We love Miss B's for breakfast. If you're not worried about calories--go for the large cinnamon roll DEEP FRIED!! Delicious!!

Wow. My first time here and it was more than worth the 20+ mile drive for breakfast. I had the chicken fried steak which comes with 2 eggs, hash browns, gravy and toast. The chicken fried steak is a huge piece of meat with a flavorful breading. Delicious country breakfast for $9.99. They have a smaller (yet still good-sized) version for S8.99. I was part of a party of 9 and we were seated and served quickly. The server was very helpful and kept our coffee cups full and hot. Our group had a broad selection of menu items and everyone was happy with their food. Great food, friendly attentive service, and very reasonable prices.

Have eaten here before and will again. The service was good as were the breakfast items. Liked it enough that we took friends from Phoenix so they could enjoy.

I am a picky eater. I have been here over 20 times and have yet to be disappointed. Truly the only 5 star rating I have ever posted on yelp! The Reuben and strawberry pie are my favorite.

Who'd have thought that I'd find the best chicken fried steak in Louisburg, Kansas ? And for breakfast! The biggest, and OMG the least expensive...$8.99. This is enough food to feed a starving 3rd world country! And lucky for me I felt like one this morning and headed to Miss B's Cafe for the best breakfast of my life. * Shock and Awe* it did not include crab or hollandaise sauce and wasn't served with a blood orange Mimosa! Double shock! But! Dang! It was amazing! So if you want to be shocked and awed...head to Miss Bs Cafe...in Louisburg, Kansas. This is not the Missy Bs of drag queen fame in Westport. I'm talking heaping portions of country food love! Come and get you some lovin baby!!

Tried Miss B's b/c of the Yelp reviews & they didn't disappoint! The food was good & plentiful & the staff was friendly & attentive. Our server invited us back for the Sunday buffet. We will be going back for that!

You can't beat the food, unless you consider the prices! Homemade and so reasonable. Come hungry, leave happy. We are especially fond of their strawberry pie. Great service, makes you feel welcome!

Wow, what great food! Biscuits and gravy were perfectly peppered. Bacon was cooked to satisfaction. Pancakes were HUGE! People were all SO nice. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and it was more like chicken and dumplings which was an upgrade in my book-- fantastic! I also ordered the sunrise sandwich. The sandwich was a buttered English muffin with cheese, bacon and fried egg. Husband got the number 7 and a pancake. (#7 Two biscuits with gravy, sausage, and eggs.) Dinner plate sized pancake. For dessert a cup of hot cocoa and a slice of chocolate pie. Heaven. All this and glass of lemonade for about 22 bucks. They close at 2pm (at least on Sunday). They have lunch as well as breakfast... saving it for another day. Turn right at the blinking red lights on Metcalf Road (coming from 69). It's in the Bollinger Square.

My parents love love love this place. Maybe because it's soft on the wallet. I've eaten there several times and I too like the small town feel and the home cooked food. We eat buffet on Sundays. Today we took my ever so picky sister who never likes any of the buffets we go to, but she actually loved it. Her husband also loved it. Wow, that never happens. The staff are always friendly and even remembers what I like to drink. It gets a little warm in there in the hot summer months but at least we don't freeze like other restaurants. Another good thing about this restaurant is that there isn't long lines on a Sunday after church. The most we have ever waited was 5 min. Always plenty of parking too.

The BEST fried chicken that me and my group of six had ever eaten. As a added bonus, our waitress named Ali was perfect. I highly recommend this piece of chicken Heaven. Terry Van Der Tuuk

This place is wonderful!!! My husband and I tried Miss B's for breakfast, each getting the chicken fried steak meal. Firstly, the CFS is hand-breaded and the best I've EVER eaten! The plates are so big for the price and we could have split one meal leaving us completely content, but then we wouldn't have had delicious leftovers! Absolutely no question we will return and spread the word to friends!

My family ate here for lunch after a morning at the Louisburg Cider Mill. It was recommended to us by a "local" as where "locals" go to eat. If you're looking for home cooking - this is the place, a true treasure. GREAT food and GREAT service!
