Solid delivery. I've been to IHOPs in many cities, so it is a pretty known experience. This site was clean, service was very good and attentive, and the food was what you would expect from a chain breakfast place. Better than I had expected from some of the previous reviews. But a good value. I'd certainly go back.

We quickly got a table on a Sunday with a party of 7. Food was served fairly quickly. We were new to the area and the staff was very helpful at orienting us to the area.

Service was great. Food was hot. Everything seemed clean. A bit warm and busy in here today for Veterans Day. We came for lunch and got a sandwich and omelette. Also the free short stack (red white and blue). Food came out at the same time. I was missing my salad for my omelette. My side of fruit was nasty and old. I asked for my hash browns to be on the side and not in omelette, I get both on the side and in the omelette. The free pancakes were good. The waitress brings out a stack of two when clearly the email from IHOP says a short stack of 3. She goes on to show me their printed version and I show her the email from the company. I let up, not going to get mad over free food but they shouldn't change it. She's sweet so she brings another pancake out for each of us. There's a coupon on the receipt but I didn't get a chance to use it or get it back for later. They also have 10% off military discount. Soo minor things that could be fixed. I'll come again one day.

The only reason this gets one star is there is not a no star choice. We went their for late lunch today and our order was screwed up as usual. Last time we went forgot my wife's food all together. Time before that my sons cheese was not melted nor the bread toasted on a grilled cheese. It just goes on and on. I would NOT recommend this IHOP to my worst enemy.

Not a bad place for a reasonably priced family dinner. Place was not that packed at 630 pm and was seated as soon as we walked in. As everyone knows.. it's good for breakfast all day and the service was quick and friendly. Not a bad place to come by for a quick dining out option. Parents bring their kids because it's relatively safe if they have a melt down. Will return.

Saturday morning and I had a long list of errands I needed to run. I wanted a "real" breakfast without a lot of hassle so I came here to IHOP. I wasn't disappointed. This wasn't my first time at this IHOP location and I was pleased both times. I like that I can count calories at IHOP. Yes at IHOP! The healthy breakfast really is "healthy" and I can get my eggs and bacon and pancakes fix and not feel super guilty about it. Okay so they are harvest grain pancakes and the eggs are imitation and the bacon is turkey bacon. I'm happy with that. It's something like 400 calories total which is perfect. I can't remember my waitress's name but she was nice enough and pretty attentive. My meal was served hot and pretty quickly after I ordered. The coffee is a pot so I didn't need to ask for refills. So no complaints there at all. And my breakfast with coffee was still under ten dollars. I could sit, text, list what I had to do that day and drink coffee basically undisturbed. And when it came time to pay, my waitress handled the transaction. The presentation of the food on the plate could be improved and the scrambled eggs were flat and too dry, but everything else was fine. Was it the best breakfast I've ever had? Hardly. I don't think IHOP is trying for that. Was it satisfying? Most definitely. Will I eat here again for breakfast? Yes I will.

During the month of June my girlfriend and I were hungry. We dreaded the idea of going back to this "show" as I wrote about in my previous review. However, we went back. The experience was entirely different. This time we arrived later in the evening/night lets say 10ish. The staff this time were organized, less staff was working, and Yes! who knew they all were following a dress code. We were seated in the same booth as the prior time. We ordered the same food as the last time---creatures of habit. This time our food came out looking way more pleasant than the prior time. My girlfriend enjoyed her food and I enjoyed mine. The waitress did a good job! Entirely different experience. I was blown away. Didn't even seem like the same restaurant. Way to improve! But I'll be rating you at 2 stars. Until we head back for a 3rd time. Suggestions: Go during the week in the later evenings. Good luck this ones a hit or miss.
Usually I'm a IHOP lover and in the past they have been good to our school district but tonight I was extremely disappointed with management. We had a fundraiser at the school to raise money for our national students. They could not do our original date and gave us a date that had many sporting events. We tried our best to advertise but we just didn't get a great turn out. They did ask us, prior to this night, if they needed additional staff and we told them no because we are a small school club. After three hours of operation of our event and a couple of the students standing in the lobby with a donation bucket they called me aside and told me since they didn't make enough money to pay their employees that they will not be able to donate to us tonight. That not being bad enough, they asked us to leave because their owner thought it looked like we were solicitatiing in the lobby. Mind you, their on duty manager told the students to open the door for customers and greet them. I understand they are disappointed with the turn out but to turn away a school in your community and have students work three hours on a school night and get escorted off the premises, that's just poor business practice.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that's poo-poo'ing this location. Wow, IHOP isn't normally a place we go to, but on a whim tried this one out. Bad everything, even compared to either IHOPs. Two thumbs down..... Rick James style.

We usually like to eat here or the one on parallel. this day was no different. we stopped, and was seated. the waiter took our order and then messed up on it. brought out something totally different then what was ordered and then blamed my husband for his ordering skills. we laughed at this. the waiter seemed distracted, even tho there was hardly any people in the restaurant. I never got any drink refills and he was really rude when we got done with dinner and went to the cash registrar to pay and someone (the owner?) had to send for him. My husband always likes to tip even with bad service, the guy would not take the tip, but the owner gladly accepted it. saying he will make sure the waiter gets the tip.(i really wonder if the owner gave it to him) Normally i would rate IHOP as goo, but this experience was not a good one.

Typical IHOP. The only time My Beloved and I eat here is when we get the munchies on the way home from a very late event and nothing else is open. The price is pretty inexpensive and it's kind of fun watching the drunk folks. I feel sorry for the wait-staff, though. Often the drunks will treat them poorly. One thing we were pleasantly surprised with was the recent inclusion of turkey meat substitutes for the pork products. Cool!

I go to IHOP with my kids because the five of us can eat fairly cheaply. We had a bad experience tonight. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to notice we had been seated. The place was nearly empty, so there is no excuse. We weren't given enough flatware. There was no tartar sauce for my fish and chips. To top it all off I only got one kid's meal free because the entrée my two older daughters shared didn't qualify for an entrée even though it cost as much as the other entrée. This is the first kid's meal I've paid for at IHOP in years. I won't be going back.
