I've waited for the new Chinese buffet to open for a while now. I waited for the new opening crowds to wain...until after the lunch crowd had thinned...and went in with an open heart and no hunger...so I could give an honest review of atmosphere ... cleanliness...service and above all taste. Seated easily. The buffet was certainly smaller than most...Hot and Sour soup always first...was poor. I tried at least one scoop of Generals Chicken...pork w/ Chinese vegetables... Chicken and Broccoli... egg roll...and fried rice. To my sad dismay ...all were bland. The egg roll was greasy... the rest I finished but glad I didn't add much to the plate. There was some corn dish that I liked...that's about it. The usual ice cream and dessert bar was there...I skipped it. Clean place...restrooms well kept...I had a little trouble finding the mens' room...there were pictures of females on both doors...a little confusing to me...at least the one I picked had a urinal...so I felt that I made the right choice. If you are in Fulton and have an intense craving for Chinese...I recommend it...don't look for nothing above the basics or intense flavors.
