Eh its more of a 3 1/2 but I'll give them the benifit of the doubt. We were there on Valentine's Day, just me and the boy. At 7:30 they said we'd have an hour wait (working in food service told me that wasn't true) so we stuck it out for about a half hour. The manager came around and offered people some cheese fries, which I'm pretty sure were a screwed up order but they were still yummy. We got seated and the waitress apologized before she could even be late that she'd be right back as an order was screwed up, which I appreciate, if you're busy let me know so then I'm not s impatient and looking for you and getting mad at you. So she offered to put an appetizer order in when she took our drinks, but we declined. While she was gone we noticed they had a special this weekend (which would have been nice to know about to begin with-either when we walked in or waited or sat down) ANd it was $32 for a dinner for 2. Blooming Onion to share, salads, 8oz steak and a side plus a piece of cheesecake to share. Hello mega deal!! I rounded up based on this alone. The server was busy, but she still took care of us for the most part, and we left totally full and totally happy. Tip: Getting in the lot stinks, you pretty much have to go to the ned of the strip mall and go in/out. It's the easiest way.

Hadn't been to a chain restaurant in a while. Was worried my steak would be overcooked like always. Steak was cooked to perfection! It was delish. Amazing cut of meat & tons of food for $9.99. Ordered their sweet potato fries which were a perfect match for the steak. Makes me want to go back again soon!

Seated quickly, friendly service, our steaks were cooked perfectly. Matter of fact it's the best steaks we have had recently. Kids were very pleased with their steak and mac and cheese. My son LOVES the mac and cheese.

This is your standard Outback, so most of the time the food is pretty darn good. We use it mainly for their curbside carry out service. They are usually very quick in having things ready. From time to time they bungle an order, but overall I have no complaints.

I don't frequent chains to often but this place is just up the street and I can find myself there sometimes 2-3 times a week. There are a few menu items I get when I come here and they are the Appetizers Ahi Tuna and the Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie. The Shrimp is always cook and prepared great, very tender with just enough garlic and herbs to satisfy any garlic lover such as myself. It comes with 2 skewers of 4 shrimp on each, and 3 triangles of garlic toast. It is just enough toast to sop up the sauce that is left on the plate. The Ahi tuna is prepared just barely seared on the edges, which is just how I love it and has a delightful chopped Asian salad to go with it. The only concern is the salad preparation of this dish is not always consistent. The salad part sometimes can be a little soggy where to much dressing was poured on it or there is barely any salad on the plate. Granted this is an appetizer and not meant to be a meal, but depending on who the chef is on any given day depends on the portion size of the salad part of this dish. This photo is a generous portion of the salad. I just wish it was like this every time. I will continue to go and order my usual for I do love the both these dishes.

We decided to go here before the Superbowl kicked off. Fortunately, most people had their own plans so it wasn't packed. We had reservations, so we were seated immediately. That doesn't mean we were greeted immediately, but the timing wasn't something to complain about. Everyone ordered drinks which were returned quickly and then straight to entrees. The two other guests ordered a plain cheeseburger and a steak and shrimp entree. Me on the other hand, I ordered the crab topped tilapia with shrimp, broccoli, and a side of stuffed mushrooms. First... the plain cheeseburger was NOT plain. There was lettuce, pickles and tomato on it. I heard and saw no complaints from the steak dish and my meal looked amazing. The mushrooms were pretty good. They were supposed to be crab stuffed but really it was a crab stuffing type medley. Eh... pish posh. Unfortunately, it was really my tilapia that needed some work. Yes! I know it's not a seafood joint. However, I expect the little bit you do have to be cooked properly. My tilapia was overcooked and I left half of the appreciated large portion they provide on the plate. I don't think this is a bad place to eat. Service was good and the place was clean and presentable. Just hoping for a little more next time - whenever that is.

I've given them 3 separate shots in the past 3 months and all 3 were a big fail. Service is always excellent at this location. I can't say enough about their staff, which is the only reason that they get even two stars. But even the best staff doesn't make up for terrible food. Being a semi frequent guest, I noticed last year that the food quality was going downhill. All 3 of my last visits have been so terrible, it's going to take a long time to convince me to give them another chance. Steaks HORRIBLY overcooked each time (medium 8 oz comes out well done). Our blooming onion was over cooked and tasted burnt. The "broccoli and cheese", I use that term loosely, was a floury, peppery mess that could've passed for super glue instead of cheese. Aspen Creek is directly across the street, go there instead of wasting your time and money on overcooked food that takes over half an hour to come out in a completely dead restaurant.

Working in food service for many years I have definitely learned what correct temperature on a steak is and medium well does not mean cold or blood red. The manager kept bringing the same steak back to the table. What was funny was it had eight cuts in it where they would say slice in to the steak and see if its correct and its seems the cook was slicing at it too. After the second time I said I did not want it but the manager boxed it up and said here its taken off of your bill now. By the time a steak is recooked several times its not going to be good. I had a salad and some of the blooming onion so I was ok anyway. But to insist on giving me a steak thats harder then shoe leather for free to me is an insult. I just wanted as close to medium well as ordered. Either way its been great every time before that and I don't like to complain or send my food back especially that many times. Cooks do get upset and I didn't want food from an upset cook for sure. To the manager at outback... If you wouldn't argue with customers and assume they just want it free things would go smoother for you and maybe you could get to the root of the issue too. I'm sure giving free steaks gets costly! Any way my dog Max disagrees as he ate very well that day.
