WOW. They are SO off their game. I have been to this restaurant many moons ago and it wasn't all that bad. This go-round I was "Terrified... mortified... petrified... stupefied...by them!" :p lol. Their salad bar scared me...all I could think of was e.coli, salmonella, and well...yea the horrible stomach viruses that would ensue as I made my plate. It was filthy. The manager said she had had complaints on it all day, and had to stay on the guy's case all night. He eventually came out and 'freshened things up" by dumping new stuff on top of the old stuff - which the manager never corrected, but readily admitted was against health code regulations?? :-o I was mortified when I went through 5 plates before I hit a clean one. I was petrified to take a bite of my food, wondering what the kitchen looked like if the dining area looked like that. But my food was good, and I did not find myself doubled over, unable to go far from a bathroom, unlike my daughter and my friend, who both ate from the bar against my better advice. :-/ I was stupefied by the bill. Especially when the manager said she had experience with fine dining and restaurants comparable to Ruth Chris's or better. I felt really bad for her, however when she explained that she was doing the cooking, she was simultaneously trying to train a salad bar guy, serving and bar tending! :-O I was trying to wrap my mind why they were even open? I would have given them an A+ on their seafood, because coming from areas of the country that specialize in seafood, it was off the chain, but when the manager readily admitted that my 18.99 seafood platter normally came with jumbo shrimp on the skewer and I was getting these tiny little bite-sized cocktail shrimp for the same price - ethics flew out the window. Her exact words were, "well at least how are your entrees so far? ...and personally I was diggin the crab cakes and I took a bite of the grilled shrimp skewers and was like, "WOW. Amazing!" Right? Then, she was like, "yea I know the cook that's on the grill now, just told me we were outta the jumbo shrimp, and he had to use what was in the freezer and I wasn't sure if it was gonna taste right, but I sampled them and I was like yea this is great! I mean you just gotta do what ya gotta do!" :-D I just smiled and prayed I would not end up with some kind of intestine eating bacteria that would just consume me for the next two weeks! ,:-O So, as we paid our inflated bill, and left with our nausea from both the prices and my friend and daughter that braved the salad bar already with horrible stomach aches, we decided as a group - this would never be a place we would come back to. I was very disappointed, and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Sorry Ruby Tuesdays...like click your heals three times and wish really hard for someone to come in and clean house...literally! :-(

Yummy, yummy treat!!! Ruby Tuesday is always advertised on TV back in SD and it was such a pleasure to try it on a business trip. I had the Boston Blue Burger: special Boston BBQ sauce, blue cheese, and the traditional burger fixins made for a delicious dish! It was the perfect size, nice and hot, and the beef was never frozen. One of my mates had the petite sirloin and lobster and petite was an understatement. I think a rep from the Fishing, Wildlife, and Game Dept. would have fined them big time had he seen the crayfish-sized "lobster" he had, but he said it was tasty. Our advice? Stick to the burgers, sandwiches, and ribs.

If you have been in a Ruby Tuesday's you have been in them all. Salad bar of questionable hygiene, bored staff just hanging around., They have a small targeted beer selection. A few craft beers, a couple IPAs and draft domestics. I had a happy hour app for $5.00. A southwest chicken quesadilla with a lime flavored mayo. They call it chili lime aioli. It wasn't bad. There didn't seem to be an abundance of eat at the bar establishments in the area. This worked out in a pinch.

I wish I could write a review on the food, but after waiting over 10 minutes for a server we decided to take this as an indication that the other reviews were correct. I just don't understand why restaurants are run so horribly. Isn't there a manager/owner that cares? Obviously not. When we left, there were 5 other tables waiting for a server as well.

The service this visit was good, but my hamburger was a bomb! I should have sent it back but was in a hurry. I ordered it medium well, which should have been a little pink, but it was dripping blood, and water I think. I believe it must have been frozen, so it did not cook inside. I are around the edges what I could, asked for a box and took it home. The waiter had to see it on my plate all taken apart and not eaten but made no comment. My husband had the Tilipia which was great. My error not sending it back, but the waiter should have noticed.

Had a horrible dinner, my burger had a sour smell. And a bad taste. Will not be back. Had a C rating on the heath card.

Clearly the owner is not in the area. By far one of the worst places we have been to in a long time! Salad bar was empty (at least it was a nearly $3 up-charge.) The sewage smell from the bathrooms added to the ambiance. Waited ten minutes to order with 15 people in the restaurant. Finally at 45 min mark asked for our food to go to get back to work. Buffalo chicken sandwich was a sloppy salty mess, burned beyond recognition and went into the trash. Typical crappy chain relying on hotel guests to survive. Surely no repeat business, certainly not from us. Good luck....

It seems the other reviews are correct. I came in to get my sonora chicken pasta, and of course the waiter didnt know what it was. Howere instantly saying "we dont have that" is not the best way to go. I told him to go tell the cook, that he would k ow what it was and how to make it. The server came back and said they didnt have the black bean salsa. Again yes i know this ill take it without it. When he came back the third time saying we just dont have the stuff to make it the "we cant do that" attitude mentioned above became blatantly obvious. The hostess projected more of the same aura as well as the bartender with whom i had no interaction. Everyone else was standing around bsing. All that being said, the server was prompt and friendly. The sald bar seemed clean and was good as always. As was the broccoli pasta. The whole reason i came was for the sonora so i wont be back. I mean, its 3pm and the cook is to lazy to make one different kind of pasta?

