They need better management. Service was slow and initially not at all. We were ordering drinks and they came sporadically. Our waitress also did not know the specials and had an issue with the menu. The food was cold but the biscuits were pillowy soft, the only great food item on the menu. My date had fish and she said it was salty. I stuck with my usual, crab alfredo. Worst ever, greasy and cold. And they looked at me funny when I asked to see a manager. Really? Left without finishing anything but biscuits and liquor!

This place was a convenient location and so we stepped in for dinner. A little tired, we were greeted very cheerily at the door and promptly seated. Our waiter was prompt and attentive. The food (we both ordered the coconut shrimp dinner with one side) was average. Salad was very small. Nothing exceptional here but the people who work here :).

Ordinarily I wouldn't review a national chain but before this Saturday I hadn't been to Red Lobster in years so I figure, what the hell? My boyfriend and I had a gift card for the Darden Restaurant Group and, being huge seafood fans, we obviously chose to go to Red Lobster. We started with the coconut shrimp which were pretty good if standard and the cheddar bay biscuits which are so delicious! For my entree, I had the lobster tacos. They were passable but unfortunately the flavor of the lobster was completely overshadowed by the amount of pico de gallo and slaw that was on them. My boyfriend got the Ultimate Feast with fried shrimp, shrimp scampi, a lobster tail, and crab legs. He completely finished it and it was impressive! The service left something to be desired. We only saw our waiter 4 times: once when we were seated, once when our drinks were brought, once when our food was brought, and for the last time when he brought our check. I had to ask another waiter for a drink refill. All in all Red Lobster is just OK but is certainly more preferential to the other restaurants in the Darden Group (Olive Garden, Longhorn's, etc...)

Took my mother for her birthday. I got the new crab feast meal with king crab legs and crab cakes. Very disappointed I paid 29 . 78 for the meal the crab legs looked smaller than the snow crab legs it was very dry even when soaked in butter. The crab cake was 7.00 dollars it was so small and tasted like a salmon Patty. On second thought I think a salmon patti tastes Alot better. Well I just thought it was just me .then a lady sitting a table over got the king crab bake and she and the waiter was arguing about the size of the crab legs. She told him she wasn't paying for king crab legs when she got snow crab. I don't blame her. I just paid for mine because I wanted my mom to have a great birthday. I will never order crab legs from red lobster again.

I've been to Red Lobsters before, and normally get awesome service. However this is one of the worst forms of service I've experienced anywhere. Start with our appetizer, which was the crab and artichoke, it was ok, but the chips were stale, drink refills were few and far between, our meals weren't correct, my wife's meal took forever to come and when it did come it was wrong so we had to send it back and it took longer for the correct meal to come back this was to say the least a very frustrating dinner date.

I am not a big seafood fan. I generally go when I am with a group of seafood-loving friends and I am out-voted. In my opinion, I would prefer King Fish or Joe's Crab Shack because they both have a larger selection of non-seafood choices for folks like me. I felt the Red Lobster menu was limited. However, seafood-lovers will probably be satisfied. I cranked my rating up to four stars because the server was excellent. The decor and atmostphere inside was relaxing. Overall, I did enjoy my visit (Saturday/Lunch) to this location.
