Longhorn restaurants are always great and this one is the best I've had! If you want great service and fantastic food this is the place to go. It's a bit pricey but I believe you get what you pay for.

Hamburger cook (on average??) got it right. . .Two "Medium" cooked hamburgers ordered the same time in the same order: one was rare and the other well done. Ice tea $2.79 price higher than going rate for this type restaurant. The size of the $9.29 1/2 lb burger did not appear to be any different than the $8.00 lunch combo 1/3 lb burger. The only condiment brought were ketchup; burgers were dry and tasteless. The side Caesar salad was boring -- only lettuce, slivers of cheese, croutons, and dressing--as compared to the Tx Roadhouse salad. Their great Cobb salad, for which we chose this place to dine, thinking it would be in season, was not on the menu. Overpriced unless you're wanting cozy venue regardless of food. Really attentive, nice waiter -- good for Patrick!!!

The food was good, its Longhorn, you know what your gonna get. The service? Well let's just say it below par. Walked in around 5 all the high tops in the car were empty along with two of the three booths. Four empty booths in the main dining area, and I'm handed a beeper and told ten to fifteen minutes. I look around and say, "Hmm, empty tables everywhere and a fifteen minute wait?" the snarky hostess says "I have to seat all the other people first" Just for the record "all the other people" amounted to a total of six, do the math on the available tables listed above, more than enough seating for the people present. I guess in my old age my tolerance for smart mouthed people in the service industry is fading. I don't need lip from some hostess when I'm there to spend money in the restaurant. I can take my cash and go elsewhere.

The food is what you would expect from the average steakhouse .... The Service has always been good .......But , I rather stick to the independent , locally run restaurants that Louisville has to offer

The filet is great but the T-bone is off the hook. I tried this a few months ago and I wanted to naw on the bone like a dog to clean all the meat off of it. A bit more pricey but well worth it. My wife gets the chicken fingers without the prairie dust(she is allergic to peanuts and all tree nuts). It is the only thing she can have. She also gets the perfect margarita. She loves it.

I love this restaurant. Steaks are always cooked perfectly and my wife and kids always leave happy. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great steak without the over inflated price. Lastly, order the Mac and Cheese, it is outstanding.....

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I eat here every chance I get. I love the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. You can even get the pork chops Parmesan Crusted for $1 extra. Salads are awesome. Free bread. Great appetizers. Great desserts. Be prepared to pay about $15 or more per ticket with tip and no drink. Soo worth it. The only thing I'm sad about is that they did away with the Rocky Top Chicken at most locations. :( My husband always gets chicken tenders and he loves those.

Ordered the chips and dip it was way to salty. Then got the shrimp & lobster chowder again too salty. The wife ordered portabella chicken and the portion was small. We ordered chicken strips for the 5 year old and it was by far the best at the table. Logan's roadhouse has better food and portions. Disappointing, I used to really like longhorn.

I eat here every week and they rarely disappoint. The service is dependably good and the food is wonderful. Even more than wonderful when you consider the reasonable prices. I can easily recommend eating here.

Date of service: 3/30/12 6:PM. I have never written a review due to time constraints but I feel motivated to write one on my experience at Longhorns. My fiancee and I ordered the Wild West Shrimp appetizer which it was very good and timely. That is where the good experience ended. Our waitress was obviously incompetent. I ordered a 6 ounce sirloin medium well with a loaded potato and she ordered the 6 ounce with sweet potato and lobster tail. She did not complain about her food though other comments she made indicated she did not care for it. My steak came out cold and medium rare and by the time I got to the middle it was rare, bloody rare. The couple that came in the door at the same time we did were receiving their check when our food came to the table, delivered by another waitress which indicated that my waitress had forgotten to get my order. I got my steak sauce after I was a 1/3 of the way through my steak. I sampled the lobster tail my girl had and it was cold and slimey. My loaded potato was not loaded at all and it was cold. There was no butter, traces of sour cream, traces of cheese, and a few bacon bits. Lastly, the salad consisted of waterlogged iceberg lettuce, 8 diced cubes of tomato, and salad dressing. The waitress forgot to deliver our bread and she finally brought it after I was halfway through my salad. When she brought our water, she said she would bring us straws and after a reminder, we never did get them. I did not complain to management because my philosophy is that I should not have been in that situation to begin with. I don't complain to them I just don't go back. It would not have been a big deal but when you are charging top shelf prices the customer should get top shelf product. The lady manager did her routine stop by the table and asked if everything was ok and I said yes. I just did not want to make a federal case of it in front of other customers nearby. Final diagnosis: Poorly prepared food aggrevated by an incompetent waitress. I gave it 2 stars. One for the shrimp and one for the awesome margarita my girl had. Everything else was a "0".
