Minton's 760 is a new restaurant in a gentrifying area of Limestone. The restaurant has 4-5 tables with some bar stools and outdoors tables as well. So, it is a rather small restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food apparently varies between a more upscale weekend night menu and the brunch/lunch menu. I have been twice but only for brunch and another day for lunch. Both times the food was good but nothing I could not make at home. Their French toast tastes like my French toast. While the restaurant's peppery biscuits with gravy were tasty, the biscuits at Hardee's are frankly better. Minton's tend to have less taste and crumble. Good but again not outstanding. Drinks come in plastic cups. The grilled turkey cheese sandwich was tasty but again not that different from the grilled cheese I make at home. It is a decent, little restaurant, and I expect I will go back. The menu items I've tried, however, were not outstanding and the prices seemed somewhat high for what I had.

So awesome. I got the pasta with smoked sausage and it blew my mind. My wife got lemon chicken and it was really good. The best part though was the pulled pork appetizer.

I have eaten at Minton's a lot with my girlfriend, and everything that we have had has been great! We have tried almost all of the brunch/lunch menu and several things on the dinner menu, and I can honestly say that I have not had one thing that did not taste great. Unfortunately, we recently moved out of state and have not had the chance to eat at Minton's for several months. Some of our favorites for breakfast would have to be the biscuit sandwich, the sweet potato hash, the apple cinnamon french toast, biscuits and gravy, and the PB & A french toast (when they have it). For lunch, I'd definitely have to recommend the Little Brother, the porkies, the Carolina Pulled Pork, and the Hot Brown. If they have the pork belly tacos on the menu, then don't pass up the chance to try them. The dinner menu changes, but if you have the opportunity then make sure to get any risotto they may have. It's cooked properly and full of flavor. The tenderloin is a must have too. Don't even think of passing up on dessert either! The only downside to Minton's is that there is not a lot of seating, and that it is not open every day.

My co-worker and I recently had lunch there. I wish that the portions were a little bigger but we definitely enjoyed our lunch. The food tasted good and we had a very pleasant lunch. It has a nice atmosphere. We even got a free birthday dessert. Would go back again.

This restaurant is absolutely one of my favorites in all of Lexington. The Veggie Hot Brown is delicious. For what it lacks in space, it makes up for in hospitality, food, and generally good conversation.

My wife bought a 10 for 20 coupon online, and we decided to give this place a try. We really enjoyed it. We went for dinner. They have a smallish menu, but It had decent variety. The spare ribs were tender and juicy. Things were maybe a little bit pricey, but the portions were good and we both left full. The lunch menu looked interesting and is probably a much better deal. We'll be back to check it out!

I give this place 4 stars for the quality of food, but 3 stars overall. I loved the fried green tomato and ham salad sandwich I had. I didn't like that my total was $8.48, plus a tip, when it was just a sandwich and not a very large one. It was sufficient for filling me up, but it seems if you're charging almost $9 for a sandwich, it should be a hell of a sandwich. I got water to drink and it was served in a plastic disposable cup. I think it would help to serve drinks in actual glasses. They have several vegan options on the menu which was good for our party. They had a mini vegan apple pie that looked great but I didn't try it, someone else in my group got it. Don't believe their online menu: it is out-of-date and changes seasonally but they don't update the web site. The cashier told me this when I tried to order the beans and cornbread which is apparently only available in the fall. I would go back here because I thought a lot of their menu options sounded interesting. I wish this place were cheaper, though.

The best part of this place is how small and intimate it is. I've only ever been here for breakfast but I'm dying to try the dinner. Must make reservations!

For those yearning for a REAL home cooked, made from scratch meals... this is the place to go in Lexington. I am officially a frequent customer there, especially for breakfast. Everything from the omelets, to their breakfast hot brown is downright delightful. The biscuits stand out from just about every biscuit I've had. While it takes a bit longer for them to make (literally from scratch) it is well worth the wait. Be sure to get the breakfast biscuit sandwich. You will not regret it. Only downside is the size: there is enough room for a max of 15 to 18 people I would say.

Ate here on a Saturday night, last night of Restaurant Week menu. Had previously viewed regular menu online and fell in love with Nick's Birthday Cake. Emailed Chef Ashley, who after finding out how much I love banana cake, graciously made the cake for our visit even though it wasn't planned for the menu that night. We had amazing scallops, the filets were perfectly cooked and the cake--DIVINE! She even packed a take home piece or 2 for us. Wait staff Julie was terrific-took great care of us. The vibe is very relaxed, bring your own wine as no liquor sold on site. Cannot wait to visit again and try some of the regular menu offerings.

