I am giving a 4 because the cook or whoever is in the back kept yelling if u don't like my attitude send me home...I dare you. Very disrespectful. On a good note, our waitress had to work alone the register, all tables, cleaning tables, placing orders, refilling drinks, listen to customers complain about the rude girl or food not right. She was awesome. Smiled and friendly to everyone in here. Made sure to make eye contact and let people know she hasn't forgotten anyone. Very professional and made recommendations. Her name was Arumi.

Late night dinner, typical Denny's food it was good. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in :-) Our waitress was friendly and food was delivered fast, the manager was very nice too. My experience was very pleasant I am a happy customer. Thank you!

For me, Denny's hits the spot at 3am. The service at this location is usually pretty good but can be a bit spotty. But the food is standard Denny's and the prices are good. If you aren't too messed up it's also an awesome place to people watch.

There is another Denny's I love so I know it's not the chain but this particular one. We went late at night, sometime between 11 and 12. First when we got there it was nearly empty so there was no rush on them but it still took forever for them to get us seated. Then after getting seated they of course asked us for what we would like to drink, we ordered hot chocolate and water, and they got it to us rather quickly. Unfortunately they never came to get our food order. We waited for a good 15 minutes, though we were talking the whole time so didn't notice too much, but once another customer came in and was asked what they wanted to order I realized we had been waiting too long. We decided to just pay for the hot chocolate and leave but then it turned out that they never opened a bill for us. So being the good customers that we were we decided to wait for them to enter us in so we could pay and leave... I still think they should have made the hot chocolate free after that terrible service. Never going there again.

Wow. I honestly don't know if I've ever had a worse meal at a chain restaurant. We are staying at the hotel next door and decided to eat at Denny's since kids eat free on Saturdays. My mom ordered a slammich and hashbrowns, mac n cheese and broccoli for my daughter, and I ordered a Medium T-bone, broccoli, and rice. The "food" we were served was, a gelatinous mass of cheese and oil soaked OLD hashbrowns from who knows when, a brick of mac n cheese and microwaved/soggy broccoli (my daughter wouldn't touch it), and I got a RAW, not rare, RAW steak and instead of the rice I ordered, I got a brick of mac n cheese. I would have complained to my server but she was no where in the empty restaurant be found. The server had to be reminded to bring my daughters milk. Our water was empty for quite awhile before she refilled it. I recommend going next door to the hotel and eating their food. Even if you have to pay for it, the food and service is MUCH better.

We were the 5th and 6th customers in line waiting to be seated, however decided to wait. Once a server reached us she explained how they were understaffed...we heard a few variations of this up until we were walking out. Orders were wrong, orders were cold. I can understand that due to 4 people calling in there would be a delay, however when we arrived and during our meal the place wasn't even close to being crowded with 3 servers and manager on the floor. But despite the flaws which seem "normal" for this Denny's it is very entertaining and plus it is Denny's so I don't expect 5 star service.

It had been years since I've been to a Denny's....now I know why. The place wasn't that busy but it seemed to be a struggle to be acknowledged to be seated. The wait staff was quick with a menu and water. My coffee was never refilled unless I signaled for service. Food was average. French toast, bacon, sausage and eggs. The sausage was cold and bacon barely large enough to recognize. The French toast was perfect. The place overall could use a good cleaning!! Will I return....very doubtful.

Went to this Denny's 7/27/14 for breakfast and every time we go to Denny's we order a side salad. Our waitress was "Arumi A" and when I ordered it she looked at me like I had 3 heads and smiled and walked off. I waited and watched and she blatantly did not bring me one. It seeemed as though she felt I didn't need a side salad at breakfast time. OR there was a language barrier and she did the whole smile and nod thing. Anyhow. The experience annoyed me. I would have tipped her 6 and a half bucks on a $35.16 ticket #404439 10:01am, but she was politely rude with limited English I'm sure. I won't be back to this Denny's. The back of the house has begun to bleed into the front. I was a server at IHOP for several years in my early adult life so when I say that it's not like I'm being racist. Back houses of these breakfast restaurants are employed predominantly by Hispanic immigrants with little to no English. I have nothing against any race, color, size, shape, religion. I do believe a place must be poorly managed to have waitstaff that doesn't speak fluent english. Or like I said our waitress blatantly ignored my request for a salad because she could. Our food otherwise was fine except for when I asked for Tobasco. Since when does Denny's not have Tobasco? Another waitress tried telling me that Denny's no longer offers Tobasco. Quite frankly I would have preferred to hear the honest truth. Hey sorry we're all out of that. Ugh annoying experience. Should have gone to IHOP.

I literally walked out after I got my drink. The lady didn't even greet us just held her hand up and pointed at the table. She was slamming our cups right snatched our menus away. I hate walking out on places like that but honestly horrible customer service and it didn't feel like they really gave a damn what happened. The place is also filthy.

Service at the speed of slow. My husband and I waited for a hostess to seat us. Waited for someone to take our drink order. Waited for someone to bring us our silverware. Took forever to get our food. Won't be back to this location.

Came here around 9:30 Saturday to hit up the Hobbit menu before seeing the movie at Cinemark. It took almost an hour to get our food. With a party of four, the waitress got one order wrong, then my order wrong twice. When I finally got my pumpkin pancakes (actually pretty fluffy and delicious), there was still no butter or syrup. The server went to go get some, but apparently forgot on her way to the kitchen. I had to flag her down five minutes later. The most redeeming part of this visit was a conversation overheard from the table next to us, about a different Denny's waitress: GUY 1 "Sweet girl." GUY 2 "Yeah, that's my stalker's ex-roommate."

Cheap, convenient, and always open; but the service is consistently bad & the restrooms are generally a wreck. Best to hit it up at some ungodly inebriated hour when the lack of options makes it seem more attractive.

I've been here many times, most recently when everyone was closed Christmas Eve night and Christmas night. I was out for a late night snack and was pleased to have a great meal, friendly service, and always good conversation. 24 Hour Breakfast is a major plus! What else could someone want?

I just had eaten in this restaurant and the service was the worst. I only got one drink and had to go to the register to get my check. The food wasn't all that great either . I would not go back to this restaurant anymore. I had spoken with the manager at the cash register she did not seem all that concerned with what i had told her and explained to me that it was her first week and said nothing more to the lack of service that i have received.

Just had dinner! The fish was hot. Rice good. But the service was lacking. The server brought over additional tartar sauce which my friend requested, he also had fish. After that nothing. The server did not ask how our food tasted or even refill our water glasses.
