Though I occasionally go inside, the main reason I go to this Starbucks is because is has Drive-Thru. I mean, part of the reason I'm going here is because I'm in desperate need of a caffeine fix so having to get enough motivation to park, walk to the store etc isn't really an option. I want to continue listening to my "WAKE UP" Music and just wait my turn in the drive thru. The only negative about this Starbucks is that the lot is pretty small and so early mornings can be a bit crazy. When I'm not dealing with that though, the people here are amazing and just seem much more professional than another Starbucks close to my home. 3401 Bardstown Road Starbucks team- keep up the awesome work! :)

Who goes to Starbucks when there is a Heine Brothers? I did. :) My brother said the local Heine is inconsistent and takes too long to make a drink so the drive through is what we experienced at Starbucks. They are consistent and fast. It's true. I had the Iced Peach Lemon Green Tea....YUMMMMM!!! It's a thirst quenching caffeine machine. It was really good and got me what I needed. It's great when you're tired of sucking down coffee but want a pick-me-up and need something cooling.

Pretty good Starbucks. Service was fast. The drinks were made correctly. The young lady at the counter was very friendly. If you are in the area or passing by, I would recommend this location for you Starbucks fix. Try some of the new drinks. The cotton candy is pretty awesome.

Usually a big Starbucks fan (relax haters lol) but this Starbucks had a very stained barista vibe...glad it was just a vacation stop and not my "home" Starbucks!

One of the better Starbucks in the area. Usually pretty clean and the service here is just as good, if not better, than many others I've been to in town. We come here regularly. Keep up the good work!

Was pretty unimpressed with the lack of friendliness here. It's not that I necessarily expect a super huge smile or anything, but acknowledging my presence at the register - without making me feel like I'm interrupting your co-workers story - might be nice. Maybe? On the up side - drink came out fast and tasted great.

I and my friends were in Louisville on last Saturday (4/27). I ordered regular coffee and the service was too quick, I got my coffee in less than 30 seconds. Friendly staff!!!!
