not at a chain restaurant like this, but come on!!?!!?! How hard it is to grill a medium-rare filet? Well for this establishment, it's VERY challenging. We're here about once a week (don't judge me), and this is like the 5th time he's had to send it back. Kind of annoying, but whatever. However, today, not only was his steak cooked wrong again, when they brought back from the grill, the steak tasted positively rotten. Food-borne illness anyone? Barely an apology from the server, and the manager didn't stop by or anything. Never again, folks.

I gave them five stars because they are consistent. They have tons of employees. Service is always very professional and quick. Out of the 20 or 30 times of been, I have only sent a steak back once. I always get the small 6 ounce sirloin, but it is always a good cut of meat. Not as flavorful as places, but consistently very good. Their Caesar salad dressing is delicious. I love the cinnamon butter for the rolls. Yesterday was my birthday, and I climbed on the saddle they brought while they wished me a happy birthday. Great service!

Always enjoy their food. Celebrating Mothers Day because my mom is all that. Always a great place to get a good steak.

We stopped by here before and for some reason, this place is always packed. Not just busy, but packed. Like we missed the free food announcement or something. It is a chain and somewhat unoriginal menu offering, but the food is still well prepared and overall worth eating. I have not had a bad meal here. Regardless of how busy the place was, we still got great service. That surprised me the most. I think there were around 9854234 people there when we went and the waitress was not stressed, rushed, or late with anything. For the food, the pricing isn't bad. Plenty of parking. All that jazz.

If you have the pleasure of having Nate as your waiter, be prepared to be entertained. I haven't enjoyed a waiter this much in a long time. Food was great, even if there was a long wait. Can't wait to come back and hopefully have the same waiter.

Tried to have dinner here last night. This is one of my favorite places to eat.But last nights experience was so bad I will NEVER GO to this location again...I always order skins and a blossom...Blossom was burnt and had to send back...That was ok...It happens right??? But after ordering our entrees my girlfriend and son get the chicken critters and I get my normal of steak ribs....Our meals arrive ready to dig in.....Critters burnt.....Fries burnt..My steak in which ordered medium well came to me bleeding....Ridiculous...I did then ask for Mgr...His excuse.....All items like this are on set timing....next time I should ask them to be undercooked.....WHAT ABOUT THE STEAK???....Returned all food and left..Worst experience ever...only one star cause the server was nice.......

Although it's a generic, chain steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse is consistently good. I've never had anything bad here, though I usually get steak. It's certainly not comparable to any of the nice steak places in town, but it's definitely the best of it's competitors (Outback, Longhorn, Logan's, etc). With lower prices and tastier steaks, it's the best value of these chains. There always seems to be a wait here, but my family utilizes their "call ahead seating," which cuts the wait time significantly.

Texas Roadhouse is consistently a good place to eat. Everything I have had is delicious...by the way, get the green beans. You can thank me later. I am cutting off one star because a few things. *The staff should be more careful about what they are saying within close earshot of the customers. *Attention to detail is not perfect. For instance, I only got lemon in my first glass of tea.

Texas Roadhouse is America at it's very best. I know a lot of steak snobs used to spending $200+ for two at highly ranked places. I tell them all to check out TR. They smirk/mock the recommendation, but I push hard and most eventually try one out. Every single time "wow, what the hell?" Granted, it's not the experience you're looking for if you want fancy steakhouse, but if you're just focusing on the steak they really do a great job and it is a franchise that has great pride in quality. The hand cut steaks at TR routinely compare more than favorably to steakhouses I go to all over the country. Really, when you compare a lot of steakhouses to the consistent experience you get at a TR, the steakhouses should be ashamed they can't do better. Would love to see a blind taste test between TR and your typical sit down steakhouse in most cities in USA. I feel sure that TR would win over 50% of the time. And if you're ever up for a casual, early dinner and don't want to do anything fancy... is there a better deal in USA for happy hour than the "Early Dine"? For $9 you get a 6 oz steak that is excellent (or you can get pretty much anything else on their menu) and two sides (recommend Chili, Sweat Potato ($.99 more to load)). There is no way they make money on this, is there?

I had lunch here with my grandmother. I Had the Pork Chop Wasn't Bad For A chain. Other than all the salt the food was decent.

I'm almost always disappointed no matter where in the country we go into these at. Like McDonalds they are consistently ordinary. I find the food just ok, the steaks okay and the sides over cooked and mushy. I know they try for a road side bar vibe or a Coyote Ugly but it always fall short, too tame, too predictable and too uninspired. But like the road side bars it wants to be like Texas Roadhouse is always too loud, seating slightly uncomfortable, too dark, crowded and often staffed with disinterested staff trying to be cool but dreading the next time they have to dance again which they do with no energy or passion. Yeah we will eat here a few times a year but it's never my first or second choice for a good steak dinner.