Genuinely liked this place. Went with my fiance for dinner and we were both happy with our meal. VERY laid back place. I had the pulled pork tacos and she had the turkey meatloaf. Both dishes were pretty tasty and our server was great. My only complaint is I wish they had a more expansive menu, but I'm sure that will come with time. I would go back!

Great service, nice owner! Tomato soup is the bomb!! Mine was with the hot brown which was delish and my friend had it with the 4 cheese grilled sandwich with a slice of tomato--wonderful lunch! Up and coming eclectic location...once the road work is done the place will fly! Gotta go back!

I've found the best mac and cheese I've ever had! This place has changed my taste buds. You wanna talk about fresh cooking to order. The owners of this place cook the food when you order it, so you know your always getting fresh food. The Elvis pancakes were to die for! I had the ribs and mac and cheese and my buddy had the pancakes. We both came out of this place full and with a new view on food. The ladies here were so nice and friendly and sat there talking to us about different foods and just about why they do what they do. And I will tell you this place will be my new hang out in town now. I really couldn't have asked for a better meal and service while here. I really hope they open one in Hamburg. But if they don't I'm will to travel across town just for the food and service. I plan on taking all my friends here now.

Awesome service at this adorable little restaurant. I can't imagine how packed it must get here - especially on the weekends. Luckily, we came for lunch on a Tuesday and were able to snag the last table. I had the hot brown, which was really tasty. My husband had the sweet potato hash, which was okay and much better after he ordered two fried eggs to go on top. The woman behind the counter was great and helped steer us to our lunch choices. She even ran after us when we accidentally forgot our leftovers on the table! We can't wait to come back!

First time visiting. Friendly staff, delicious food. I had the savory Sweet Potato Hash. A portion large enough to feed two came to the table steaming hot with onions, spinach and an egg tossed with cubed sweet potatoes. When I go back, there are two dishes I have my appetite set on, the PBJ&A stuffed French toast and the Minton Hot Brown.

This was the perfect spot for a quick and delicious lunch. Low key atmosphere, diverse menu with some tasty vegan options. We got the sweet potato hash and the Little Brother, both vegan options. The little brother was a real treat, because Mac n cheese is a flavor we don't get much anymore. Our son got the Elvis. A heaping stack of peanut butter pancakes topped with Carmelites bananas. It was an impressive meal that he enjoyed throughout the day. Ahh leftovers. My only regret was not ordering the Sirracha tempeh sandwich. Next time we're back in Lexington this will be a must do. Family owned and operated, friendly service and quality food.

So I actually found out about Mintons during the monthly Night Market. I saw that everyone had these 'burgers' and I thought that they must be delicious if everyone had them. Well me and my boyfriend didn't get to sample so I went online to find out what restaurant this was. And when I did we made a B line for Mintons. Now I will say that it was not a burger but something called breakfast on a bun. And what a McDonald's mcgriddle wishes it was when it goes to sleep at night. Service: the waitress there the first day was so sweet, talked to us and helped us with anything we needed or questions we had. I got to meet the owner the second item we came and me and her talked. She was so nice and passionate about her restaurant and her food. Which of course makes me want to eat it haha. *important* when we first came they were actually about to close but stayed open longer just to serve us and weren't upset at all. They even did that the second time when we were all just chatting. I've never wanted to intrude on someone but they all seemed so happy to have us there. A big plus in my book. Decor: it is a small place but that isn't bad. It's comfortable, the seats are pretty, almost like your in a fancy cafe overseas. The menu is written on a chalkboard above. Easily read and seen. And many many options. And now the most important part, THE FOOD!! : The first time I came I got The Little Brother, which is a sandwich with smoked sausage links smothered in macaroni and cheese. The best Mac and cheese I've ever had, so creamy. Nothing was soggy and it made my boyfriends mouth water as well. He got the breakfast on a bun which I got to taste. Bacon jelly, I've discovered, is very yummy. Next time we came I got the caramel apple French toast. Delicious. So sweet and with sautéed apples I was in heaven. The boyfriend got biscuits and gravy. This was the real deal. All of Mintons food is. All homemade. One chef-the owner- makes this wonderful food. You sigh in happiness when you eat. It feels like home. Which is what she wants. All in all five stars. Go there, it is delightful from scratch food with waitresses and an owner who treat you like good friends.

We tried this restaurant because of a coupon, otherwise I would never have know it existed. We reluctantly ordered 2 different omelets because what we really wanted was only offered at dinner. It was the best omelet either of us had ever had. We will return for dinner soon. Parking is a problem.
