Gone there twice now at around the weirdest times. Got my order right both times and the food was fresh and hot. If you are craving a midnight snack this is definitely a place to go.

Quick, but run of the mill. Don't go around rush hour if you want to get back on the road.

I normally don't review fast food restaurants but I decided to because I think this is the best Arby's in the city. I have never gotten a bad sandwich or bad service at this Arby's. Even at their busiest times of the day I always receive quick service and the correct order as well as hot, fresh food. Since I have been pregnant I have actually craved their roast beef sandwiches so I have been hitting this location a couple of times per week for a regular roast beef sandwich and medium Pepsi. My only complaint is the prices, and this goes for any Arby's. I think 3.15 is a bit expensive for a small sandwich.

We stopped at this location since it was close to the hotel where we were staying. Parked just opposite the door and tried to get in when we noticed it was a handicapped entrance and you had to push the handicap button for the door to open. The door would click but would not open. After numerous tries we decided to leave. As we circled the establishment we noticed a door on the opposite side. It was necessary to cross the drive thru lane where cars were exiting before you could get into the establishment. Finally in, we ordered the beef sandwiches. I ate one and the meat was so dry and the bun somewhat old I just left the second one on the table. I frankly could not eat it. As we entered our car a young employee waved at us and came running with the sandwich. He thought I had forgotten the beef sandwich. I told him I just could not eat it. He offered a new sandwich, a refund and a free meal if we would return. Told him we were from out of town an thanks for the offers.

I had to eat here because it was right next to my hotel and everything else was closed. I was the only person there and my food took nearly 10 minutes to arrive. Really, Arby's?
