This place has ruined my meals for the rest of the week it was sooooo good. One of those perfect places that time hasn't changed too much and the food shows it. Awesome cinnamon rolls in the morning, bread is huge and buttery goodness and don't even get me started on the cherry pie. A REAL pie joint. I only wish I had more time there, as I saw the open-face roast beef sandwich land on someone else's table and I am still dreaming of it. I Will Be Back! Thanks to the great waitress that kept my coffee cup full all morning!

I really enjoyed my meal at Harry's. I had a triple decker with roast pork. It was a neat take on a club sandwich. I'd definitely go back.

Harry's is a great place to get a slice of homemade pie or cinnamon rolls as big as a plate. They serve typical cafe dishes that we love. open face hot beef sandwich or chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes that are so good. they have pecan waffles for breakfast also along with the usual breakfast ham and eggs or etc. Right on the main road through town so it is easy to find. Great place to eat.

I've only been here for breakfast, so I can't talk about any of the other food, but the breakfast is awesome! Low prices, large, filling portions and super nice staff! Okay, the place is a little...worn. I almost said dumpy but that sounded bad. Ignore your surroundings, and just enjoy the food! This was my dad's favorite place for breakfast, and he a;ways loved the biscuits and gravy. Which I think was my dad's favorite breakfast food EVER. I like the ham and cheese omelet with toast and hash browns for $5.99. Yup, a full breakfast NOT from a fast food place for about $6.50 (remember there is tax on food in Kansas!). You just can't beat that...plus it's god food, served by friendly people. You seat yourself. I've never had to wait, although I think I've gotten lucky. The seats are a little close together, and some of the booths are kinda small. I've lost some weight, and there are still a few booths that I have a hard time being comfortable in. But otherwise it's your typical diner seating...some seating at the counter, the rest booths and tables. There's parking in front on Broadway, or parking around back. I've never had a problem parking in Pittsburg, but maybe in the fall when the kids are heading back to university? I don't know. I've been coming to this little town for years to visit my dad, and really have never seen it busy... If you want a good breakfast, at a decent price, come to Harry's! I don't think you'll be disappointed!

What beats all day breakfast that is definitely homemade? Not much unless it's their made from scratch cookies, or open face post roast sandwiches. Another local dive that has been around for generations and is a must eat at place in Pittsburg. They sometimes have funky hours but don't miss out.

I live this little cafe! If you go between 9-11 you are going to have to wait in line for a table. The coffee is good here. All the desserts are homemade and delicious. Cookies, pies, cinnamon rolls. My food has been cold a few times and one time my waffle was very dry, but everything can't be perfect every time you go, right? Most of the help have been there for years so refills and everything is never a problem. It's a little cramped but its THE place to go for breakfast. Chicken Fried Steak breakfast is probably my faborite if I'm not craving something sweet. They also serve lunch. When I'm craving a burger and fries I usually go here.

Decent food, somewhere between diner and family restaurant. Everything was the correct temperature and plentiful portions. Prices were in line with what I'd expect. The atmosphere was lacking severely and service was awkward. We had a stern farmer's wife type clucking at our selections when she took our order, and a girl who looked about seventeen calling us "sweetie" and "baby" at checkout. Not my favorite service to be honest.

This is a great place to eat in Pittsburg. I have been eating there since the 80's. Their Chicken Fried Steaks and their Roast Beef on a open face sandwich is great. Did i mention their home made pies? They are the best i always get the chocolate or coconut cream pies. You must get there early for lunch or your selection of pie can be limited.