The best rolls anywhere. I have ordered rolls only for pickup before. This used to be my favorite steakhouse, but after several really really badly cooked and fatty cuts, I never know what is coming to the table. Surprisingly the food quality is better when they are busy as opposed to when they first open for business.

I lived in Louisville for a couple of years and used to come here for a steak at a decent price a couple times a month.. The staff was always very friendly and well trained. The cuts of meat are good and never incorrectly cooked. Its been a few years since I've been back to Louisville, but a couple of days ago I was coming through with 5 friends after a Tennessee golf trip and they wanted a steak, so I took them here. Nothing has changed. Steaks were all good as was the service. This is not the place for a $60.00 steak and a $10.00 potato, but if that's what you want, Ruths Chris is just across the street. Hats off to the wait staff, chefs, and management at this restaurant. I will be back.

Went in last night with my parents, waited longer than told. This is not normally bad, but when they call you to hostess stand and you wait another 5 minutes, then when they take you to your table and someone is still cleaning it there are issues. My parents go there every weekend and don't want to go back. Manager came over to explain they were changing how they seat people but did a horrible job. Server was great, food was Ok as always, they really need to learn what salt and pepper are. For once though I actually got a medium rare steak like I ordered. May go back because of parents not the food

Texas Roadhouse is another chain I am not ashamed to say I like. Their food and good and consistent; their prices are great; their service is quick and attentive. What else can we ask for? Atmosphere? The buckets of peanuts and shells tossed on the floor is quite endearing. And those rolls! They are worth every tasty, sweet carb! I almost always get their ribeye. They always get the medium rare just right! That is pretty amazing. The hubby and I also like their Chicken Critters. It is the best version of chicken fingers I have ever met. Dessert? nah, we never have any room left for dessert. They just look too big, too sweet and too ordinary.

Service is just like any other chains. The ribs are over rated and sadly I didn't think it was good at all. It does fall of the bone. But tastes pretty bad. I can make better ribs from my back yard in my bbq grill. The steaks are better. One thing I am happy with its the price. So I really can't complain.

My first Texas Roadhouse meal. Now I know why my off roading friends salivate over it. Great food. Excellent service. Put Cheddars and some of the other local competition way down the scale. I'll be back.

Holy food poisoning , this place blows. Service is non existent!! Van provided salad before the appetizers ...then when asked to not bring out the main course till after we ate our app , he stated that's fine , we got it under the heat lamp .... ugh

Best food in town for the price, hands down. Not 5 stars for best quality, but overall dining experience. Yes there are nicer places to eat, but none give you good and consistent quality of food for a great price. Oh and did I mention the rolls and cinnamon butter, if they aren't hot ask for some fresh ones it make a difference. Salads are always good here with I think house made dressings and croutons. You can get good ribs and a steak for a reasonable price and you won't leave hungry. Desserts.........hmmm never had room for dessert here but I guess they can fix you something up if you saved room. Good country cooking for a good price and kids love it. If you are really watching money they have early bird specials for dinner.

You gotta love Texas Roadhouse. It's a laid back, fun atmosphere that's great for groups and the food is yummy and cheap.

This is family favorite. Love the peanuts, jute box,and food is always great. I suggest using the call ahead seating for the busier Friday and Saturday dinners.

It's a chain, what can I say... Decent mid-sized ribeye, although a little thin. That said, it tasted pretty good. The sides were OK, as was the salad. For a 'travel' restaurant, where someone from out of town wants a known-commodity meal, this place fits the bill. One cool note - they have a 'pay at the table' card reader - once your food arrives, the bill is loaded into the system, and you can pay with a card (and get a receipt) at your leisure.

Gave Mister his choice of places to go tonight that were kids eat free or reduced. He chose Texas Roadhouse for their baby bloomer onions. They claimit is enough for two but three to four people would find it a nice starter. We were seated promptly and a basket of rolls was placed immediately on our table. He loved the sweet dinner rolls with cinnamon butter-almost too much.I had to stop him after is second roll.He also enjoyed some peanuts from the bucket that was on our table. The baby bloomers were okay. The onions weren't as sweet as most.Mister liked his mini-cheese burgers, also served on the sweet rolls. But he didnt care for the fresh vegies.Too many herbs and spices and overcooked for him.My smothered chicken was okay as well but the green beans were too salty, even for a guy who likes his country green beans salty. The steak fries were good. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our server filled our beverages consistently and stopped by another couple of times to check on us. Even the restaurant mascot,Andy the armadillo stopped by ,aswell as the manager. Doubt we'll make a special trip to the restaurant but maybe in a pinch.
