We had four adults, three kids. All four adults met while working at a different Outback in a different state -one of us still works there as the kitchen manager. Needless to say, we knew what to expect. We were so disappointed. We had a long wait, which is to be expected on a Saturday night but we took advantage of call-ahead seating - it didn't seem to be effective. Our server was boring. No smiles. No personality. One of the kids ordered chocolate milk, to which the server replied "we don't do chocolate milk - I mean I can use a hard chocolate that we use for desserts but it just goes to the bottom if the cup" That's BS. Maybe they ran out of Hershey syrup. I remember years ago when I worked for Outback and kids would order hot dogs..well we didn't serve hot dogs but our proprietor would hurry to the store up the street to get hot dogs in order to make the little guests happy. This Outback showed no such care. We had to ask for bread when our salads came - it used to be standard. You should get served bread without having to ask. The kids' food came with the adults.. What happened to putting the kids food in when the salad order went in so the kids can eat sooner? Kids can't wait like adults can! When the food finally came we were all let down. My medium rare steak was pretty medium well. We also had to wait a good 7 minutes for my husband's med-rare prime rib to come to the table. There is no reason for this! Slice and serve! My biggest pet peeve of restaurants is when they serve kids' food on hot plates. Something we were trained NOT to do at Outback. This outback sure fell short- not only did they serve my toddler's meal on a hot plate, but when I asked for a cold plate, she brought another hot plate. I was so disappointed in this visit.

The steak was thick, under cooked, and flavorless. The service was slow and the coke I drank tasted watered down and flat I would not go back

I would not come back to this store. The service is slow and not one server had a smile on their face. She waited until we liked the dishes up on the end of the table before taking them away. They should have been removed before the next course was taken out as the food coming out of the kitchen took forever. Go to the next exit and find another restaurant is my recommendation which is sad because I usually stop at chains like this whole in the road because I know they're consistent. This one blew that theory.

Absolutely Horrible! Went on a Saturday night, when there was no wait. We got seated immediately and it took quite some time for the server (Sabra G) to come over. When she finally greeted us, we were ready to order. The food came out fairly quickly. I ordered the Cobb salad, but with steak. Keep in mind, I have ordered this about 20 times before. My salad had 3 strips of steak on it. When I asked Sabra about it, she said that is how it always is, and they were bigger pieces. Ummmm..no. Usually there are about 7 strips of steak. 3?? Are you kidding me?? She never came back to check on us. When she did, we had to give her a laundry list of things due to the significant amount of time that elapsed since the last time we saw her. We got another thing of bread and she literally placed it on top of the old one. The old one even had a fork on it, she didn't care. I attached a pic to show what our table looked like when we left. You can see she didn't remove ANYTHING! Very, very poor experience.

We waited for 45 minutes for a table and they give us a booth...and would not make it right - then they seated people who had waited on 10 minutes at a table next to us. Service is a joke. Manager was a total smarta$$.

Standard to say the least, although it was very wrong while sitting at the bar to look in a mirror into the kitchen and watch the staff eat off of plates I had to leave. Nasty is one word for it. I know this kind of thing happens all the time I just don't like watching it

Honestly, this is a steakhouse and those familiar with Outback will know what they are getting with food when they show up. However, do be careful when you order your steak. Make sure that your definition of "Medium" (or however you like your steak to be cooked) matches up with their definition. You may be better off to just tell your waitress how much pink/red you want in your steak. My filet was undercooked and as a result, it just was not very good. Overall, the service was good, prompt and friendly. The whole experience was good, not great but also not poor. Enjoy!

This was a very nice Outback Steakhouse. We were staying at La Quinta by the airport and this was one of the restaurants suggested by the staff. We were pleasantly surprised. It was about 10 minutes from our hotel in a nice area. The restaurant had the basketball game playing from several t.v.'s and the staff was very friendly. My steak did come underdone but, they took it back right away and brought us an extra side for free and the steak came perfectly done pretty quickly. For a chain restaurant we found the meal quite good. We would definitely eat here again if we were staying in the area.

Working in Louisville this week and the Outback steakhouse is close to the hotel so we went for dinner. Ordered a steak and classic wedge salad. The brown bread was good as usual. The salad came after that and I got the core of the lettuce as part of my wedge. I picked around the core and ate what was left of the lettuce. This wedge was also doused in a balsamic vinegar which was a new one to me but I like balsamic so I gave it a try. No blue cheese crumbles, just a watered down blue cheese dressing that probably came from the local grocery store. When the waiter asked how my wedge was I said "eh, it's OK", he asked "Just OK?" And I said yes, just OK but it could be better without the lettuce core. He harrumphed and walked away. No offer to correct it. The steak was tough and marbled with gristle and vein. Not good. I brought it to the waiters attention and again got a harrumph as he walked away. At that point I was done with it and just let it slide , paid my tab and went back to the hotel. Again, another Outback is unimpressive. One star for the brown bread.

Stopped here for dinner while driving to Michigan. We stayed in a hotel just down the street from here so we walked over. We had sandwiched and drinks and everything was pretty tasty. It's standard chain restaurant fare, but the service was great and we got our food quickly. The only problem we had was with the specialty requests we made for our orders. I asked for no lettuce on my sandwich and they removed the avocado as well. Oh well. It was a small problem.

This place has amazing Filet and Lobster Tail!! It's as good if not better than any I have ever had at many of the expensive upscale establishments around Louisville...... At 1/2 the price. They have SO much flavor and so tender and juicy it will melt in your mouth!

As of right now I am not impressed. We called ahead to make a 6:00 reservation only to be told upon arrival that it would be a 15-20 min wait. The hostess informed us that even with a reservation it is only good for cutting your wait time in half. Why does Outback think they have the right to change the definition of a dinner reservation?!?!? Here's the after dinner review, my sirloin steak was dry and tasteless and the lobster was not great. I was at least enjoying the garlic potatoes until I bit into something so hard the gal across the table asked me what the noise was, ouch! Service was minimal we didn't get bread until we asked twice for it. Next time I want a steak I will head to Texas Roadhouse, where a reservation means reservation and the food is better!

This place has great food and drinks. I love the atmosphere! The waiters and waitresses are always very helpful and friendly. The only downfall is that it is a small building therefore there isn't much of a waiting area, and it takes a very long time to get a table. I have went twice in the past few months and had to wait 45 minutes each time. Everything is always prepared here correct the first time and the sweet tea is awesome! :)

9 pm on a Wednesday and they try and seat our party of 8 at two booths. Finally corrected that. The food was slow coming out and two orders wrong. Ran out of soup. Bills all wrong. Floors were nasty. They sat me and stepped right over a eaten chicken wing. Gross.

There was no wait tonight. Service was good. The food was average. My steak was just a little undercooked but my sweet potatoe was quite good. My hubby was not impressed with the ribs and his baked potatoe was dry.

Superb staff, great menu, well-seasoned & prepared steaks. Our dinner party ordered 5 different cuts and were all highly impressed with our meals.

We had a large group (25 people or so) who arrived on a Friday night and were seated quickly. We had two waitresses between the three tables. They both did a great job at conferring with the parents if kids could order specific items or refills on soda pop (the kids were all crammed into a separate booth). Good food, quick service. Good drinks from the bar.
