Well old faithful... you are hard to beat. Outback 6oz Sirloin cooked perfectly with a loaded baked potato and broccoli for $11?!?!? You can't buy it for cheaper. This location was around long before they opened 5 more in greater Louisville and as long as you have an experienced server (I'd say you have a 50/50 shot unless you know who to ask for) you are going to be pleased. Everything I have ever eaten at Outback is exactly as their menu describes. I hate to brag on a chain but the truth is Carabas, Bonefish & Outback make their food from scratch and have policies and procedures in place for success. If you own one or or work for one and you follow the system everything is awesome. OB Favorites of Mine? *Aussie Cheese Fries (ordered crispy... on a serious cheat day) *Outback Sirloin w/Double Broccoli (dressed like a potato on a diet compliant day) *Coconut Shrimp *Alice Springs Chicken Quesadilla

You know, I used to go to Outback all the time. It was my lo-carb go-to restaurant when I was in that diet phase, and it was always a great place to bring a few people and just hang out, grab some beers, wonder why the place had an Australian theme, and have a good evening. I got away from Outback when I moved to a city where there really just wasn't one nearby, but now that I'm living back in a real city and Yelping, I got to go back. And I'll probably keep going back. You know exactly what you're going to get at any Outback in the country, and it's good. Good steak, good salads, good beer, that blooming onion is fantastic, and consistent service in a nice atmosphere. It can get a bit busy, but I tend to take the popularity as a testament to its worthiness.

Once again I have come for my favorite tasting steak and am disappointed because it is undercooked and gristly. The bread is never heated up enough. Atmosphere is great and service was good

I picked up a to-go order and it was horrible. The steak was cold, the blooming onion was soggy and cold. The bread wasnt even heated. I will not be back.

Best chain restaurant in Louisville. Other out backs are nowhere near as good as this one. Look no further it's dinner time. Service and food 5 stars.

The server was friendly and the service was great! I had the double burger, Aussie fries and house salad. The food was great and cooked properly. The salad was good too, it was cold without being frozen. I'll be back many more times if this quality continues..

Longhorn's steakhouses seem to be more the thing around here, but Outback is awesome. The service was attentive but not too much so, the wait was minimal and comfortable (nice seating, water available), and the food was so good - steaks cooked exactly how we'd asked, sides too. We left bellies full and hearts happy. Will be returning.

Got to the restaurant and went into the bathroom. Bartender was in the stall next to me, came out & didn't wash her hands. Then my sister and mother went into the bathroom .... she had already come back into the handicap stall which my mother needed, ran out & didn't wash her hands again! My sister saw her rubbing her runny nose right before she was making our drinks. Ended up making our drinks but didn't wash her hands ..... Again!! We had our drinks and left. Is that the way they do business there????

Ordered prime rib which was served cold and undercooked. Sent it back twice, it was briefly seared and then waited so long to be served it was still cold, both times. Gave up and tried to eat it, found it to be grisly and tasteless. Left most of it. Desert (cheesecake) was served frozen. Beware of French onion soup - was offered as a choice, but charged extra even though soup was an offered side with my meal. Soup tasted good, but should not have been additional charge. Service was friendly and wanted for me to be satisfied, but wasn't possible with poor quality food.

Ate at this location last night and a couple months back; enjoyed each time. Hadn't eaten at Outback in a while prior to the two recent times and thought it was just another average steak place, but the food and service at this location are top quality! The bloomin' onion is really good; there's a reason it's got name recognition. The broccoli is good too, so you can share your onion and still be a little healthy. I enjoyed the Blackberry Martini last night - very fruity and tasty! Oh, the service. That's the main reason I wanted to write this review. From the hostess to the wait staff and food runners, everyone is welcoming and on top of their game! Even with a crowd, this location knows how to treat every customer well. We'll be back!

This outback has one of the best waitstaff that I have had in a restaurant in a long time. They are always polite and very helpful. Every time I have been in there, there has been a table with someone with special needs. The waitstaff has ALWAYS been very accommodating to those patrons, making sure that their experience is exceptional.

5 stars. You gotta be kidding. Linda the mgr is worth a zero by herself. It gets a 2 because the waiter tried to apologize. My steak had to be cooked 3x before it came out medium. The asparagus was sitting in steak blood for $1 extra. Ms. Linda looked like she was irritated for having to go to the kitchen to have steaks grilled over & over again. I had said we have a birthday at the table. I guess that fell on death ears. Overall service & bad management gives this place this score. They were not even packed due to Kentucky in the NCAA game. Just sad & disappointing.

I was in town for business when the tornado's came rolling through that part of the country. So I park at this Outback and went in to watch the TV and see all the goings on. The staff was very accommodating and I had the tuna appetizer. Very Good. Thank God we were all safe.