The food was great but the servers were kind of weird. It took the 10 minutes to come over and take our drinks orders. Then another 10 minutes to order our food. This was my first time coming here and I couldn't believe how we were treated. They probably had less than 15 people in the resturant. I give then 2 stars just because the food was good.

I was disappointed here today. I've been to other RT before and they were much better than here. I ordered a smokehouse burger(bbq sauce, cheese and bacon), with the salad bar. The salad was ho hum. The selections were slim. There was real bacon and the croutons were good, however. As for the burger, the amount of sauce made such a mess of the bun I couldn't eat it with my hands. Had to resort to using a knife and fork which, in my opinion, ruins the fun of eating a burger. My "well done" burger was pink and very dry. The bacon was overcooked and the cheese, unmelted and tasteless. Our service was minimal. We had to wait a long time for the food to come and when it did come out it was peace meal. I won't be back here. There are too many other good choices around.

My boyfriend and I went to this location yesterday and after reading the reviews, we were skeptical. We walked in and weren't immediately seated. From what I could tell there were only 3 servers, and one of them was the bartender. After waiting about 5-7 minutes we were finally seared by a woman who wasn't exactly thrilled to be working. We sat down, and noticed we were seated in the only booth with no lighting, which wasn't bothersome at first, because the sun was out. But it soon got dark, and that made it harder to read the menu. We waited for about 4 minutes to place our drink orders with the bartender/waiter. I understood that they were low staffed, so it didn't really bother me about the wait. Plus, j had the company of my awesome boyfriend. We finally placed our order and got two of the bacon pretzel burgers, fries, and the garden salad bar. The salad bar was amazing! Completely stocked and very clean. Everything looked fresh, which was really surprising. After we finished our salads, our food came and it was also fresh and so delicious!! I'm rating it 4 stars on account of the awesome food, and despite the bartender being so busy with drinks at the bar, he still made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely go back. I just hope that they get more servers/hostesses.. The wait time could have been better. :)

Reviews kinda nailed it love RT but frequent my local restaurant. Cooks not so great had to send back 3 prime burger aka hockey puck. Needs attention.

I could not have been more pleasantly surprised here. Let me start by saying it had been a long time since I had been to a Ruby Tuesdays and I've always found them to be hit and miss, this one was definitely a hit. I even broke my own cardinal rule here, when I want a steak, I rarely go to a chain restaurant like this because I feel that 90% of the time (if not more) they overcook your steak. They know how to do well done, and accidently medium-well...not here. I ordered a steak medium-rare, almost immediately regretted it, but this steak came out exactly as I had ordered it and it was EXCELLENT. The sides were delicious, the shrimp was excellent (another thing I was skeptical of early on), not a bad thing to say about any of the food. The service was solid, maybe not spectacular (drinks took a little while) but NOTHING BAD and server was pretty busy with a large party seated nearby. The prices have gone up since the last time I was here, that is probably my only complaint. And its not really a complaint because I felt the quality of everything justified the price...so If you're looking for a casual dinner and are pinching pennies, maybe skip Ruby Tuesday. If you're willing to spend a few extra bucks and want a step up from your friendly neighborhood grill, this is worth a visit!

In my search for restaurants that have a great salad bar at lunch I have a NEW favorite. RUBY TUESDAY is fantastic, clean, lots of choices and convenient on my way to Sam's Club. I had the hamburger with blue cheese to accompany my salad bar. In the future I would pay the full price for the salad bar and skip an entree. Not because the burger wasn't good, but because I had to bring it home in a take out container because I was so full. I'll be back!!!

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.(I just can't think of a better way to start this review). I have been to this RT several times in the last couple of years. Each time it's sort of a grab bag of how the evening will go. Sometimes it's OK but most of the time it's not that great. This was one of those not so great times. My friend ordered the fettucini with chicken and had a baked potato for the side. The main course was pretty good but he said the baked potato was sort of room temperature. It had probably been sitting around for awhile. The outside was pretty tough too. He asked if any rolls or bread came with our meal. The waitress said she would see if they had any rolls in the kitchen. Wouldn't you think she should have brought them without us having to ask??? By the hardest she brought 3 very small biscuits slightly bigger than a silver dollar. I got the salad bar for my meal which I wouldn't have done had I gone up to look at it first. I'm not too sure what the mystery meat was in one of the bowls. It looked sort of like ham cubes or something similar. Several of the selections were down to rock bottom or completely empty. By the time I got to the end of the bar & realized the pasta salad had about 4 pieces of pasta in the dish, I asked the waiter if they were going to refill anything. He went to the back and came out with a few refill containers. When the waitress asked how things were, I mentioned that the salad bar looked pretty sad and I had a hard time finding much to make a meal with on it. She responded by saying that she would just make my salad bar an add on to my friends meal and it would only be $2.99 instead of the regulat price. What a way to compensate for poor quality! Needless to say after this visit I have scratched Ruby Tuesday off my list of restaurants to frequent.

