Awesome pizza and breadsticks. May be the best pizza I've ever had in KS. Will definitely be a regular weekly dinner for us.

I would rank this pizza above the fast food pizza chains. Good amount of toppings. One option was for extra sauce. I asked for this, as I always feel chicago style pizza never have enough. This pizza still seemed lacking in the amount of sauce, even after that request. They have other items on the menu such as sandwiches and salads. They have delivery.

Tiny little restaurant; seemed most were carry out. The pizza was fine, but nothing to come back again for, unless all you can get otherwise are chain pizzas.

Great pizza. We always order the same items but it is always a different price. I think their a little expensive but they do have generous amounts of toppings. We used to order twice a week but recently the person who takes the order can't get it right. We asked for an extra little cup of onions and one of sauce. They brought large size drink cups of chopped onions and pizza sauce and charged us 10.00 extra! $5.00 for each cup. Thankfully, we had the same delivery girl and she deducted this. Afraid to order delivery again. I was surprised they haven't sent us a coupon or called to find out why we disappeared .

Buffalo chicken pizza is amazing. Lots of chicken pieces on each bite. The sauce isn't too spicy. I didn't order the celery on top. You have to try this

after receiving an ict pizza and not seeing bacon, sunflower seeds or bbq sauce. I called to make sure that I received the right pizza. The man that answered was incredibly rude. I hope they dont treat all of their customers that way. I will find another pizza place next time. Good pizza but Jerks are bad business

Best pizza in Wichita. We ran into this place by accident when family was in town and now my mother asks for it every time they are here. It's not your usual pizza, it has many different flavors and knolla's sauce is made from scratch, and single handily makes the pizza perfect. Even the dessert pies are delicious, ask for extra icing......

A recent transplant from Chicago and new farm wife, I am on a quest to find some facsimilie of my beloved Chicago pizza here in Wichita. Wanting to go to someplace not so predictable as Old Chicago, I opted for Knolla's as my first attempt. They offer both New York style (which evidently has a thinner crust) and "Chicago style" which is a pan pizza. What followed was three disappointments and a nice bright spot in the meal. Now, anyone who's a true Chicagoan knows that traditional Chicago pizza is deep dish, not pan. That was my first disappointment. I should have known that this was not anywhere near authentic when the cashier told me it'd be about 15 minutes to have the pizza ready. True deep dish Chicago pizza takes at least 45 minutes. We ordered an Italian sausage and green pepper "Chicago style" pizza. When it arrived, I was disappointed in what I saw. The pizza looked just OK. The crust was thick, stiff, sugary, airy, and dry. The sauce was so thick and sticky that it too had dried out, to me. The sausage was just OK. I was wishing for bigger, more flavorful sausage chunks. Worst of all, the green peppers had been diced into oblivion into about 1/8" pieces. Somebody must have been mad at green peppers that day. Or mad at the world, maybe. I don't know why people in this part of the world insist on chopping things to within an inch of their lives. This isn't the only place I've seen this. I visited a café near me, and the nuts too were minced in uniform little chunks. There's something just not right with the teeny tiny size, and the disturbing uniformity of the resulting product. Better that the chopped whatever-it-is be NOT so small, so the flavor can explode in your mouth, rather than on the cutting board. So, that was the second disappointment. We also got salads. They came with iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese, sunflower seeds, broccoli, bacon, a nice sliced egg sitting whole off to the side of the bowl, and pickled okra. Pickled okra? Yes. I'd never tried it, but had a bite of it and decided that my husband, who had already wolfed his down, could use more, so I lent him mine. Well I've got to give Knolla's credit for trying something different. It's a polarizing thing--you either love it or hate it. I would have liked to see a darker green such as romaine for the base lettuce, as it's far more nutritious than iceberg. But, I have to say, the rest of the salad was incredibly delicious and satisfying. In fact, I liked the salad better than I liked the pizza--we both did! On to dessert. We shared a soft chocolate chip cookie that was calling me from the glass jar by the counter. It, too, was dry. But the jarringly surprising thing was that the cookie had such an overbearing taste of baking soda that it made the cookie downright terrible. I am giving this place two stars, because the salad is what carried the rating. I'll move on to other places in my quest for an authentic taste of Chicago. I might not ever find it, but hopefully something will come reasonably close.
