When you are in a hurry AND you are looking for a great cup of coffee at an over inflated price, THEN Starbucks is the place to go! BUT, you had better not doddle because these EAST ENDERS always seem to be in a hurry and they won't mind running into you, over you or through you to get where they are going! Of course the coffee is good and the bakery goods are fresh! They had better be, since you'll pay more for a cup of coffee and a muffin than you would and entire meal at your favorite local breakfast joint! WARNING: this particular Starbucks' location is complicated and extremely dangerous to maneuver due to the arrogant, rude and inconsiderate drivers that occupy the area! Make sure your car and life insurance is up to date before your visit! Okay enough about the rude inconsiderate east end drivers! This is suppose to be about Starbucks! CONCLUSION: Yes,they make good coffee Yes, they serve excellent bake goods Yes I can make it as good or better at home for a fraction of the price! and would before I deal with the local traffic hazards that lurk there! I give 4 out of 5 star! Starbucks is not to blame for the traffic! Only for their prices! Which in my opinion are way to high for a cup of JO! I don't care how much whip cream you add!

This location is very hard to get into. Weird location but hey, it's still good. I always get the iced chai tea latte. Guilty pleasure. The first time I went was yesterday and the time was about 4:50 PM. By the time I got my latte. It was 10 after 5:00 PM. I was aggravated but they were nice so it was no big deal. I stopped by again this morning and it only took about 7 minutes with 5 cars in front of me at 7:45 AM. Overall, not terrible experiences but they could be a little faster with the evening shift when there is less traffic going through the drive thru. I get to work WAY to early so I will be stopping at this Starbucks more often. They will have to do a lot more piss me off enough to not go.

This Starbucks somehow manages to weaken already not good roasted coffee. I go to multiple Starbucks, and this one definitely is not like the others. Yuck.

I have been here on multiple occasions. The service has always been very nice and efficient. The drinks are always made to my taste. I recently ordered the new Ham and Cheese on a Ciabotta rolll and heated according to the standards of LA Boulange bakery . The baked goods that are brought in daily are a huge step up from what they used to be and not to mention the selection. In my opinion the acquisition of the LA Boulange bakery is becoming a plus for Starbucks. You should give the new items a try if you haven't done so .

Our other favorite Starbucks! This location is large with a lot of tables and comfortable chairs. The coffee is consistently good. It is a great place to relax, do some work, listen to music, or watch people. Another plus is that it stays open later than other locations.

They also have a very nice meeting space for work meetings. One of the larger spaces I've seen in one.

I agree that the parking lot and traffic pattern is a nightmare and since Starbucks had some say in placing this shop here, I think they could have considered a better situation. However, I love the interior of this place. Being a corner store, it has interesting angles that allow for more seclusive conversation away from the buzzing counter. They also have a meeting room for a small group, conference style. I ordered my usual Americano in a mug. It was just fine though I prefer local and independent businesses. As you probably have heard, Starbucks over-roasts their beans. I knew that going into the store but it was convenient place to meet a friend. Sadly, my friend discovered that drive-thru orders get filled first. Though she was the only one at the counter, six drive-thru orders where filled before hers. Maybe this is due to the limited and difficult traffic flow but it is not right. The store was fairly clean but not what I expect from Starbucks, as another reviewer noted, there were crumbs, napkins, and pastry bags left out on the tables/chairs even though they seemed well-staffed and it was a quiet time of the day for a coffee shop.

This is a perfectly fine Starbucks. But it is like an optical illusion sitting there at the corner of Hurstbourne and Shelbyville. Oh, I'll just pop in for a latte on the way to work. Oh, no. There's no popping. Lord help you if you try to make a left turn into the parking lot during rush hour. Even if you are turning right, you need to turn in way back by the carpet store or else you have missed it. If you work in the vicinity, you might think you could walk, but you would be mistaken. Hurstbourne and Shelbyville is the land where the sidewalks end and there is always a car in the cross walk. It looks so bloody convenient, but it's just not. In their defense. If you make it to the counter or the drive thru, the staff is quick and efficient and will have you caffeinated and on your way in no time. But only as far as their parking lot. Good luck getting back on the road.

I'm always a fan of Starbucks, but this has turned out to be one of my favorites. Not only did they turn me on to the spinach & feta wrap, which is my new favorite breakffast, but they've always served my refreshments in a timely fashion. The employees seem a little happier than most Starbucks employees as well.

How disappointing. Not clean. Took 30 seconds to be greeted and I was the only one at the counter. That's an eternity in Starbucks time. They took my order quickly. Never heard a thank you. She was too worried about getting back to her conversation with her coworker. Had to wipe crumbs off a table and a seat. Didn't have a wet rag to wipe the old spilled coffee rings off the table. NOT Starbucks quality by any stretch. Sorry I didn't go to Panera down the street.

In this strip of everything under the sun - this was the only coffee (besides McDonald's). So in a word: lifesaver. Watch out for the parents ordering their 5 year olds frappacinos at 8am though!

This location is large. The largest Starbucks I've patronized. They have several comfortable areas with nice chairs. Many large tables for working and meeting with friends or work colleges. Outdoor seating is available and adequate parking. This location is open until 11pm on Friday, and 10:30 this rest of the week.