Out of town and this was by our hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to be honest. The place is actually a little dated on the inside. Our server was Andrew D. He actually made it a very nice visit. He was very knowledgeable on the drinks and the food menu. He knew their best selling drink and food entree and was on the spot with drinks and the garlic biscuits they have. The salad bar looked fresh. I noticed the floor had some trash on it when we came in but it was cleaned up before we left. May have just happened. The food was hot and cooked to order. I would say it was above average and got to us quick. Andrew suggested the salted caramel apple martini and it was very good. Overall the best experience we have had in a while at a restaurant.

Vegetarian De-lite! As a note I should say that I do eat meat, but for Lent I took on Meatless Mondays. Thanks to Ruby Tuesday it was an easy 6 weeks. Everyone goes to Ruby Tuesday for the amazing salad bar, but they now have zucchini minis. These veggie patty sandwiches have become an addiction of mine now. The bite-size sandwich includes a roasted red pepper and sheddred zucchini patty dressed with Roma tomatoes, garlic mayo, and lettuce on a potato bread roll. In addition to my Meatless Mondays I would visit frequently for the selection of seafood dishes. My favorite dish is the New Orleans with blackened Tilapia, sauteed shrimp, and Alfredo sauce...yum. Honestly, I love Ruby Tuesday's so much that use to work here so I could get the employee discount on food. This is by far one of my favorite restaurants to dine at. You should not go through life without knowing the joy of Ruby Tuesday's loaded white cheddar mash potatoes.

Goodness! The other reviews published here around February 20-25 are speaking volumes of our horrible experience at this RT. This restaurant chain has certainly had its ups and over the years and I guess this particular location is on the down slide. Our server, nicknamed "I'm sorry" could only repeat his name throughout our meal. There were six of us; two small children and four adults. We all met at the restaurant around dinner time, there was a brief wait so I went to the bar for a beer. The bar top was crowded with dirty dishes and the bartender was very busy filling drinks and tending to the wait staff. I ordered my beer in a small mug and for the first time (I'm in my mid 50's) the beer was served in a hot mug. It must have just come out of the dishwasher because it had a strong odor of chlorine. Took a couple of sips and left it at the bar because our table was called. Attempted to get the bartender's attention to pay for the beer, but he was too busy talking to staff so I walked away. Instead of going through a long description of our horrible experience I will simply state what went wrong. No silverware when our food arrived-they said someone was wrapping it in the kitchen, ordered spinach/artichoke dip and it was delivered to the table ice cold and half a plate of chips, sent back to the kitchen never to return to the table; reminded our server to keep checking but all he could say was "I'm sorry." Two of the water glasses had cracks in them and had to be exchanged. They said something about coming out of the dishwasher and not letting them cool before filling with water. Eventually everyone ordered, kids got their meals (granddaughter ordered grapes instead of fries and the staff could not find grapes to save their life but all six grapes finally arrived) and before the adult entrees arrived another server came by and told us the staff forgot to order ribs, and we need to order something else. Our companion ordered the sample platter but when it arrived the "wings" were hot on the outside and cold on the inside. I ordered just the salad bar but only made one trip because they ran out of plates (the salad bar was a mess). Called for the manager and the "meal" was on him. However, that was not the crowning moment for the evening. We got home, got on the RT website and sent a review of the evening, got an instant reply that someone would get back to us ASAP. That was four days ago...no word so far. The table next to us overheard our problems and they were having the same experience. This is so sad because we know RT can do better but with this kind of experience we just can't justify coming back. Very disappointed no response from the corporate side either. Does anyone care at this company? Think twice about spending money with this RT in Louisville.

I ate here every Tuesday for about a year with a group of friends. A first we really liked it. There are several healthier choices on the menu and the salad bar was great. However, we have now stopped meeting here for our Tuesday dinners. It consistently took forever to get he bill and pay. We always split checks ( standard thing that lots of people do) and that seemed to really throw them. Also, the quality of the salad bar went down. It's a shame, because the food was often very good. I suspect bad management is the issue. Well, we found somewhere els to eat.

This used to be one of my favorite places, but it is going downhill. I will update if I return and see an improvement. My last visit: My server was good, however, the wait for my order was much too long... I should have timed it. The mini-turkey burders I ordered may have been good, but the buns were hard. I should have asked for new ones, but I was ready to leave at that point. Now, one of my favorite things about RT was always the salad bar. It was never the largest, but it was "high quality" salad bar... having an assortment of the best of the best. The salad bar also included a selection of pastas. On this salad, the salad bar was in good and is the only reason why I am rating two stars instead of one. On a previous visit, the food was not as bad as this occasion, but the wait after ordering was even longer. I'm really disappointed. RT recently changed their interior decor and I have to say... it looks great... but I'm afraid it's not enough for me to risk eating there again.

great surprise. Love the rebrand. Style, color and food. Good. REALLY appreciate Hope and her ease with talking about wines. That was the icing on the cake. Congrats RT for keeping up with the times
