Alright. I have to give this location 5 stars for their out of this world AWESOME customer service!!!!! For what it is (healthy, almost-fast food joint) -- it is exceptional. They even have awesome customers. Oh yeah, you know who you are, and I love all of you for humoring me and my diva-liscious offspring.

The last time I had gone to this Panera, I only got a frozen lemonade (which was actually not bad), so I thought since I had some time on 09/01, I would try lunch. The service was good; they quickly served me and took my order, and it was received in good time, especially as it was still lunch time and slightly busy. Unfortunately the meal was a mixed bag. As usual I went with the 1/2 and 1/2 deal so I could get a sampling, and I ordered 1/2 sandwich with the roasted turkey BLT with avocado, accompanied by a Greek salad. While the salad was fresh with the right amount of ingredients (plenty of feta; a good sprinkling of dressing, without leaving everything swimming in it - I don't like seeing an inch of liquid in the bowl when I'm done), the half sandwich was what left me a tiny bit disappointed. As it was a partial BLT I had thought the bread would be toasted, as BLTs usually are; this was not the case with mine, but I could deal with it. The turkey was moist and had a nice taste. What threw me was that as I did expect the avocado to be ripened (soft but not mushy) and thinly sliced, almost razor thin. Instead, this half a sandwich (which means it wasn't very big) had a huge chunk over an inch thick slapped on it. I ended up dismantling the sandwich and slicing the avocado myself, which - even with a real knife - was difficult as the fruit wasn't fully ripe; instead of putting it back on the sandwich I just ate it on the side. Yes the meal remained appetizing, but this was an avoidable nuisance. Despite a still busy afternoon, seating inside and outside was plentiful. The WiFi remained strong. The atmosphere was inviting that my 45 minutes there was a pleasant way to spend my time before an appointment. But would I return to pay over $9 on a similar lunch? Not sure. In hindsight, I kind of wished I had gone with Starbucks, or even Señor Iguana or Peking King. I just wasn't completely satisfied. So maybe next time, I'll just stick with coffee or a cold drink, and pass on the huge chunk of avocado!

Not going to say it nicely. I hate this place. Slow service. And expensive for average at best food. I've paid $4 for soup my mom makes better. Their soup bowls are worthless... Want a good soup bowl? Try the one at the Irish Rover. I want to say more. But Jesus wouldn't approve.

Ok. Here we go. I come here regularly for lunch. Needed breakfast today. Walked in. No one in line. Person at register said nothing. Just stared at me. I gave him my Panera card. Still not a word. Placed my order. He asked for clarification. I swiped my card. He mumbled have a good day. Guy obviously didn't want to be here. Gets better. Had to wait for my drink. Remember no one ahead of me. Seemed like they weren't sure what they were doing. If the food wasn't good and the place wasn't convenient I wouldn't stop. And there's a Starbucks real close by, so... Sad to say not a good experience.

Panera Bread is sooooo addicting!! I have scouted out 4 stores near my place of employment. So which ever way I travel, bam, there's one there lol. My norm is breakfast. There is a good variety to select. I enjoy the spinach soufflés, but also now like the sausage/egg/cheese on ciabatta. There is a wide array of pastries to choose from also. My fav's are the pecan braid, cinnamon roll and bear claw. And to wash it all down is hazelnut coffee. So far the staff at each location I have been to are extremely friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant and the volume is fairly low. I have not had any issues, knock on , but you may want to arrive early during the work week for they get pretty busy with peoples heading to work. I hope this helps you out, and you enjoy as much as I do. Happy Eating

OK, it's a Panera. Everyone knows by now what they serve and it's quality. Unless it's a new menu item, or the service a particular location is especially bad, everybody pretty much knows what to expect. And, for me and this particular location, it comes down to one thing pertaining to the service. This location has a drive through, which was new to me when I moved here from Nashville a couple of years ago. All the Panera's I had been to were dine or carryout only. I was actually pretty psyched about it. I could now bring my dog Max with me. And, they seemed to anticipate that, that people would bring their dogs, and would offer your dog a dog biscuit. So, after a few visits Max would start to get excited and stare intently at the drive through window waiting for his biscuit. It seems like such a small thing, but as any animal owner knows anything that brings joy to that animal, brings joy to you. It was all well and good. I'd go there even if I wasn't in the mood for their stuff, just because I knew how much Max looked forward to that biscuit. Then something changed. Suddenly no more biscuits. Max was very disappointed. I would try and console him. "That person looked new maybe they weren't trained properly," I'd tell him. "They don't know they are supposed to give biscuits to the dogs." But, let's face it, I can't very well keep going there and breaking my dog's heart. It's a cruel thing to offer biscuits and then take them away like that.

