Worst Rally's I have ever been to. Every time I have been to this location something has been wrong with my order, either I was given the wrong items or the items were poorly cooked or poorly assembled. A true sign that the employees at this location could not care less about customer satisfaction. The last time I visited this location (and I say the last time because it will be the LAST time) I was served food that was so severely overcooked it was inedible. My burger patties had been cooked so long that they had actually shrunk in size and covered maybe only half of the bun. They looked more like sausage patties than burger patties. They were also so hard they were actually crunchy. The fries were overcooked as well there was no actual potato left in the centers of them they were just hard crunchy hollow shells of the fries they once had been. I understand that sometimes in a fast food restaurant things can get busy and things can get overcooked accidentally but when that happens you throw it away, you don't serve it to customers. I think I can speak for everyone when I say I would rather wait for new food to be cooked that I could actually eat instead of wasting my money on food I had to throw away.

This is a chain so I do not like to comment specifically on most chains. I do however comment on store and staff and this location is in a sketchy area but the staff is friendly. I personally do not eat here but my boys love it.

HOKIE SMOKES this place should be razed to the ground.. food was old and nasty..the service is well lacking beyond belief.. there only saving grace was my soda and the was nearly warm.. OH and one more fast fact there was a MOLDY black french fry..how do you get a molded French fry

This was a dirty restaurant. Just went through drive thru & Dakota played with her phone, ran fingers through her hair & wiped her nose with the side of her hand then she handled cooked & uncooked food. Very disgusting

For really quick fast food, this isn't bad. It's a bit of a run-down location, but what do you expect from a quick fast food place here? The drive-through is slow, and the people running it are not the most friendly. Plus, it's in a weird sort of location, so it's easy to get into, but hard to leave (like, you have to wait for a streetlight to get out of the parking lot). If it weren't for the fact we were within a block of it and the GF was craving fast food, we wouldn't have stopped. But it could have been worse.

This Rally's is really close to my house. I only go here occasionally when I get coupons in the mail. I used my .99 Rallyburger coupon and ordered two. I think they only had two employees working, so I ended up waiting at least five minutes for two little burgers!! I also used their restroom while I was waiting and it was dirty and stinky! Also I have been in here a few times and the floor is very slick to where you can easily slip! The parking lot needs to be repaved as there are lots of potholes and bumps!
