Friends of ours got married here last night. Not only were the facilities lovely, everything about the evening was wonderful. The view of the countryside while sitting thru the ceremony was near absolute perfection (I prefer mountains, but as Kansas goes, it works). The dinner was delicious and all of the staff were kind and accommodating. Will certainly keep this lodge in mind for a weekend getaway!

What a cute lodge! We spent the night there as a getaway during some of our home-remodeling projects. We stayed in the French Quarter room which was perfectly comfortable, the layout was nice and they had a DVD player & radio in the room too. The neighbors we had were loud at first but after they recovered from the shock of the Jacuzzi in the room they didn't disturb us. The food was delicious (we had dinner & breakfast) they have an extensive selection of coffee & tea, and the water bottles/popcorn in the room are complimentary! I'd like to visit in the summer when we can use the pool and do some hiking.

Beautiful place! We had our family reunion there and couldn't have asked for anything more. Great food! Great rooms! Ran by the greatest family and staff! Can't wait to go back.

My husband and I stayed in one of the suites here last fall for a quick weekend getaway. The grounds are beautiful, the fish in the ponds plentiful, the bed comfortable, and the food amazing. We plan to come back here often whenever we need a relaxing respite. Great hospitality and wonderful atmosphere.

Cedar Crest Lodge made our 9th anniversary incredible and memorable time. We usually stay at timeshare resorts but this B&B tops any getaway resort we'vebeen to. This hidden gem in Kansas of all places surprised both my husband and i. Thanks to Matt, Laura, the boys for taking good care of this place and making it feel like home. The wonderful landscape and decor is elegant yet unpretentious. Really soft towels, comfortable beds, a jacuzzi tub, complimentary H20 and popcorn, all lend a touch of country hospitality. The food is home cooked and very good! Laura satisfied our gluten free, vegetarian and dairy free requirements as well. Matt made sure all our needs were met. The pets aka trail guides kept us safe and entertained on our trail walks. I will always have pleasant memories of our walks and views of the lakes and ponds on the grounds. i'm so glad we stayed 2 nights instead of just one. i was afraid we wouldnt like it but this turned out to be the most relaxing and reflective time of any getaway i've ever had! next time i'd like to bring my girlfriends for a retreat and spa treatment. thank you again Cedar Crest Lodge for an amazing time!

When planing our wedding, we stumbled upon Cedar Crest Lodge - and I'm so glad we did! Matt and Laura were so flexible throughout the planning process and were absolutely amazing on the day, sorting every last detail out. The staff are so friendly, the views are incredible, the food was delicious - it really is a beautiful place. All of our guests commented on what an amazing venue it was. Our stay was perfect too - we spent our wedding night in the Wine Country Room, which was so luxurious and peaceful, and this was then topped off with a fantastic breakfast in the sunroom. I highly recommend the Lodge, either for a wedding or a relaxing getaway. Can't wait to go back!
