I ordered the Tuesday special. I ate the Chicken & dumplings with mashed potatoes and green beans with a roll. The food was okay. It filled me yes. However, I was not very satisfied. I expected to get some flavor. I did not experience that.

We were SO hungry I'm pretty sure we would have settled for anything. Ok, well that's pretty much what we did! This place was hilarious: weird combo of breakfast all day diner and Chinese food. It's definitely a down home place complete with the bearded regular chiding everyone who comes in. The food took about 35 minutes. They don't have cream for the coffee (non-dairy only). It was ok as bland food goes. I had a sausage breakfast sandwich (edible) and the hash browns with onions (good). My husband had the waffle (standard, Log Cabin syrup), bacon (two pieces, decent), and the hash browns with onions. All in all I would not recommend this place unless you're super hungry and have no other options.

Very fresh house salad. The only complaint is they don't have mushroom. My friends ordered their milk shake and they were pretty happy with it. If you want home cook instead of fast food, it would be good place to go for a small town.

Milkshakes! The milkshakes were very worth the trip here if you are ever nearby in Campton. The food is average, yet the service is very hospitable. The food is average priced, and comes out very quick.

My friends and I went here for lunch the other day and left full, but a little unsatisfied. The food was not as original as I might have hoped, but it was still good. I got the tenderloin sandwich, french fries, and a salad. The sandwich had a good flavor, but was nothing new and the french fries were way crispy and barely edible. The salad was the best part of the meal because of how fresh the produce was! The service was fantastic and the waitress was very kind and sweet. The atmosphere of the restaurant is kind of like an old-town diner and it was very interesting to see all the regulars camped out.

The burgers here are awesome! Everything tastes so fresh. The prices are so phenomenal, I got a burger sandwich with curly fries and a cup of cocoa for only 6 dollars. The atmosphere is very hospitable. The restaurant is run locally by a family. Jim is the owner and named his restaurant after his son. Jim's mother works there and his wife helps serve on Tuesdays when she is off her other job. This family is very kind and welcoming. I felt as though I had known them for a while and was just walking in to get a meal. There service is great they make sure there customers are satisfied and well taken care of. This is a small restaurant in Wolfe county but people definitely need to stop by! The prices are great the the welcoming atmosphere is well worth it.

Tyler's has only been in business for a year and it looks like a success. The food was really good. I ordered the cheeseburger platter and it came with fries and cole slaw. It was a relaxing day for us and it was smart to have it here. The owner is nice and it is a family restaurant.

. My friends and I ate there last week after working all morning. So glad we did! It hit the spot! We'd been intending on trying it , especially since so many of the locals recommended it! Always the cheeseburger enthusiast, I ordered one along with some onion rings. (they also serve sweet potato fries which I love but they were out....everyone else got to 'em first I suppose.) It was so delicious...a great juicy burger and hot crispy onion rings. The staff of the restaurant are mostly family members and they do such a wonderful job. The lady who served us was so attentive and went out of her way to get everything we could want. One of my friends wanted hot chocolate, and though it wasn't on the menu, our server made it happen! This is such a great addition to Campton. Again, right on a main road, easy to find, great food and you can get to know what else is going on in the area through people who know and love Wolfe County right there serving you. We were able to learn some interesting stories about the area while eating our lunch. The walls are also decored with folk art, burn and etched wood, and the staff can tell you all about the artists who made them. Wonderful experience!
