The coffee is good, the service is friendly and the atmosphere is top notch. It's a place for everyone. I walk from my house to this coffee shop often and see locals congregating at tables in the front, patrons working on laptops and colleagues gathering for meetings. I have trouble ordering before I get sucked in by the local artwork on display. I also attend art shows at FTC on occasion. My drink of choice is a cafe Americano with a shot of peppermint. Mmmm. My kids are obsessed with Fort Thomas coffee and ask to walk there multiple times a week. They usually choose juice boxes, or blueberry pomegranate frozen yogurt a.k.a. FRO YO during the hot months. The hidden gem for parents is the play area in the back of the coffee shop equipped with seats for little ones and plenty of toys. This area alone makes it possible for me to meet a friend and grab some coffee while having the kids with me. Since the kid area is in the back, you don't have to worry about interrupting those sipping quietly upfront. Great place. Great owners. So glad it's a part of my community.
Love this place. Just tried for first time. It wasn't busy when I was there so it was quiet and I could get lots of work done. Staff was friendly. I loved the atmosphere and always enjoy supporting local businesses. The coffee is awesome here. Definitely will be back!
Amazing. Great. So glad that this is in the community.

Only stopped in a few times, and only had the food once. Fun place to hang out, I might try to make it over here more often since it's right down the street from me. Both times I came it was kind of early, so it was quiet - which was nice. The food was good, we played some darts and pool and sampled some of their in-house beers. Friendly staff. We will definitely stop by again.
We just went here tonight for their grand opening with new owners and renovation. The new look is much more polished and contemporary. Thank goodness for a non-smoking bar in Ft. Thomas! I ordered the BLT sandwich with chips and my husband got the classic burger with fries. The service was slow but that was to be expected on their first night working out kinks. Several managers checked on us and apologized for the long wait. My BLT had delicious crispy bacon, mayo, iceberg lettuce, and tomato on toasted bread. The chips seemed to be hand-cut and fried in house; a nice surprise! My husband said his burger was juicy and on spot for a basic burger. The prices were very reasonable as well! We are glad to have a nice neighborhood bar where we can grab a cheaper meal and some drinks. I wish these new owners luck and I'm sure they will continue to improve on their service.

My roommate and I recently moved to Ft. Thomas and were looking for a cute little neighborhood restaurant for lunch one day. We came upon Cobblestone, and we couldn't have picked a better place! The atmosphere of the restaurant is so welcoming and quaint. There were so many things on the menu that sounded delicious-from sandwiches and wraps to soups and salads-that I had a hard time deciding what to get! I decided on the honey mustard chicken wrap and couldn't have been more satisfied. And the brownie I had for dessert was the best brownie I've ever had. Needless to say, my roommate and I found everything we were looking for in Cobblestone Cafe, and we can't wait to go back for a relaxing afternoon over lunch and to try some of the other menu options!
I had the twisted ham and cheese on a pretzel bun. The bun was soft and the sandwich was packed full of ham. I immediately said it was the best ham and cheese sandwich I've ever had. The chicken noodle soup is also great, and the fruit cup was actually fresh fruit, not canned fruit like many other places. I'll be going back.
Excellent offerings. Friendly and efficient service.

Still on my groupon kick, I bought the dinner for 2 for Anita's on a whim as well. After seeing the reviews, I was skeptical, but the groupon was too good of a deal to pass up - 1 Queso dip appetizer, 2 entrees, and 2 drinks for $20. My boyfriend and I arrived for a very late night dinner at 10:30 on a Friday night. When we walked in they appeared to be closing for the night, but they urged us to stay. I'm so appreciative they stayed open for us. I ordered the garden quesadilla - DELICIOUS! It had zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, and I substituted the carrots out for spinach. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. Other Mexican restaurants I have been to don't have as many vegetable options, so I was really impressed. We will definitely be making return trips to Anita's!!
I came here with some of my girlfriends for dinner recently. I can't say that there is anything really special about this place that separates it from all the other Mexican restaurants in the area. It's spacious enough on the inside to host large parties and there is outside seating for warmer weather. The service was fast and friendly. The food, well there are a couple of things on the menu that are better here than they are at the "other place" down the road in Newport, and vise versa. All in all the food was good and my friends and I enjoyed ourselves.
Having just moved from Southern California I was concerned about not having good authentic Mexican food. Imagine my pleasure in finding what I consider a good Mexican restaurant right here in Fort Thomas. I am not sure why others have rated the service poorly. In my 6 visits in the last 2 months the service has been prompt and attentive. Food has come quickly and drinks as well. On the food side here is a breakdown: Shrimp Diablo- rich flavorful sauce - spot on Stuffed pablanos - great stuffing - spot on Enchilada special - good version - not my fav though Shrimp cocktail - just like hawthorn in la - spot on Combination fajita's - up there with any I have had anywhere - really good Chulita Suisa - authentic - not my fav One thing I wished is that they made the cheap margarita fresh versus the slushy machine. But hey, the 20 oz margarita is cheap

This is the worst subway restaurant I've ever been to. Been here a dozen times due to location. Never gotten my sandwich in under 20 minutes. Today they were not very busy, but were out of banana peppers, onions, and olives. Workers appeared stoned, not alert, slow slow slow.
