Very friendly & fast service. The place is quite noisy though. We tried the steak burgers & they are very salty. Fries were pretty good. Love the Freddy's sauce. Frozen custards were amazing - so smooth. I'll be back for more frozen custards.

If you live in wichita you have to love Freddies. Best fries can't find anywhere else :). Love their fries sauce and patty melt is my favorite. Too bad I can't go there every day. Not that I love their food, but I care about how many calories I am taking.

I tried Freddy's steakburgers for the first time and WOW, I think I just found a new favorite burger joint. I ordered the double steakburger california style (hold the onions) and it was quite delectable. The steakburgers were juicy, the cheese was melty, the freddy's sauce was rich, and the burger had just the right amount of grease...which is absolutely acceptable to expect from a delicious burger :) The steakburger patties are thin, that's why I got a double, plus I love the crispy edges of the patties. Their fries are slender, shoestring cut---reminiscent of those canister picnic potato sticks that I used to love as a kid. I had my fries with a side of freddy's sauce instead of ketchup and it was finger-licking good. Their chocolate custard was also great---rich and creamy. I'm glad that I tried Freddy's. This place is now my go-to, drive-thru burger spot in the area.

I'd stack a Freddie's steak burger against an In & Out double double any day and Freddy would win by a nose. Best burger joint in the widwest by far. Their growing though so maybe we'll have an In & Out taste off someday.

Freddy's is one of the few fast food joints I'll gladly visit with enthusiasm (and will hop off and back onto the turnpike for). The burgers have thin patties, always cooked fresh to order and served hot. Cheese is always sufficiently melted, and the toppings and bun are always fresh and tasty too. The fries are thin shoestring-style. If you eat them right away, fresh from the fryer, they taste best of course, but that's true for most fries. Their Chicago dogs are great too-- they use Vienna Beef dogs (the only way to make one correctly). The custard is awesome when you have a sweet tooth, creamier and richer than your typical soft-serve fare. I'm partial to the concrete (their equialent to a DQ blizzard). I usually order it made with chocolate custard, with peanut butter and oreos mixed in. They also have sundaes, cones and the like. We usually just go through the drive-through, but the dining room and restrooms are usually clean and well cared-for (typically better, the closer they are to their Wichita HQ). This location can get pretty busy on weekends and holidays, particularly when The Warren is offering the most popular new blockbusters. Even so, they still seem to get customers through the line fairly quickly. Definitely worth the stop if you're hungry on the go, but don't want/ like typical fast food options.

Freddy's stake burgers are to die for! (Not Literally but you get what I mean) the thin fries are good and make you feel like you are eating more.(that means you people on a diet). Who wants thick Greece fries when you can have thin fries. The custard is amazing I'm not kidding!

Food is not that good. I think they people love it here because it started here. Was not impressed with burgers or fries. However, great frozen custard!! Will return again just for that.
