Luke warm bland watered down soup and my ruben was cold in the center. Also made my wife's sandwich wrong. I love the Rock Rd location but this location even with the better building is terrible. It's been a while since I last had cinnamon's but it seemed like the prices jumped since last year.

I was craving some soup in a bread bowl, and sandwich style so I stopped by for lunch. Ordered the half sandwich with cup of soup combo and grabbed a bottle of sweet tea. I paid $14 for that!! Couldn't believe the ridiculous price for lunch, at least make it a whole sandwich, good lord! No wonder why there wasn't any patrons there and it was lunch time. I gave it only 2 stars because the food was good, but it wasn't that great. Overpriced & slow service. Not impressed.

Seen the commercials for this deli so gave it a try. When I walked in my first impression was not good. The place is bare and dirty. The display case has boxes and stored meat in it. The walls are blank with no decor. The wall behind the counter is empty with no signs or anything to look at. No character to this place. Is this a new location or what because it seems like they either just moved in or they are moving out. Totally unprofessional looking. Tables and floors were disgusting. The wall next to our booth was dirty and looked like the tables had been yank out because there was a table indention where they might have been bolted in or something. Just not super impressed at all. Tuna salad and potato soup were alright. Wouldn't come to this location again especially for prices steeper than panera. If I'm going to pay $8 for a soup it's going to be somewhere that looks like an actual restaurant on the inside.

This is the place to go. There soups are the bomb! The sandwiches are pretty good too. I really love the pickles. Get a cookie at the end of your meal their pretty good. The lines are long at first but it doesn't take too long. (But doesn't a long line mean that other people like it too trust me on this one , you won't regret it ) just because it says cinnamons deli doesn't mean there cinnamon in your sandwich it's just a name.(really there's no cinnamon in really anything.) sorry cinnamon lovers.

You walk into this place and the employees just stare at you. You walk up to order and they continue starring. The tables are always disgusting, with dried soup and crumbs everywhere. The floor is even worse. The bread they use for the sandwiches is dry and crumbles, they mash all sandwiches with a tortilla press I assume to keep the bread intact. What really cracked me up is how they all wear chef jackets. Since when does building a sandwich make you a chef? Do yourself a favor and choose another place.

Love this restaurant. Very unique sandwiches and delicious bread bowl soups. Been eating here since I was a kid! Turkey avocado cream cheese sandwich and the clam chowder is my favorite meal.

Will not be going back. Grilled cheese was not good. The tomato soup was dreadful. It tasted like it came straight from the can and was made with water. We waited in line forever as well. They need an updated register to take orders.

After looking over the menu, I decided on the greek salad with baked chicken. The salad was so fresh and tasty. The dressing was amazing and the chicken was very tender. The huge chunks of feta and juicy tomatoes made the dish. Many of the soups looked delicious-my cousin tried the Potato Soup Au Gratin and loved it. Fresh bread and cookies also looked great. I will be coming back.

Really good sandwiches!!! Good deal, get a half sandwich and soup with bread bowl for like 8 bucks. The half sandwich is HUGE, seems like a good sized whole sandwich. High quality meat. Soups are outstanding. Simple food, very very good. Wish they used sourdough as bread bowls instead if french bread but not a big deal.

Might have been my choice in sandwich, but honestly thought it was the most plain overpriced sandwich I have ever paid for. I ordered the Beef and Cheddar sandwich with the potato salad for 7.79. $8 and some change after taxes. They do it old school by writing with a paper and pen and call out your name after it's prepared. The half sandwich is decently sized. May appear small, but more than enough which includes the side dish. The bread was an over sized pieces of white bread toasted. The cheese was melted on top of the slices of beef with lettuce and mayo on the bottom. That seems pathetic, considering other deli/sandwich shops custom what you want topped on it. Tomatoes, pickles, onions and maybe a few other things would have made it perfect. The meat was completely dry. I thought for the price, I would be getting premium lunch meat. The potato salad was plain as well. It came in a Styrofoam cup. It wasn't even seasoned or saucy as you would expect potato salad to be. The potatoes themselves were good, but typically they put a bit more flavor and different ingredients to make it stand out when it comes to other competition. Perhaps their other sandwiches and soup combos are good, but this I could not recommend or purchase again. Bocco Deli off of Central serves everything fresh and handmade. It's juicier and more flavorful than Cinnamon Deli's offering. The place itself is HUGE. There is seating anywhere. So good chance that you'll easily be able to find a spot to sit at. I guess I had high expectations this place would be awesome, but fell flat as average at best.
