    Waited over 50 minutes for our food. Still not done. Manager "threw" our 29.98 back at us when we asked for a refund. Change went on the floor. Some adults working here would help manage things.

    I'm addicted to the teriyaki steak... I always eat all of it. It's a little pricy for what it is.

    I love it! Cooked to order and the sauces are delicious. The meals are reasonably priced and a drink is included. Large portions. Takes awhile to get your food. Took an hour to get our food this go around. Food came 15 minutes apart after the intial wait. Lost a stare because of this. If your feeling impatient, I recommend calling in a togo order well in advance.

    PAN FRIED BAND-AID!!!!!!! Oh my god!!!!! My brother found a used fried band-aid in his stir fry today. Sooo disgusting. He was able to snap a picture of before they took it from him. I wanted to vomit and so did he. Needless to say, never eating there again. Ever. And I'm certain that just violated a strew of health codes. Hope you're up to date with your vaccines brother, it was nice knowing you.

    We ordered the teriyaki steak and chicken as well as the scallops. The teriyaki steak was good but the chicken was very dry. The fried rice comes with the meal was almost inedible. Very hard and flavorless. The final bill comes to almost $30. Definitely not worth it!

    My name is Phet Son, the owner of Emperor's Japanese Grill on Maple and Ridge and I would like to first and foremost apologize to Aaryn E. and his brother for having the band-aid in his meal. There are no excuses for such occurrences and an apology is definitely warranted. In our attempt to apologize, we did offer to re-cook the meal, return money back for the meal, as well as offering a $20 gift card, but nothing can justify the error that was taken place, which had the potential of causing serious harm. I teach my employees the correct guidelines that obey to the Kansas Health Department; however, it seems that human error occurred in this situation. I take full responsibility for the error and I promise that I have talked to my staff and reiterated the importance of food safety and have implementing such changes in which I promise an incident such as this will never occur again. Again, I would like to apologize to Aaryn E. and his brother for their hazardous experience at our restaurant and promise that this error will never to occur again.
