I have eaten here several times. Food is always hot and tasty but portions are a little small for my taste.

I have only been here once and it was a pretty good experience. You have many options to eat. They have free ice cream but when I went it wasn't working so instead they gave us free cookies! They have their own chips, BBQ sauce, etc. I like the fact that the employees were really nice and wanted to make sure we had a nice time there. My mom was in love with her choice of food. Definitely coming back !!

This place has Good food, good service, and free ice cream. Portion sizes are great, lots of side options which can be rare for BBQ joints, and the meat is flavorful. We tried pulled pork, turkey, cheddar sausage, and brisket. All were fantastic. The beans are good and sweet, cornmeal battered okra was crispy, coleslaw was sweet and the fries were hot and yummy. We will definitely be back!

Liked the food but service was lacking. Too much chatting between the employees behind the counter, didn't know when it was my turn to talk or order. Started closing things down at 8:30 on a Friday, open until 9. Had to ask for more tea to be made because they had taken it all away. 60% of tables already had chairs upside down on them. In my opinion, if you are open until 9, everything stays available until that time!

I have been to several wichita area BBQ joints since moving here. I can honestly say that coming from st. Louis there is absolutely nothing here that even come close to what's offered there. With that being said, this place isn't terrible...or great. It's like McDonalds. Consistent...and you know what you're gonna get. Pulled pork is decent, brisket is pretty flat however. No smoke ring or flavor after how long in the smoker? I guess you should never expect much from places that don't smell like smoke when you pull up.

Went here two times and decided to wait until I went at least more than once to post an unbiased review. Well I got the special of the day the westerner bbq sandwich which gives you a choice of two meats, I got the brisket and polish sausage. The gentleman in the front cutting the meat has an obvious passion for the bbq he is cutting and preparing for the customers, I would even go as far to say he makes the experience even better with how he explains the cuts of meat and what options go great together. Kids eat free on Sunday's which was also nice. Great bbq place and a million times better than hog wild and two brothers.
