Took a cross-country trip with my family and had to stop in Lindsborg. To my surprise, I found this incredible cafe with a very collegial vibe (Bethany College is a few blocks away). It was late afternoon, yet the coffee was fresh and had several choices. Of course, I chose the Swedish blend (Think Gevalia and Lofbergs Lila). The pastries we had were homemade. The best part was the atmosphere with raised platform towards the end, high ceilings with fans and overall inviting atmosphere.
