If you know me, then you know that dessert is my weakness... And Froyo is one of my favs. I have even argued with a three year old about it... And won! So we go here quite a bit and I am consistently happy with my choices. If you don't like what you get, it's your fault for not making the right combination... :) the peanut butter Froyo is great.. And don't miss out on the wedding cake because it tastes like wedding cake! And the snozzberries taste like snozzberries! (If you don't get that reference then we can't hang out.)

This is my second time being to orange leaf, and I have to say I absolutely love it! I've been trying to find a regular go-to froyo place ever since Ce Fioré closed, and I think that Orange Leaf may be the one. In comparison to many of the froyo places on bardstown road, Orange Leaf is a lot more reasonable when it comes to pricing. We paid about $11 for a pretty large amount on our visit last night. I really love the variety at Orange Leaf. They have every flavor you could think of from blueberry Greek yogurt, to birthday cake, to cookies and cream. The toppings bar is not lacking whatsoever, and anyone can find something on it. Lastly, it is a very family friendly place. There is the option to eat outside or inside with comfy seating either way. It's really open and there is enough space for the typical family. This establishment at this location is currently my favorite in Louisville.

I took my nephews here yesterday and we all enjoyed EXCELLENT fat free yogurt selections. I liked the dividers they give you now and I liked the Pistachio, strawberry, and cheesecake varieties. TONS of toppings - i fell for the oreos, peanuts, and coconut flakes. Not the cheapest desert I've ever had but yummy enough not to care. I would give it five stars if the seats were more comfortable and if they had a $5 AYCE option (as mentioned in one of the Managers replies on another review)

What I like about this place is allergy info is clearly labeled above each soft serve treat and it makes it easy for people with allergies or gluten sensitivity. The yogurt is good and there are plenty of choices. There are also a variety of toppings. Unfortunately, they don't have the info for glutten sensitivities for their toppings. I would love to see them remedy this. But we love all the gluten free and dairy free choices of yogurt.

I must begin by disclosing that I'm opposed to a pay-by-the-ounce fro-yo shop as a business model. They're ridiculously overpriced. If it weren't for my two daughters, I wouldn't ever step foot in one of these establishments. Since we tried it out for the first time, my offspring has been hooked. Now, anytime they earn a special treat, they always want payment in the form of Orange Leaf. Of all the varieties we've tried, this has landed the number one spot in their hearts. I don't think the quality or variety of frozen yogurt or their many toppings is any better than any of their competitors, so I attribute my daughters' affection for the "Leaf" to branding. The building is cool and so well lit. The furniture is futuristic and bright. It's a place that immediately lifts your spirits. While I can think of 100 better ways to spend $20 on dessert, I'll keep coming back time and time again for the smiles it puts on my kids' faces.

While I don't think I'll ever get used to the self-serve part of this yogurt place craze, Orange Leaf gets it right with flavors. All the classics with a lot of fun, delicious flavors, too. The pineapple is one of the best flavors I've ever had.

Orange Leaf. Okay, okay, I get it. Nice and open, bright and cheery with orange and green tiles and ultra-modern chairs and tables, but where's the orange-flavored yogurt? There's plenty of flavors to choose from but I would hope that at least one of them was at least somewhat citrus-sy. Seems to me that it should be a signature flavor considering the name. Color me 'disappointed' as I was looking for something like that on this warm, humid day in April (WTH?) I had to satisfy myself with pineapple and some kiwi topping, plus some vanilla wafers for texture. It was actually pretty good but I was still missing the orange-flavored sherbet of my youth and really, many of my reviews are at least partly an attempt to recapture some kind of memory. Anyhow, this sparkly new stand-alone location at that shopping center just off 264 and Bardstown Rd (you know, the one with the Staples) is attracting plenty of attention and it looks to be getting good business. It's a continuation of the trend in yogurt shops (which seem to be popping up like coffee shops did 5-10 years ago,) do-it-yourself service and fresh toppings, with payment by the ounce. The yogurt is good, the girl behind the counter cheerful and helpful when necessary. I just doubt that I would make it a regular stop. Maybe if I were in the area and the kids were tagging along, but probably not normally.