So you are in your car driving and thinking...what can I eat? You think of a number of restaurants, Greek, Asian, Italian, BBQ... and...wait...Panera...somewhat healthy and so quick...why not go there? Either because I lose my creativity or energy I end up at Panera a lot these days when I don't know where else to go. Panera serves consistently adequate, somewhat good, food. They have their process down and although not an earth shattering gastronomical event when you need a restaurant to go to when you can't make up your mind this is the spot to stop. Let me review what I have eaten... In the morning- go for the Mediterranean egg white on ciabatta and convince yourself that you are doing something good for your body! It's hot and tasty and the cheddar and pesto is really tasty. The sausage, egg and cheese on ciabatta is also quite tasty. Of course, a cinnamon bun can always be an alternative when depressed. Lunch- you have to get the "you pick two". Try any of their sandwiches or salad with soup. Tomato soup is my go to served with croutons and a piece of their baguette. Half a Frontega Chicken Sandwich is a good combo with the soup. Smoked chicken and a spread of delicious basil/chipotle makes this a satisfying half sandwich. Or the spinach power salad is great with a tasty dressing of vidalia onion vinaigrette. It makes me believe that I eat healthy. Dinner- I am really hard on Italian food but their Basil Pesto Sacchettinin is okay in a pinch if you desire that basil taste. My daughter goes for the Mac and Cheese which is served in a cheddar based sauce. Salads are always adequate too. Finish with decent coffee and a pastry or just stop in for a pastry, bagel, bread, muffins, scones.... Yes, when in doubt, you can't go wrong at Panera. It won't blow your mind but it won't disappoint either.

As far as Panera locations go, this one is alright. Lack of parking, especially during peak hours, keeps it from being one of my favorite locations. I've also had trouble finding a table when I've met up with people here to catch up over a meal. On the plus side, employees seem to be knowledgeable and work quickly to keep the line moving, without making you feel rushed as you order. They've also taken the time to talk through options with me when I'm ordering. Yes, I know it's not the end of the world to decide whether I want plain cream cheese or one of the herbed or sweet cream cheeses on my bagel in the morning. But when I'm deviating from my standard routine, I like some input, and I found the employees' opinions to be helpful. On that note, I do highly recommend the asiago bagel, but I'll stick to my plain cream cheese on it, thank you very much!

It's a real run-of-the-mill Panera, except for the dining room. Panera is usually both a great place for a meal alone, or even a quiet meal with your S.O. More than half of the seating is booths where you would/could share with a total stranger. Panera isn't the place I would go to try to rub elbows and make friends. I'm here for a good meal and to settle down to finish some computer work. Just a real strange layout and not a lot of single tables with a charging outlet nearby.

One thing I can say about this Panera is that they are consistently putting out wrong orders. For my 3 visit in a row my order was wrong. I ordered a Greek CHICKEN salad. Guess what there was no chicken......really. The other salad was the strawberry chicken salad no nuts. I am deathly alleregic to nuts. They make my tongue swell. Guess what it was full of nuts! This was my last time at this location! Three strikes you are out!!

Pros: Drive through, great location, fast service, and a friendly staff. Cons: Lines can get pretty long during peak times. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be tight at times.

Always busy, but that's usually a good thing. Usually call in a pickup order to avoid having to wait for a table. They do the Panera chain menu well, which means the bagels are fresh, the sandwiches are good and the soup is hot. Their coffee can be a little burnt at times. The parking lot is one-way and usually fills up fast when they're busy.

Panera is one of those chains that has a good idea but overcomplicates it. As a rule, service at a Panera is muddled. The atmosphere is too noisy and lit to suit my taste for Wi-Fi use although I do go here for that very thing if I'm also hungry.

Panera has always been one of my favorite places to eat...especially lunch. But after my last visit, I think it's one of those restaurants that has branched out a little too much for my taste. I didn't realize that they have pastas and some other menu items that just seem too far reaching for what Panera started out to be. It takes too long to decipher their menu now. I got the Pick 2, my usual go to favorite. I haven't been to a Panera in a while and apparently it's been 'Quite a while". WOW, have their prices gone up!!! Nearly $8.00 for soup and half a sandwich. The brocolli soup was OK but ths sandwich was not. I got the half of turkey avocado bacon (a turkey BLT I think they called it.) Not great. The turkey was chunks of turkey, some way too big to chew so I had to open up the sandwich and tear the turkey up. The avocado was 1 wedge, very difficult to eat a wedge of avocado on a sandwich. And the bacon was a paper thin piece of rubbery bacon, not even crisp. Not to mention it was on very thick pieces of white bread. Why do restaurants that have a great thing going have to change and screw up the formula! I think I will find a new "go to" place for lunch.

Had veg pesto soup with mozzarella cheese & tomato panini. It taste very good. Lemonade has fresh flavor to it. Service was quick. Resturant temp could have been a tad warmer for me :) we will be back.

The food is ok, the thing that always drives me crazy...the wait to order and the process as to which you are to order...There was at least 5 people needing to order and only one person taking the orders. With no real system to place orders or for that matter to wait in line to place an order...I avoid this place at all cost, sometimes it is our only option. If they could figure out how to streamline the ordering process, it would make a HUGE Diferance!

Love the Autumn Squash soup. Ask them to add a spoonful of crumbled feta and it becomes even better!

Panera is one of those chains that is just solid. The soups are warm and tasty, unique salads, good bagels, etc. That being said, this location is soooo annoying. It is apparently the busiest Panera in the country, and that doesn't surprise me at all. Any time of day, that traffic light at Dutchman's is infuriating. The food is still tasty and the wait isn't terrible, but it is a stressful place, esp around lunch time. My coworkers call it Pantera because of the mess it makes right by our office with cars and people and parking and all that jazz.