Hated it... Definitely the most uncomfortable seating options over any froyo place I have been. It's like they only had kids or midgets in mind when they picked it out. The froyo all seemed to taste the same, which was so disappointing. The toppings are about the same as everywhere else, but they were completely lacking hot fudge or caramel topping...just grocery store brand squeeze bottles. Edited: Since I had questions regarding this... I slipped and fell in a slippery spot, spilling my food, while trying to move a chair and received no concern from the girl working there. Have quite a few nasty bruises to show for this visit. Proper and regular cleanup would have prevented this.

Of all the yogurt places popping up, I feel like Orange Leaf is the most brand-consistent. I always know what to expect (flavors, consistency, toppings) at Orange Leaf. This new location is clean, convenient, and made for a great pit stop on a hot weekend day recently. My biggest beef with all the yogurt places though is the size of the bowls. Do I really need a huge (16-24 oz) container for some fro yo and a few toppings? This size of a bowl would have been a dream come true when I was 4 and my mom's worst nightmare, not to mention a contributing factor in keeping Pepto Bismol in business.

This place is way too expensive. Had no idea yogurt was gona cost me over 7 bucks. They really don't have many options when it comes to flavor. I won't be back here.

I watched this place being built on a daily basis. I wondered what it was. Small place. Maybe cell phones.... NO thank God. It's amazing frozen yogurt. It has 16 different flavored and a nice selection of toppings. Pay by the ounce. I had to finance my first cup. You gotta try it! TODAY.

I have a niece and nephew who are absolutely gaga over Orange Leaf. If you ask them where they want to go, it's the first place that comes out of their mouth. And from what I hear, they can down some pretty big portions of froyo (at the ages of six and three). Had to make a quick bridesmaid dress run to Davids Bridal, accompanied by said niece and nephew, parents, brother and sister-in-law, so we had no choice but to swing by Orange Leaf. The interior is quite cute. Orange and white. Crisp and clean. Very modern I must say. In terms of yogurt, there were are least 10 options (probably more), and I being the indecisive person I am, wanted to taste test every one of them -- but I resisted. I did however try about five of them. It's self serve, so don't have to worry about holding anyone up if you can't decide which ones you want to try. And honestly, you can get full off those little sample cups. They hold more than you think. Chocolate brownie was just a bit too chocolate-y for me. Pineapple (which was a fave of my crew) had a little too much kick. I went with white chocolate strawberry, which suited my palate just fine. I can't say I was blown away, but it was good. I didn't add any toppings to mine, but if you have kiddos, be prepared to get held up at the extras bar. From oooey gooey chocolate and carmel, to crumbled cookies, gummy bears and fruit -- there are lots and lots of choices. Just be mindful that all those extras add weight, which adds extra $$$ to the bill. Orange Leaf is cute, and it's a fun experience, but it didn't quite make me loose my noodles like my niece and nephew. Another frozen yogurt option to add to the many now infiltrating the city.

Fourteen separate frozen yogurt flavors, almost off of them awesome await you at this little shop near Assumption and Krispy Kreme. Pricing is 45 cents an ounce including toppings from a wide variety of chocolates and other goodies. A nice break from regular ice cream. The pumpkin pie flavor was great.

Soft Serve has turned into Self Serve. I went in by myself to check out what all the Yogurt was about. The store was being run by one girl who was extremely nice. She offered me free sample cups to try the Yogurt and explained the process. You grab a tub from the middle counter and fill it with anything you want. First you have some amazing flavor options, that you can choose to swirl. Second, there is a topping station that has your basic Sundae toppings. Finally, you take your tub over to checkout and it is weighed. Based on the weight of your yogurt concoction is what you pay. I got one flavor called Cheescake with some Oreos and it was about $4.50. Not a bad experience at all and the yogurt was pretty tasty, but this total concept is not really my tastes.

The Orange Leaf chain seems to be the newest trend. I have jumped on the bandwagon with my 10 year old who has some very creative concoctions. I have just recently been introduced to OL and will be curious how they make it thru a winter. Best of luck.
